• Nikola (10/5): Extremely happy with our stay - Highly recommend the hotel. Very clean, good location, served breakfast was delicious. And not at least- extremely friendly and helpful staff . Aziz was great, sharing so much useful information with us! Wish a good luck to all of the crew and happy off season break.

• Dupljaku (10/5): Will definitely stay in this hotel again. - Lovely hotel, great location and the best part is that you can use the roof terrace and watch the sunset with your friends and family. Hotel staff are absolutely amazing, very helpful and we would definitely stay there again. It could do with a little furniture and bathroom upgrade but overall couldn't be more happier with our stay.

• MariuszKmiecik (9/5): - Hotel położony w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Zdała od hałasu Sarandy a na tyle blisko że można tam spacerkiem pójść. Bardzo ważne! Tam jest parking!!! W Sarandzie jest ogromny problem z parkingiem. Śniadanie było choć przez parę dni jak się je to samo robi się mi monotonne. Piękny taras na dachu z widokiem na Korfu. 8 dyniowy urlop uważam za udany. W zasadzie myślałem że jest kuchnia, niestety jest tylko kran i niewiele kuchennych rzeczy. Brak szklanek. Brak kuchenki, brak czajnika do gotowania wody. Myślałem że to już standard jak się pokazuje aneks kuchenny. Generalnie obsługa bardzo miła. Kawa do śniadania bardzo słaba rozpuszczalna.

• Milen (8/5): - Близо е до плажа. Стаите са добре поддържани. Има собствен паркинг. Закуската е добра. Персоналът е много приветлив и услужлив. Стаята ни беше без балкон и гледка. Улицата към хотела е много тясна и стръмна, което прави трудно идването с кола.

The staff is so helpful that I was both surprised and delighted, especially Aziz, who is always available and gave me the feeling that he could anticipate what I wanted before I even said it. The rooftop terrace is perfect for sitting and enjoying the night. Our seven-day stay can be described as perfect.

• Josipa (10/5): - Domaćin je bio izuzetno profesionalan i ljubazan, dostupan sa savjetima u svakom trenutku. Soba prostrana, kreveti udobni, sve uredno i čisto.. Svaka soba ima balkon, a na vrhu hotela nalazi se velika terasa sa zadivljujućim pogledom na grad i more. U sklopu objekta dostupan je parking koji je pod nadzorom. Svi sadržaji u blizini.
• Davide (10/5): - La struttura è ben posizionata, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Rispetto al centro di Sarandë è decentrata, ma facilmente raggiungibile. Il prezzo nel nostro caso è stato ottimo e al tempo stesso la colazione è spazia tra dolce e salato. Nota di merito per Azis, gestore della struttura, un ragazzo disponibile e premuroso. Ci ha consigliato posti dove mangiare e siti da visitare. Per una vacanza tra amici o con la propria famiglia l’hotel è iper consigliato.

The cleanliness was far below expectations — the room was not properly cleaned, and the bedding was old and uncomfortable. The facilities were outdated and poorly maintained, which significantly impacted the quality of the stay. Breakfast was very limited, lacked variety, and felt more like a formality than a proper service. Additionally, the room had no view at all, which was unexpected and added to the overall dissatisfaction. Most importantly, the price charged does not match the level of service or comfort provided. I do not recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.

• Giorgio (5/5): Non mi sentirei di consigliare questo hotel. - Colazione soddisfacente. Posizione scomoda rispetto alla fruibilità dei servizi essenziali. Non hanno rilasciato una fattura rispetto al pagamento del soggiorno, nonostante l'abbiamo richiesta. Non hanno mai provveduto a pulire la stanza. Abbiamo dovuto chiudere i detergenti e la carta igienica in quanto assenti in camera.

Προτείνεται - Η τοποθεσία είναι άριστη. 250 μέτρα από την θάλασσα mango beach, βέβαια όλες οι παραλίες είναι ιδιωτικές από τα ξενοδοχεία οπότε θα πρέπει να κλείσετε ομπρέλα. Η δημόσια παραλία υπάρχει, αλλά είναι λίγο πιο μακριά.. Τα νερά είναι γαλαζοπράσινα τέλεια και καθαρά. Οι άνθρωποι είναι ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Ιδιαίτερα όταν συναντούν Έλληνες η χαρά τους φαίνεται στα πρόσωπα. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πεντακάθαρο και το προσωπικό είναι εκεί για να βοηθήσει. Ευχαρίστως θα ξαναπάμε. Το πρωινό είναι πάρα πολύ basic, χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε μια αναβάθμιση και θα έπρεπε να μας αλλάξουν πετσέτες τουλάχιστον μία φορά, πράγμα που δεν έγινε όπως και με τα σεντόνια, δεν ξέρω βέβαια τι ισχύει για ένα ξενοδοχείο με τρία αστέρια αλλά νομίζω ότι θα πρέπει να γίνεται σε κάποιον που μένει 4 ημέρες, θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστον μία φορά να αλλαχτούν.

Parque de estacionamento do hotel incluído. Boa relação qualidade preço. Na rua abaixo tem vários restaurantes. A limpeza deveria ter sido melhor (tinha formigas na banca da cozinha, uma toalha usada esquecida na casa de banho). A cortina na casa de banho não protege nada de água e ao tomar banho, o chão da casa de banho fica todo molhado.

Stafi ishte i sjellshëm dhe gjithmonë i gatshëm për të ndihmuar, duke e bërë qëndrimin tonë edhe më të këndshëm. Vendndodhja ishte ideale — afër plazhit dhe shumë restoranteve të mira. Do ta rekomandoja patjetër për këdo që viziton Sarandën dhe me siguri do të kthehemi përsëri!

• davG_ (8/5): - The property was in a great location, between Saranda and Ksamil. It has a convenient private parking area for the car. Nearby, there are beautiful and quiet beaches within walking distance. However, the real added value of the hotel is the friendly Asis, always available to help with any request! Breakfast could definitely be improved, especially for us Italians, who aren't used to eating cucumbers and tomatoes in the morning. The bathroom floods every time you take a shower because the curtain is too short. The living room has utensils, pans, and silverware, but there's no stove, so they're useless. The curtains don't block out the sunlight, making it difficult to sleep in the morning.

La colazione era più salata che dolce ma si trovava sempre qualcosa di buono da mangiare. I ristoranti e i market erano raggiungibili a piedi in un attimo . L'alloggio era all'ultimo piano con ascensore dove c'era anche una terrazza comune dove si potevano anche stendere i teli mare e i costumi Il secchio del mocio non aveva il pezzo per strizzare lo straccio, sarebbe stato comodo visto che il bagno è di quelli senza piatto doccia e con lo scarico centrale.

• Morawski (7/5): Hotel za rozsądną cenę - Cena odpowiednia do hotelu, na pewno nie ma 3 gwiazdek, ale pokoje duże i czyste, lodówka i TV. Świetny właściciel z bratem, miło i sympatycznie...miejsce ma potencjał, który nie jest w pełni wykorzystany. Hotel położony w części odległej od centrum Sarandy i żeby się tam dostać pozostaje spacerek 30 minutowy . Czasem brakowało produktów na śniadaniach i artykułów higienicznych w pokojach.
