- Magali (4/5): Disappointing - No parking to pick up keys from G1 and had to make sure a dishes put away , rubbish to be taken out to the shoot. We went there to relax not to do house keeping. Late check in and early check outs.

- Annie (6/5): Location excellent - The balcony is sensational. the location is excellent On arrival it exceeded our expectations but then it all went downhill. The noise from the lift are on level 5 to other rooms travels through the 2 nd bedroom windows. We had no internet day 1 and day 2 , we were rung by the agent and the owner asking us to help try and fix it, l did find this quite inconvenient as we had appointments to attend to whilst there. We had no hot water one morning quite inconvenient as we were going for a massage and wanted to shower before hand, l think it came on around 1 that day. The lighting in the bathrooms is terrible. The main en-suite shower is over a massive round spa bath, not exactly easy for someone to get in and out of so please be aware of this. The towels seemed to me to be quite old and tired not sure if the owner supplies them and finally we had 3 cockroaches in our place, two of which were found in the bedroom and bathroom. The facilities if you wish to cook etc are all there the only thing missing regardless is a washing machine and dryer which you really do need as nothing dried on the balcony due to the humidity. Overall l would say it is slightly overpriced for what we went through perhaps the owner needs to address the internet and also pest control .

- Catherine (8/5): A really pleasant property in an unbeatable location. - The location is superb and the view was fantastic. The property is very clean and comfortable. The furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen crockery, glassware, cutlery, pans etc. are in need of an upgrade. The knives were blunt. The pans were unusable. There were no coffee making facilities (not even a plunger). For an expensive stay in a premium property, the expectation would be for a little better than old sachets of Nescafe Blend 43.
