Al Baghdady (3/5): - The staff is amazing and went above and beyond and honestly it was the only thing that made me give it 3 out of 10. The room had the worst smell of humidity and you can barely breath in this room. I didnt sleep because i felt like i would suffocate while sleeping because its super hard to breather i had a 5 days booking and canceled from the first night and only stayed the first night because i arrived from the airport at 2 am. Just to be fair maybe only my section of the hotel had this situation in the rooms because alot of people was staying there and i dont think a human can survive such room. It was a very bad experience for me and my wife and my throat stayed irritated for 2 days after i left from how strong was the smell fo mold or humidity or moisture was. It felt like i was staying in a room at the end of a 4 floor underground warehouse with a room that had a wet bed. I even asked them to move me into a nee room and the other room smelled the same but 20% better and they said this is all they have. The hotel looks nothing like the images but the only good thing in this hotel that was super amazing was the staff especially the staff that was in the reception they helped me book a taxi and wrote me an address on a paper to show the taxi so i wont get lost also they helped me with the cancelation. I really hope this hotel fixes the ventilation and the humdity smell in their rooms because the staff is amazing and just to add even the bed and the sheets smelled like humidity

‪Hamdi (8/5): اقامتي كانت ممتعه - الفطور جيد جدا والنظافه جيد جدا والخدمات جيده والهدوء والراحه ايضا انا من نزلاء فندق اسيا منذ وقت طويل ومن المشجعين لزملائي باختيار فندق اسيا الذي لم يعجبني هذه الرحله بعض الغرف لم تلائم وضعي الصحي كوني اعاني من الحساسيه الرئويه وايضا اعاني من اظمه كانت نسبه الرطوبه عاليه في الغرفه ولم اتحمل رائحته الرطوبه مما اجبت على التوجه الى الاستعلامات لتبديل الغرفه الى غرفه افضل صحيا ايضا عدم وجود شبابيك تفتح لتغير هواء الغرفه مما يزيد من نسبه الرطوبع مع التكييف

mansour (4/5): ماهو من الخيارات الافضل - موقعه للي مهتم يكون في وسط المنطقه العربيه الفندق قديم جداً جداً جداً واللوبي يدخنون فيه بنفس قيمته في فنادق افضل وصوت ازعاج في اعمال صيانه من الساعه 7كنت حاجز لمده 3 ايام عن طريق بوكينق غير مسترد بعد اليوم الاول كلمت الفندق وقلت ازعاج وبطلع وابغى استرد المبلغ كانو متعاونين وقالو خل بس بوكينق يرسل لنا وتواصلت مع بوكينق وارسل لهم ورجعو لي اليومين المتبقيه
‪Hamdi (8/5): انا دائما عندما احجز في فندق اسيا اكون مرتاحا جدا واشجع الاخرين بالحجز في فندق اسيا - بالنسبه للفندق هو رائع جدا وانا من نزلائه في كل سفريه اقامتي في فندق اسيا مريحه جدا واشكر طاقم الاستقبال وامن الفندق واشكرهم لمساعدتي في حادثه مع سائق تكسي هرب وحقيبتي بداخل صندوق التكسي بسبب خلاف حصل بيني وبينه ولولا تدخل الامن واحضار الشرطه حتى تمكنو من معرفه سائق التكسي وهذا بالنسبه لي شيئ رائع المساعده لم الاحظ اي شيئ لم يعجبني كنت مرتاحا جدا وصديقي ايضا كان متوافق بكل شيئ معي

Akeem Ademola (8/5): The service in the hotel expecially by the front desk staff were very nice. - The breakfast was good but you need to introduce more african foods Internet should not be limited to room services. There should be access to the Internet in your premises once your guest check in.

MIHAMMED (5/5): خليك حريص منهم نصابين - المكان الذي ريب من الاماكن العربية الخروج كان الساعة 12 ظهراً ودفعت مبلغ نصف يوم إلى الساعة 6 مساء وعند الساعة 5 عصراً الكرت لا يعمل طلبت من الموظف تفعيل الكرت لكي اخذ شنطتي واذهب للمطار رفض وتم دفع يوم كامل مقابل تفعيل الكرت واخذ الشنط علماً انو كان الدفع في علي بي ورفضو التعاون مخيب للامانه
