• Laura (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole, peccato per il tempo, non splendido - La posizione era perfetta, nel centro storico e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare nella piazza adiacente. Ho trovato scomodo il letto, ma è una opinione personale.

Huoneemme oli kolmannessa kerroksessa, joten huonojalkaisille ehkä vaikea. Tosin en tiedä, onko huoneita alemmassa kerroksessa tai hissiä . Vaikka olemme senioreita, meille rappujen kiipeäminen oli helppoa ja hyödyllistä😀.

• Terence (9/5): - The room was comfortable and clean. Michele was attentive, enthusiastic and helpful. Breakfast was great with a local cheese and meat platter plus home made cake and the usual stuff plus unlimited coffee. The position was great, on the river, with a limited view of the mountains and an easy walk from the railway stations The rooms are on the second floor and some might find the stairs difficult but I'm 73 and didn't have a problem. Michele helped with the luggage and I'm sure he would have carried it all if required
• Rocco (10/5): Colazione top, crea dipendenza. - Titolari garbati, accoglienti, lavorano fino a tardi perché hanno una biglietteria internazionale. Persone che hanno girato il mondo. Struttura logisticamente strategica. Michele il figlio, ci ha sbalordito il primo giorno con una colazione super, coppa e bresaola, formaggi e yogurt particolare a km zero. Mi è dispiaciuto il secondo giorno non aver visto la stessa colazione perché Michele impegnato in una uscita come guida, va bene lo stesso non drammatizzo. Struttura pulita, nessuna lamentela da segnalare. Prezioso il consiglio di visitare il santuario Madonna di Tirano, il suo interno un vero piacere per gli occhi. Consiglio questa struttura.

Michele cooked us wonderful breakfast every morning and offered us ideas of places to go and how to get there. Michele made phone calls for us as well. He was such a great host!

• Allyson (10/5): Perfect location, perfect room, perfect host - Right in the historic part of town, in a very historic building. Short walk from the train station. Very comfortable room and bed, overlooking the river. They try to think of everything to make your stay wonderful. Michaele attends to your every need, is extremely informative and serves an amazing breakfast. Being historic, they couldn't put in an elevator, so if you are unable to handle steps, it might be a problem. Although the bathroom was wonderful, the water pressure was a bit low.

He kindly listened to all our requests and went out of his way to support us. He is a wonderful person. The hotel itself was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. If you are visiting Tirano, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.** Honestly… there was nothing negative about our stay.

Michele all'accoglienza e alle colazioni gentilissimo, disponibile e prodigo di consigli. Stanza ampia, funzionale, pulitissima, calda. Colazione abbondante, di ottima qualità, con prodotti del territorio (siamo in Valtellina, di eccellenze ce ne sono tante😅). Quando tornerò in Valtellina (spero presto), saprò dove andare. A presto!!

La estadía, el lugar, la comodidad, la limpieza y el super desayuno muy rico con alimentos de la región, todo siempre fresco y delicioso, está muy cerca de la estación pero es tranquilo para un muy buen descanso. He viajado por más de dos semanas y este es uno de los mejores hospedajes, la tención es perfecta. Volvería a hospedarme nuevamente allí, me encantó todo absolutamente todo, gracias por haberme hecho sentir en casa ❤️

Escaleras en el lugar, si una persona es de movilidad reducida no hay ascensor, aunque nos ayudaron a subir con las maletas 3. No reponen las cosas instantáneas como té etc

Colazione abbonandate e preaparata al momento. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa. In pieno centro storico e vicina ai parcheggi pubblici. Michele ci ha accolti con grande professionalità, competenza e passione.

A voler fare qualche appunto, il bagno in camera piccolo (disposizione dei sanitari a ridosso della porta ad anta battente e, quindi, non prontamente accessibili), getto d'acqua doccia piuttosto debole e letto abbastanza comodo.. Assenza di ascensore con camere al secondo piano.

• Peter Burgherr (7/5): Hübsches Hotel in Tiranos Altstadt, nicht weit vom Bahnhof. - Das Hotel liegt ca 5-10 Minuten vom Bahnhof, direkt an der Adda, dem Fluss der durch Tirano fliesst. Es ist in einem Haus das die Stadtmauer zur historischen Altstadt von Tirano bildet. Das bedeutet das Haus unterliegt strengen Bauvorschriften, Ein Lift einzubauen wäre verboten. Die Zimmer sind unter dem Dachstock, für Kühlung sorgt aktuell eine mobile A/C. Die Zimmer sind modern renoviert und bieten alles was man braucht. Claudios Sohn hat uns herzlich empfangen, unser Frühstück vorbereitet und uns für unsere Ausflüge in englisch top beraten. Wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Auch nach dem Auschecken durften wir unser Gepäck bis zu unserer Abfahrt deponieren . Claudio (der Vater) versteht leider weder englisch noch deutsch. Das wäre eigentich kein Problem für uns. Aber er redet lieber mit seinen italienischen Gästen und bedient sie bevorzugt, Wir haben dann, als wir mit unserem Frühstück fast fertig waren, selber unseren Orangensaft und unseren Kaffee geholt, den wir eigentlich schon lange bestellt hatten, Für alles neben Brot, Butter und Konfitüre mussten wir fragen. Schade, er hat uns den Eindruck gegeben Gäste 2ter Klasse zu sein.

Alles recht schlicht, bischen Holz, bischen Farbe, sehr liebevoll und aufmerksam eingerichtet. Zimmergröße war sehr gut, Bad auch, Frühstück war wunderbar. Wir wurden mit selber gebackenen Kuchen bewirtet, Käse und Jogurt aus einer kleinen Molkerei in der Nähe, Semmeln, Speck und Salami auch ganz regional und frisch. Nix, alles sehr schön

• Karen (10/5): Excellent host and accommodation. - Michael was so helpful, right from the phone-call to ask when we would arrive to meeting us in the town square and giving us a parking pass, he was the most pleasant and eager to please b& b host we have experienced. The rooms were spotless and the bed had beautiful crisp white sheets. Breakfast was excellent with homemade cake and selection of local cold meats, cheese and yogurt. We had already booked tickets for the Bernina train but these were also available at the b& b. Michael advised us of best places to stop on the train journey and where to eat in Tirano. He even carried our case to the car and provided umbrellas when it rained. 100% recommend to anyone taking the train from Tirano. Everything was 1st class.
