They thought of so many little things (automatic blinds, basic bathroom/shower amenities, extra blankets, smart thermostat control). Very comfortable and nice to stay in. 5/5 for loft! We would definitely stay here again. Only thing we did not love about the stay… their actual Public House restaurant that is below the loft- truly was such a chaotic restaurant experience in pretty much every aspect.

The decor is stylish and is in keeping with the architecture of the building. Very delightful accommodation. Two issues for us was the Beacon Loft windows are opposite the bus stop so there was a lot of noise and every time the door below closed it created a loud bang. That said we would definitely stay here again.

- Jill (10/5): Highlight of our trip! - This little gem was one of the highlights of our ski trip to Crested Butte. Such a cozy/zen hideaway in the middle of a blizzard. The place was plenty warm and we loved having the restaurant to eat at right below.

I’m fortunate that I get to regularly stay at places like the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, etc…..when I travel, but excepting room service I have to honestly say that the Fillmore room is a fantastic, comparable accommodation for Crested Butte. The details always make the difference and in the Fillmore they don’t go unnoticed (only picky request is to add hot tea in addition to coffee). Kudo’s to Lofts @ Public House ownership. I can’t wait to return!

We used the front door entrance next to the restaurant as well as the elevator. Id have to say my favorite part of the room was the spa/shower!!! Parking was easy. Once we unloaded our stuff in the room, we drove to the assigned lot. I like how it was basically private and away from the main st.

Finding the parking & entrance were very easy, as was check in with the door code. Wonderful stay. 10/10, would recommend!

- Rebecca (10/5): - My husband and I enjoyed our Fall stay at this beautiful property in Crested Butte. The location is perfect for shopping and dining. Unfortunately, at the time of our stay, the Public House Pub (below the property) was closed (Mon & Tue.) so we did not get to enjoy dining and live music downstairs. The room is beautifully renovated and feels very luxurious. From the bed linens to the steam shower and soaking tub, you will feel very pampered staying here. We did have one issue that was not resolved despite reaching out to the management staff. Our tv would not work and we had to watch the Broncos game and Avalanche game down the street. Normally, this would not be a big deal, but we are avid CO sports fans and were disappointed that the tv was not fixed during our stay.

We can to Crested Butte for my husband's birthday to mountain bike the entire weekend and explore the tiny town, and we were not disappointed. This loft was truly the cherry on top! The decoration and ambiance of this adorable place are unbeatable. SO glad we stayed here. It was clean, easy to get in and out, felt very private, and was really just charming. Highly recommend!

There were a few little broken things around the room that could use a little TLC but has nicer amenities and finishes than any other hotel I’ve stay at. Hotel customer support was also 5 stars. Beacon room was more expensive, smaller room with a worthless loft( ladder was unsafe to climb into loft. There was no real chair to sit in on the main level. Some of the initial amenities were no longer there.

Everything was in good condition and decor was beautiful. Perfect place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. The town of Crested Butte is a little run down and we could not find a place to eat breakfast as everything was closed due to staff shortages. Eleven experience was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful recommending restaurants and things to do.

The decor was tasteful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The t.v.had surround sound speakers located on the wall behind our bed. The room had bookshelves with with books about different rock bands, like the Beast Boys. I can’t wait to stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone who wants a wonderful place to stay, centrally located in the town of CB.

Great location (can’t speak to any noise from concerts downstairs as nothing was booked that night). ‘Smart room’ lights shades audio were awesome. Great tub and shower. Comfy bed! My only suggestion to the owners is to put a little table next to that great soaking tub for a glass of wine ! Will definitely come again !
- L6667CRkatyb (4/5): Huge Disappointment w/ Service -- Or Lack Thereof - The room itself was nice but the experience accessing the hotel was terrible. They market themselves as a hotel, but there is no reception, there was not a single person in the building when we arrived. The restaurant was closed for three days. The only way to access the room (which there's only 3 rooms total in the entire place) was with a code. There was no note by the code keypad for help or even a number to call for issues. The email confirmation Public House sent a day prior went to my spam and the Subject had no indication of the actual hotel. The subject line listed the room name, not the hotel. We spent two hours of sitting in our car trying to figure out how to access and calling the main line that went straight to voicemail. we finally found the code via email in spam. The worst part was the hotel concierge team did not call us back until 23 hours after we initially called. The service (or lack there of) was a huge disappointment - especially for the $450/night price.

- rauen611 (10/5): Wonderful long weekend in Crested Butte - Awesome one bedroom loft. Beautiful finishes. Right in the heart of crested butte. You literally walk out the door and you are on elk. Free bus to the base is literally across the street. Noise was no issue for us but presumably due to COVID there was no live music downstairs, but as advertised the loft is literally located above a bar/music venue so noise comes with the territory. We were in town for the last weekend of the ski season so people were out living it up in the streets and we definitely could hear some of that but again, some noise comes with the territory when you stay in the heart of the action! There is no designated parking lot for this property but there was plenty of street parking so not an issue. There was a small ski locker available to us that fit both my skis and my husbands snowboard so we didn’t have to carry those back upstairs with us. Oh, and awesome spacious bathroom with a super cool shower with a steam feature. Would def recommend this place.

Shuttle to the slopes literally across the street from the loft. Beautiful one bedroom. Noise was not an issue for us but it is of course situated right above a bar. Super cool vibe. Awesome shower in the bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

The room was not too loud considering it is above a bar but they also provided white noise machine. The room is very big since has a loft space with a desk and reading seat. The bathroom is huge! Has a separate tub and shower. The shower is also a steam room. Finally, there are some more added bonuses including music throughout including in the shower. Needless to say, better than expected, highly recommend!

- Stephanie (10/5): Excellent night! - Checking in was a bit of a hassle since we never got the email with the code. Thankfully a manager was downstairs and made a call. Overall the stay was great. It’s a fantastic location and was easy to acquire overnight parking. I would have to say that this is one of the best visit I’ve ever had. The apartment is state of the art and so clean. Also the music venue was closed downstairs on a Wednesday night as some reviews complained of the noise. There is really no detail left unfinished. There are books about music, heated bathroom floors, a steam shower and soaking tub, excellent linens, and a sound machine just in case.

- marlav133 (10/5): Eleven Experience Exceptionalism - I have to give a huge shout out to Erin and the rest of the Eleven Experience staff who went above and beyond to try and salvage my rainy and cold stay in Crested Butte! The entire Eleven Experience team made me feel like a priority. While my stay ended up being truncated due to weather, I look forward to my next trip and stay! Public House is incredible charming and centrally located in (usually sunny!) and beautiful downtown Crested Butte.
- cheryl1218 (2/5): Disappointment — too noisy! - DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY unless you love noise. Our room (like the other two rooms at the property) was above a bar and music venue, and loud music (with booming bass) played until almost 1:00 am. We complained to the manager of the bar — which is owned by the same company as the lofts — but he basically said tough luck. We also complained to the lofts concierge, but nothing was done. And the room cost us over $300 per night. Despite beautiful renovations, this facility has a fatal flaw — noise — that will not be easily fixed.
- hely_marie (10/5): Oh. My. God. - This place couldn't have been more perfect. It's a self-check in but the instructions received were very clear. The place is perfectly located in the "center" of Crested Butte. I pay a lot of attention to detail and I'm not sure I ever found myself in a place where absolutely everything was perfect, but I honestly cannot think of anything that could be improved in our room. Every room has a little control panel to control lights, shades and audio. The bathroom was just amazing with a huge steam shower. The bed was the most comfortable ever. Room was equipped with an audio surround system. The furniture and decoration were unique and beautiful. The fridge was filled with complementary snacks - the local homemade kind. Coffee and lots of books available in the room. Our only regret is that we only stayed for one night, we honestly did not want to leave our room!
- HockeyTravelGuy (10/5): Fantastic accommodations! - We recently found ourself in Crested Butte for a 3 day ski trip. Previously we have stayed up on the mountain and were riding the awesome shuttle bus to town each night. This time we decided to flip the script and stay in town since we could bus up and back to the skiing, but would be in town for everything else. This was a great move and we will stay in town from now on. Making the reservation online was quick and easy. A few days before we arrived we received an email with arrival info. The email promised a second email to come on our day of arrival at 2:00pm with an access code for the building. Right at 2:00pm the email arrived and included detailed instructions on getting to the lofts and how to access our room. The instructions were thorough but simple. We quickly accessed our room with the code and enjoyed not having to keep track of keys. The room itself was large and well appointed, and the bathroom was on par with a Ritz Carlton or 4 Seasons. It had a large walk-in shower that was also a steam shower. There was a stand alone soaking tub, heated floors, heated towel rack and a small closet in the bathroom. Many thoughtful touches were included like chap stick and shaving cream. The room itself included a mini fridge full of snacks and non alcoholic beverages. There was a large flatscreen TV with direct TV and a full closet. The few things that didn’t work perfectly were the elevator which we could take down in the morning with our skis, but couldn’t take up at the end of the ski day. Also on the evening of the college football title game the direct tv system couldn’t display the ESPN channel showing the game. Other channels worked fine including other ESPN family of channels so it clearly wasn’t a weather or blocked signal issue. Within a block of the lofts are most of the bars and restaurants that Crested Butte has to offer. You can’t beat the location. Further the bus to the ski slopes is literally across the street and takes 10 minutes. This is our new go to place when we are in Crested Butte.
