- Nur Adilah (4/5): - Check in je bilik bau rokok. Kuat bau rokok package habuk rokok atas lantai. Cawan ada kesan kopi tak cuci. Tv tak boleh tengok. Bila cakap dengan staff, no action taken. Alasannya memang macamtu. Bath tub pun tak function. Stay dua malam kat hotel ni memang tidur je semata.

- Lim (2/5): Not recommended - Spider webs on ceilings, blood stain on bed sheet. No towels provided n was told to wait to send over after 4 hours but no in vain till we complained to the manager.

The room booked was not ready and paid extra for supposedly available superior room. The sink glass top was never cleaned, was told only had one towel left. The poor staff attending was feeling harrased because the other staff did not do their work. Will never set foot there again.
