- Federico (10/5): Relax - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso al Castello di Postignano. Io e la mia compagna siamo stati benissimo sotto ogni punto di vista: la struttura è curata, rilassante e immersa in un borgo che sembra uscito da un’altra epoca. Anche la cena e la colazione sono state ottime, con piatti davvero buoni e un’atmosfera molto piacevole. Si percepisce attenzione nei dettagli e grande cura per gli ospiti. Il borgo è veramente bellissimo, unico nel suo genere, perfetto per staccare dalla routine e vivere qualche giorno di tranquillità. Esperienza che consigliamo assolutamente e che speriamo di ripetere presto.

- Pietro (10/5): Un Sogno in Valnerina: Incanto, Storia e Accoglienza Perfetta - Il mio soggiorno in questo luogo incantevole è stato un'esperienza che porteremo nel cuore. Situato nel cuore della magnifica Valnerina, questo borgo è molto più di una semplice struttura ricettiva: è un'immersione totale in un'atmosfera magica, un vero e proprio villaggio del passato riportato a nuova vita in modo del tutto naturale. Il fascino del posto è indescrivibile. Passeggiando per gli stretti vicoli in pietra, ci si perde tra innumerevoli scorci pittoreschi, angoli suggestivi e sorprese inaspettate. La struttura è un museo a cielo aperto, con affascinanti spazi espositivi, una piccola cappella affrescata per concerti e convegni, tutto testimonia la ricca storia del luogo. Bellissime le terrazze soleggiate, oasi di pace ideali per sorseggiare un caffè, gustare un aperitivo al tramonto o semplicemente leggere un libro in totale relax, circondati dalla tranquillità della natura circostante. L'accoglienza è stata all'altezza della bellezza del posto. Il personale, sempre simpatico e disponibile, ha reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole con la sua cordialità e attenzione. Nota di merito assoluta per la ristorazione: la prima colazione era ricca, varia e deliziosa, con prodotti locali di alta qualità. Il ristorante, poi, è stata una vera rivelazione, capace di offrire piatti eccellenti che esaltano i sapori del territorio in chiave assolutamente innovativa. In sintesi, una bellissima scoperta. Un luogo che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un'esperienza autentica, lontana dalla frenesia, dove la bellezza, la storia e la natura si fondono in modo del tutto naturale. Assolutamente consigliato, non vedo l'ora di ritornarci.

The castle and accommodation have been renovated in a really tasteful way with excellent amenities. The food (both dinner and breakfast) were of a very high quality and good value. The views from the terrace bar were breathtaking. The suite we stayed in was very tastefully decorated and 'cosy' in feel (not a modern business hotel!) with good amenities and very quiet. If I was being really picky I would say that for a hotel of this excellent quality, I would have liked a coffee machine in the room (high-quality teas were in the room, but only Nescafe instant coffee!).

- Alina (10/5): - It was amazing. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, from the reception to the room service. The room was spacious and comfortable. There’s no air conditioning, but we were lucky with the weather, so I can’t say how it would be in very hot or cold conditions. The location in an ancient village is truly unique, with lovely exhibitions in the hotel, and we even enjoyed a beautiful piano concert they hosted in the church at the estate. Note that there are quite a lot of stairs, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues.

This is our second visit and we did feel the food was not as good as last time we were here. It is of good quality but we felt it was overpriced and had become too complex, we feel the removal of the buffet breakfast will lead to more waste and was not to our taste.

Furnished with style and comfort. Friendly and efficient staff. Super pool. The art exhibitions and a wonderful music concert in the chapel were huge bonuses. I will now only stay in hotels with their own original frescoes! Restaurant was a little hit and miss - at dinner, some delicious and imaginative dishes, while others missed the mark. That said, the service was friendly and effective.

It is an incredible place, one of the best hotel in his category (and e do travel a lot). The location is breathless......a very old little village on the top of a hill...the real essence of a middle age italian village. It was inhabitated until 50/60 years ago...then bought and renovated, ALL the village!!! renovated in a incredible conservative way, perfection. The felling is to be in a film about middle age. The view, terrific, to walk around this village/castle/hotel bring you to discover great little corners....the rooms are not rooms: are all apartments, some big some huge. The level of detail they pay attention to is embarassing. The robes for the shower swimming pool the furnitures, the details in the apt were all very very high quality. The breakfast was a full 5 star, with fresh product, variety and abundant. The swimming pool is great, the garden area, great...everything is great. The staff amazing, Luca at reception and Giacomo in the restaurant hall were great. I cannot talk good enought about this place absolutely NOTHING

- Adrian (10/5): À fairy tale weekend - This tiny borgo has been meticulously restored into an exquisite village/hotel. The accommodation is spread out around the hamlet with tiny winding cobblestoned streets spilling out into open countryside views. Our apartment was huge, with a large sitting room leading into a charming large bedroom with wide open views from the windows. Furnishings are of a very high standard and nothing is lacking. One can easily appreciate the thought which went behind each part of the restoration. The pool area is also lovely, with private areas where to sunbathe. Breakfast on the upstairs terrace bar is abundant and very tasty, with lovely coffee and fresh tasty cakes and saltier items if wanted. It was a truly amazing weekend, topped off with an unexpected vocal concert by part of the Vatican choir. If I could give it 20 stars I would Absolutely nothing. The place is amazing in every way possible

- Ludovica (10/5): - Abbiamo scelto il Castello di Postignano per festeggiare il nostro primo anniversario di matrimonio ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza da Liisa, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, e al termine Luca ci ha salutati con la stessa cura, lasciandoci un ricordo ancora più bello. Abbiamo pernottato nella stanza Gerace: elegante, confortevole, con un fascino unico che unisce storia e comfort moderni. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Isabella, che con il suo massaggio ci ha regalato un momento indimenticabile. È una professionista straordinaria, capace di mettere a proprio agio e di trasmettere benessere con mani davvero esperte. La cena alla Casa Rosa è stata di altissimo livello, con piatti ricercati che uniscono tradizione e gusto contemporaneo. La colazione, poi, è stata incredibile: ricca, varia, curata in ogni dettaglio, semplicemente di un altro pianeta. Per due giorni ci siamo sentiti coccolati e fuori dal tempo. Un’esperienza perfetta per celebrare un momento così importante della nostra vita. Sicuramente torneremo.

- Barbara (9/5): un posto magico fuori dal tempo - Un posto magico, fuori dal tempo Ho passato un soggiorno davvero bellissimo insieme a mio marito, in una struttura che sembra uscita da un’altra epoca. Tutto mi è piaciuto: l’atmosfera rilassata, la cura nei dettagli, la tranquillità del borgo… una vera pausa rigenerante. Il personale è stato super gentile e sempre disponibile, il cibo ottimo e la colazione abbondante e varia, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con il sorriso. Un paio di cose da sapere: essendo un albergo diffuso in un borgo, ci sono parecchie scale e salite, quindi non è l’ideale per chi ha difficoltà a muoversi. Detto questo, c’è un ascensore comodo che aiuta parecchio. Piscina e giardino: la piscina è bella e immersa nel verde, anche se ci sono un po’ troppi insetti (ma ci sta, vista la natura intorno). Gli spazi esterni sono affascinanti, un po’ stretti e labirintici tra le siepi, ma comunque piacevoli. Il centro benessere non lo abbiamo provato e quindi non possiamo valutarlo.

- felix (2/5): Wat een teleurstelling. De foto’s op de website zijn bedrieglijk - De rust Bedrieglijke foto' s. We hadden een luxe suite geboekt en de foto's op booking.com en de site van het hotel waren veelbelovend. De suite die we kregen was echter niet in overeenstemming met de foto's. Zowel de badkamer als de slaapkamer waren triestige enge kamertjes die schril contrasteerden met de foto's. Het hotel kon geen oplossing geven omdat het blijkbaar vol geboekt was. Nog nooit hebben we zo'n teleurstelling en valse fotoinformatie meegemaakt. We voelden ons echt opgelicht.

- Emanuela (9/5): Tutto (o quasi) incantevole - Posto incantevole, posizione unica, isolati e immersi nel verde, silenzio, tranquillità. Posto per leggere, meditare, ammirare la natura. Appartamento confortevole, pulitissimo con tutto l'occorrente per un buon soggiorno. Peccato non avere l'uso della cucina (che ci sarebbe). Mangiare fuori tutte le sere diventa impegnativo. Peraltro il ristorante dell'hotel è un po' caro con porzioni piccole e non all'altezza del resto. Colazione invece ottima, varia, abbondante e ricercata. Marmellate fatte in casa e succhi freschi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Piscina bella. Peccato la presenza di numerosi tafani, vespe, zanzare...

Best ever tasting meal! Very special historical site with wonderful restaurateur The huge and comfortable apartment, 90m2 for two of us! The amazing clean and large bathroom and daily cleaning service! Tasteful breakfast includes at the price! The privacy of the pool site, great relaxation at the massage!! Lovely and professional attention from all of the staff! Hard to find the hotel entrance at dark and heavy raining conditions! 🤪😉

- Mihaela Lavinia (10/5): Amazing - Our stay at Castello Di Postignano Relais was absolutely perfect! The location is stunning, the staff were incredibly kind, and the rooms are huge. I asked them to prepare a cake for my partner’s birthday, and it was absolutely delicious! The only downside is that at the pool they only provide free water, and you can’t order cocktails or other drinks. Other than that, everything was amazing – highly recommended!

La machine à café dans la chambre inutilisable L'endroit est isolé et on est quasiment obligé de dìner, déjeuner sur place et de payer les prix trop élévés du mini-bar. Le petit déjeuner servi jusqu'à 10 h du matin, alors qu'il n'y a absolument rien d'autre dans les environs Le personnel manque d'expérience.

- Alessandro (8/5): Relaxing and quite - the location, rooms, staff. The disappointing factor, and not a minor one, was the restaurant. Not authentic to the territory and landscape. Too creative, without meaning. They need a better offer, another rustic option in addition to the Casa Rosa. Considering the isolating nature of the castle it is necessary to have a more engaging use of the many rooms at disposal.

Questo borgo antico, distrutto dai terremoti in passato, è stato riportato splendidamente in vita dopo un lungo e accurato restauro. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con amore e passione, creando un'atmosfera unica e incantata. La storia e la bellezza di questo luogo sono semplicemente ipnotiche. Ma ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno veramente speciale è stato lo *staff* super accogliente e disponibile 😊! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. - Giuseppe (8/5): Ottima location, migliorabile. - Location eccezionale , immersa in un borgo medioevale ristrutturato in modo esemplare. Personale gentilissimo. Camere bellissime dotate di ogni comfort ma non tutte climatizzate. Silenzio e pace. Dotazioni dei bagni ottime (accappatoio, telo piscina e ciabatte oltre a vari prodotti per igiene personale). Vista mozzafiato, parcheggio gratuito sotto il castello, ristorante con buona cucina a costi dignitosi. Colazione con poca scelta. Prodotti locali ma banco piccolo con una selezione del dolce e del salato volitiva ma pur sempre limitata. Il desiderio di proporre prodotti akm zero finisce col limitare la presenza di classici come i cornetti (piccoli, vuoti, farcibili solo con le marmellate imposte da loro) o i succhi (anche questi imposti ). La piscina è lontana dalla struttura che di per sé comunque costringe a fare scale e camminamenti vari per spostarsi fra le camere e verso le zone comuni. NON ESISTE SEGNALE GSM. SOLO WIFI.
- Eleonora (8/5): Un viaggio nel tempo - Vista meravigliosa, camera e spazi comuni eccezionali. La struttura ti riporta indietro nel tempo, con scorci e dettagli bellissimi. L'area relax che circonda la piscina è curata e molto intima, immersa nel verde (unica pecca, ma inevitabile, i numerosi insetti). Personale gentilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza. Il ristorante "La Casa Rosa" risulta un po' fuori contesto rispetto al tipo di atmosfera che emana la struttura, con cibi molto ricercati e prezzi fuori mercato rispetto alle quantità offerte e alla ristorazione locale. La colazione un po' disorganizzata e poco varia.
- Jamie (7/5): Excellent hotel which would be perfect if they improved the food - The location was beautiful, room was clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The pool area was lovely - having separate areas with sun beds was novel and worked well. The food in the restaurant wasn’t so great. It was limited choice, especially if you have dietary requirements, and all attempting to be “fine dining” - small portions, focussed largely on looking good rather than actually being a good meal. Same menu for lunch and dinner. Having tried lots of things, the only thing we really liked was the risotto so we ended up having that twice each. The best food of the whole trip was the one-off pizza night - simple, tasty, plentiful food. Although my wife couldn’t have any because, when we asked at the time of booking, they outright refused to provide any kind of gluten free option. They need to introduce a lunch menu which is simpler and heartier, perhaps served from the café.

- Eleonora (7/5): Bene con aspettative maggiori - Camera e contesto,ambiente. Servizio bar per un aperitivo in terrazza scarso. La finestra del mio bagno purtroppo dava su una zona di passaggio e subito sotto tavoli del ristorante sulla terrazza. Quindi nn potevo stare in bagno senza vestiti con finestra aperta...anche volendo asciugarmi i capelli dovevo farlo a finestre chiuse altrimenti mi vedevano, ma sudavo per il caldo. Quindi capelli asciutti, ma doccia da rifare. Da quanto è decantata la struttura, avevo aspettative più elevate in merito a attenzioni/servizi/"coccole" al cliente.
- Ildikó (10/5): Család 3 fővel - A toronyszobát kaptuk, ahonnan nagyon szép kilátás nyílt a környékre. A személyzet kedves és minden kérést igyekezett teljesíteni. A fűtött medencéhez sétálni kell ugyan, de a gyereket ez nálunk nem zavarta. Innen mentünk város látogatásokra (Perugia, Assisi, Sellano..) és mint utolsó nap kiderült kiránduló helyek is vannak, de erről mi nem tájékozódtunk időben. Nem volt ilyen.
