- CRISTINA (8/5): Una peste alta nu a fost rau - Apartament foarte mare,exagerat de multe paturi dar doar 2 dormitoare, 2 living uri si 2 bai.Pret convenabil, locație liniștită. Nu este in hotel, este la 3 străzi distanta intr un bloc, nu au parcare dar exista in apropiere cu plata si te ajuta sa ajungi la ea, nu au lift, am fost cazați la ultimul etaj din 3, curățenia lasa de dorit, nu se schimba nimic pe parcursul a celor 4 nopti, oferă o singura cheie pentru întrarea in bloc si apartament, prosoape insuficiente pentru 10 persoane,4 nopti, 2 perechi de papuci pentru 10 persoane...mai bine nu puneau, săpun in bai insuficient adică 2 degete in fiecare baie...detalii ce pot fi îmbunătățite. Au produse de curățenie...iti faci singur de când ajungi pana pleci. Este un apartament ce ar putea fi imbunatatit cu un minim efort si atenție sporita la curatenie, nu s detalii peste care nu poți trece iar prețul a fost unul atractiv.

- Amogh (1/5): Not a 3 star experience - The location is the only good thing The room offered to me was an upgrade and was a suite which apparently was not cleaned There was no locker in the room. There were hair strands all over the bed. The bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty. The lamp had 3 bulbs but only 1 was working. There was no water bottle provided in the room. I had to explicitly go to the reception to ask for it. Only after that they sent someone with the small 2 bottle of 300ml. The lady that bought the bottles, opened the door directly without knocking. There was AC and TV in the room. But no remote. The same lady provided 2 remotes for the AC. One didn't work at all and the other one just turned on the AC with beep sound and the display of that remote was not working. The AC didn't cool at all even though the temperature on the display of the AC showed 18° C. Finally after all this when I decided to sleep around 11 pm, my body started itching. When I removed the blanket from the bed. The bedsheet had a lot of dirt and hair on it. So eventually I had to go to the receptionist and show him the rashes on my back. He then apologised and gave me a key for another room and asked me to shift my stuff to that room at midnight. In the new room also there was no remote for the AC. So I called the reception and asked to send the remote and the one they bought didnt work for the AC in the new room. So eventually I had to sleep without AC. The breakfast was cold since the plates were already prepared and kept on the table with limited items on the plate.

- Harry (10/5): - Yes Once again came back from Traveling around Turkey Came back here to Sisli Area Only because of hotel Where is safe and secure Once again The front desk has been so helpful with advice about where things are ;what to do ;how to get there ;cost of things Right down to things to be aware of My Hat off to Tamara on the front desk with her sense of humour; her honesty;her Knowledge on everything. Just all round good person Saying that the whole staff have really been great.I can't fault anyone Everybody goes out of there way to make you comfortable and happy Little things like this takes away the pressures of travelling

- Non Sequitor (7/5): A good stay, you get what you pay for, but improvements required - Great location in Şişli. Get off at Mecidiyekoy Metro and you can walk to the accommodation from there [straightforward] if you want to avoid taxi's and you're fit enough to walk. The staff were always friendly and helpful with recommendations and questions about the area. Breakfast was decent enough with plenty of cay [tea] and Türk kahvesi [coffee]. The overall room was okay if you're on a small budget and want to feel reasonably comfortable. The WiFi was a bit patchy at times, so make sure you have an e-SIM data allowance prior to arriving. The room I booked could have been much better, especially considering it was a Level 3 upgrade from Booking.com. Air-conditioning was not working correctly and the radiators were on full blast, even though the outside temperature was 10c at the time [not too cold!]. The property is undergoing renovations and that is understandable, but more attention needs to be paid to rooms, and especially when you spot exposed electrical components [room phone socket] and screws above the headboard of the bed that don't look like they've any place there. Hotel has a bit more work to do, but they're on the right track.

- ADRIAN (10/5): - Recomand acest hotel. 5 minute de mers pana la stația de metrou, de unde am plecat in cedirectie am vrut. 3 zile cat am stat cu familia, am călătorit numai cu metroul, madina a stat intr-o parcare , pe care am platit-o. Micul dejun , nu foarte diversificat, dar nu te ridicai flamand, am rugat să ne încălzească lapte, si alte facilități. Curățenie in fiecare zi, prosoape schimbate. Hotelul este pe un bulevard cu multe magazine, ne-am plimbat până la ora 24, fără nici o problema. Totul a fost super bine. Va mulțumim. Revenim cu încredere la acest hotel. Prețul a fost super bun. Nu am obiecții.

Tamara, along with two university students Obada and Abdul Hamid, were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always willing to assist us whenever we had any issues. Every time we approached the reception, Abdul Hamid and Obada would kindly come out from their desks to help us carrying the buggy, refusing to let us do it ourselves. There was a lift available to access the upper floors, which was very thoughtful. The hotel’s location was perfect—central and convenient, close to the Metro and bus station, making it easy for us to explore various attractions. I can’t fully express how much I enjoyed my time at this property. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again, mainly because of the wonderful staff. The room was very clean, spacious, and included a balcony, which was lovely for enjoying a cup of tea in the late evening. My two children enjoyed playing in the room as well. Overall, this experience was filled with kindness and comfort, making my stay truly special. I loved everything because of the kind and lovely reception staff.

- Piotr (1/5): Bed bugs and thieves! Avoid this place! - I woke up in the middle of the night and my whole body was covered in bites and itching. I found insects in my bed! At 2 a.m., a hotel employee moved me to another room. I told him I wanted a refund and compensation for the bites. He said he was very sorry and the manager would meet with me the next day. The manager didn't meet with me the next day or the day after that. Upon my return, I asked Booking.com for help. The reply was that the hotel wouldn't refund my room or provide any compensation. I had to take time off work to see a doctor, and later I bought insect bite ointment. This hotel ruined my visit in Istanbul and generated significant costs. As for other issues with the room... it was very noisy, the toilet flush was broken, the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and the air conditioning didn't work. Avoid this place!

Takodje, stolica na terasi i aparat za kafu.

Podczas 7 dniowego pobytu nikt nie zapytał czy wymienić ręczniki , jedna rolka papieru toaletowego. Kabina prysznicowa zapleśniała , strach zamknąć drzwi bo zostaną w ręku. Šniadanie ....nedza . Każdego poranka wyglądało identycznie nie polecam. A te dobre opinie to chyba piszą znajomi krulika albo pani na recepcji.

- Faezeh (2/5): A nightmare stay. dirty rooms, bedbugs, Bad Wifi, and endless stress even after returning home. - Location big room Bed Bug Awful WIFI Bad and cold breakfast I booked two rooms at this hotel, and our experience was a complete nightmare. One of the toilets in the suite was obviously not cleaned properly for months, and both rooms had bedbugs. When we asked to be moved, they only changed one of the rooms, and in the new one, water was leaking from the ceiling in the toilet. I don’t even want to think about where it was coming from. I immediately contacted Booking.com to cancel the rest of my stay so we could move to another hotel, but despite chasing them every day, I didn’t receive a response until after I returned home. The hotel refused to refund us, and Booking.com only offered £21 compensation. After checking recent reviews, I noticed that other guests had also reported being bitten months earlier. clearly, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Shockingly, after we left, the hotel gave our room to new guests without proper cleaning. Even after coming back home, we had to wash all our clothes and belongings in very high temperatures to avoid any possible bedbug infection, which damaged some of our clothes. My stay was incredibly stressful; I couldn’t sleep properly, constantly worried about bringing bedbugs home. I strongly advise avoiding this place until they properly clean, repair, and treat their rooms.
