- Pavel (10/5): Great place to stay. - The apartment is great, big rooms with everything you need and it's in a good location. We found parking spots for 3 motorcycles above the apartment street. We were 3 people with 2 reservations and we didn't get the check in instructions. Thanks to the instructions provided to the other reservation we were able to enter.

Ottimo parcheggio gratuito a pochissima distanza. Stanza minimal ma ristrutturata da poco. Gestore molto disponibile. Pulizia OK. Ascensore piccolo e scomodo se si ha un passeggino. Nell'area comune pochissimi snack, bevande e caffè e scarsamente riforniti. Acqua calda difficile da regolare: esce bollente o fredda... Doccia aperta che fa fuoriuscire molta acqua e bidet con perdita. Stanza di dimensioni ridotte soprattutto se si aggiunge una culla. Letto che scricchiolava.

Migliorare l'angolo colazione, magari aggiungendo un ripiano per lasciare le tazze usate, qualche dolcetto in più e magari delle monodosi di latte (non tutti fanno colazione solo col caffè). Aggiungerei anche un cartello o una lavagna con le indicazioni su come usufruire correttamente dello spazio colazione (quali tazze usare, dove trovarle, dove lasciarle una volte usate, come usare il frigo, dove gettare i rifiuti, ecc...)

- antonio (8/5): - È in buona posizione per visitare Salerno, abbastanza prossimo agli svincoli autostradali. Meno comodo per chi giunge con il treno
- annalisa (10/5): Weekend in famiglia alla scoperta della costiera amalfitana - Le camere si trovano al 4 piano di un condominio con ascensore, hanno tutte un balcone e sono spaziose, pulite e calde. Nella zona comune a disposizione degli ospiti c’è una macchina del caffè, bollitore, frigorifero e microonde. Non manca nulla. La zona è leggermente defilata dal centro, circa 10/15 minuti a piedi, nota positiva sia per la facilità di parcheggio, anche gratuito, che per i rumori notturni. Ottima base per visitare la costiera amalfitana. Particolare per noi molto importante: gli animali sono i benvenuti. Il padrone di casa ci ha accolti con calore e simpatia sempre disponibile nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Se dovessi tornare a Salerno tornerei sicuramente in questo alloggio

Alejado del centro y esta situado en la parte alta, en calle en cuesta. El cabezal de la ducha se debe limpiar o cambiar, para salida de agua correcta.

- Édua (7/5): Egy éjszakára teljesen jó volt. - Egy éjszakára szálltunk meg Szicília felé, az ágy kényelmes volt, a recepciós kedves volt és megvárt minket, a babaágy be volt készítve. Nem túl tiszta, az ágynemű koszos volt itt-ott, a fürdőre pedig ráférne egy felújítás. Nem úgy néz már ki, mint a képeken.

There are coffee pods and some croissants which i would say is great. 2. The room was in neat condition and also bathroom. 3. Location is very near to railway station and pizza shops The water was flowing out of the bathroom, maybe you can do something about it in future.

- gianni (6/5): una bella vacanza con inconveniente - Il B&B è situato sulla zona collinare di Salerno denominata Carmine alto .Il 1^ giorno è stato di adattamento , visto che ci spostavamo con mezzi pubblici, ma il secondo e il terzo giorno è stato piacevole. Complimenti a Domenico , incaricato del riordino delle camere , per la simpatia e professionalita'. IL terzo giorno di permanenza sabato 9/8/2025 ci siamo recati a mangiare una pizza e siamo rientrati alle 21.00. Appena aperta la porta della stanza abbiamo trovato la camera allagata. Di fronte alla porta d'ingresso c'e' il bagno e dal retro del bidet fuoriusciva acqua copiosamente. Il titolare della struttura che ho contattato telefonicamente e' arrivato sul posto dopo circa 15'. Il signor Pasquale Romano, titolare della struttura, ha contattato una struttura di livello superiore per farci trascorrere l'ultima notte e si è impegnato a indennizzarci dei danni materiali subiti che ho quantificato in € 45,00, che corrispondono al valore di alcuni libri e pubblicazioni contenuti in uno zaino quasi completamente bagnato raccolto dal pavimento allagato. Siamo stati accompagnati al B&B dalla moglie del titolare che gentilmente, il giorno successivo ci ha condotti in stazione.

Ideale il check in automatico che permette comunque a chi alloggia di avere più flessibilità. Se devo trovare una pecca, la doccia dovrebbe avere una porta più lunga e non solo un angolino perché si allagava tutto il bagno.

Complimenti all’host, discreto e molto disponile sulle richieste La struttura non era molto pulita, mobilia rovinata e bagno pieno di parti sporche e ossidate. Inoltre è molto lontano dal centro.

- Gloria (3/5): Struttura adatta per una sosta rapida grazie alla posizione, ma mancano accorgimenti basilari per rendere il soggiorno c - Posizione strategica se si è di passaggio e parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri I codici di accesso sarebbero dovuti arrivare il giorno prima, come indicato nelle istruzioni, ma non è stato inviato nulla. Ho dovuto scrivere io per richiederli. Un dettaglio che crea disorganizzazione e si potrebbe evitare facilmente. Doccia progettata malissimo: è di tipo walk-in, ma il vetro è talmente corto rispetto alla lunghezza del piatto che ogni volta si allaga completamente il bagno. Inoltre il soffione è fisso, quindi lavarsi i capelli senza allagare tutto è impossibile! Una vera scomodità. Zero oscuramento nella stanza: nella nostra camera non c’erano né persiane, né serrande, né tende oscuranti. All’alba entra la luce e diventa impossibile dormire. Basterebbero delle tende oscuranti per risolvere il problema, ma al momento non ci sono. Qualcuno dei proprietari ha mai provato a soggiornare nella propria struttura per verificare i servizi? Credo proprio di no!
