• Ohood (4/5): Disappointed and add tiredness to my tiredness - the location was ok We arrived at 2.30 am, and there was no receptionist at the counter; there was a security man who was not able to help us or to answer questions. The room was not ready. The cleanliness standard was poor. No toilet roll. I booked a large bed, but they gave me a room with 2 single beds.

• Abusamhan (1/5): I would never comeback because this hotel should be closed. - Everything they said was a lie. This place is not fit for humans to stay in. At first, they gave me a room with a terrible smell. The bathroom smelled extremely bad, the door was broken and could not be closed, and everything in the room was in very poor condition. I went to the reception and asked for another room, and they switched me as if they expected me to just accept the situation and stay anyway. The second room had the same problem. It smelled very bad, and there was water leaking from the toilet, flooding the entire bathroom. None of the rooms have heaters. I had been awake for two days, so I was exhausted and unable to leave immediately. When I went to the reception to ask for a cancellation, I was told that the manager would contact me. I informed them that I was leaving, but the staff insisted that I stay the night and promised me a full refund once my cancellation request was approved. They showed me another room that was slightly better and had a heater. I had originally booked for five nights, but after experiencing this building, I decided not to stay any longer—especially since I was planning to bring my family. That night, I also heard disturbing noises, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Early the next morning, at 7:00 a.m., I checked out and went to another hotel. I was told the manager would be available at 12:00 p.m., and I returned as instructed. The staff member I spoke with was apologetic and seemed used to handling similar complaints. When I returned, I was told that the manager charged me for one night because I stayed overnight. I explained that I only stayed because their staff insisted and promised a full refund due to the condition of the rooms. However, they claimed that Booking.com charged them, so they had to charge me for one night—especially since the payment was made in cash. Unfortunately, Booking.com was not helpful at all. They were lying and didn’t refund and promised me. they did gave me a shitty room.

• František (8/5): Pěkný hotel s milým periodontal v centru města za super cenu. Doporučuji - Super lokalita přímo v centru města. Personál moc milý a ochotný. Čistý a dobře vybavený pokoj. Na bookingu uvádí výhled na hory, měli jsme akorát výhled prakticky nikam z druhé strany než byl výhled. Snídani jsem čekal podle fotek a celkově prezentaci hotelu lepší, avšak byla dostačující.

• Ben (6/5): Basic hotel in the older part of Amman - In a good location. Very basic hotel with a comfortable bed but bad bathroom. Bars above and next door so expect some noise Thursday and Friday nights.

• Muhammed Tmeizeh (2/5): - Unfortunately nothing to like there The image presented is completely different from the reality, a very bad smell from his bathroom, obsolete furniture, dust and dirt everywhere. ln addition to all of that there's a discotheque with a very high and noise sound during the night. It was a very bad night the sound of the neighbor is like inside my room. I doubt if it is a real hotel or not. As a frequent traveler I absolutely unrecommend this hotel for anyone. Do 🚫 go there.

• Saadeh (4/5): - Location The door felt like it's not secure, poor old door , I stayed in a room that had a door connecting to the neighboring room, the guy was shouting and sorting out different matters and I could hear him so clearly, he smoked in his room and my room smelled bad, smoke was in my room and my clothes smelled cigarette smoke. The TV service was so poor, could nit watch anything, the cattle was not working so I was not able to make myself a cup of tea. There was no tea/coffee service before 4 pm. There are too many doors that I had to go through from the reception to my room and vice versa. There was no toilet paper in the WC. The mattress is of poor quality i could feel the metallic wires throughout the mattress. There was no safe to leave my valuables. The furniture was old and woren out. I wouldn't go back to that hotel

• Juliet (10/5): Zur Übernachtung in Amman ist dieses Hotel perfekt - Sehr sauber, jederzeit konnte ich fragen stellen und mir wurde geholfen. Musste aus persönlichen Gründen verlängern habe am letzten Tag die Zeit überzogen nach 16:00 Uhr und man hat mich in ruhe gelassen, das war sehr nett vom Personal. Als ich es gemerkt habe auch gleich bezahlt. Würde jedem empfehlen dort zu übernachten.
