- AshleyH941 (8/5): Very good - For me, by far the best of the main, branded hotels in Saltillo. Rooms (I usually have a 1 bedroom suite) are spacious, well-equipped and comfortable with plenty of clothes storage. Lighting in the room is good and easily controlled - bright when & where you need it, soft likewise. It's getting a little tired, but the staff are great and I like that I can open the windows if I don't want or need air conditioning. Blackout in the bedrooms is excellent, the tiredness shows mainly in the bath/shower rooms, but they're OK. There's a laundry room with free washing machines & dryers, so no expensive laundry service. Parking in the underground car park is easy to access by car and from the hotel. Breakfast starts sharp at 06:00 during the week (unlike other, "fancier" hotels) and the selection is OK - genuinely freshly squeezed orange juice is great. Downsides? Wifi can be a bit slow sometimes and you have to login every 24 hours with every device - irritating when service suddenly stops every day over 4 weeks. For a stay of more than a couple of days, it's the best option in my view.

- Chris (4/5): An unfortunate experience - The Middle Eastern restaurant in the lobby was a nice surprise. Food and service there was good. The hotel staff for the most part was friendly. It's also a pet-friendly hotel. Our room likely had mold in it. My significant other had a hard time breathing in the room. We left in the middle of the night because we just couldn't take the poor air quality in our room and were concerned for our health.

Así que hubo cama para cada quien. Las camas muy buenas, los baños limpios. Cocina y sala!! Habitaciones amplias y limpias. La zona donde está el hotel está muy bien. Con opciones para comer y comprar. Definitivamente me quedaría otra vez aquí.

Basketball hoop was enjoyed by our young men, aged 10 to 23. Communal area was delightful. Staff was helpful and professional. The plumbing was a problem in a few of the rooms we rented. Our shower head fell off the wall, and later, the spout blew off. I washed by kneeling in front of a pipe sticking out of the wall. They did come and fix it right away, but it was inconvenient. We had 4 people in the room needing to get ready for a wedding. I heard both of my sisters, who also had rooms there say that their toilet didn't flush right. That was not a problem for us.

- Todd (6/5): cost vs value - This has always been our goto place to stay in saltillo. but over the last couple of years the price increase has not kept pace with the value offered. We expect more when we have to pay more. We were really put off by the dirty hand print on the wall in our room

The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite especially since we arrived early. The room was okay. The bathroom could use some detailed cleaning. They do a nice job with the outdoor patio and Happy Hour celebration.
