- Jan (8/5): Gute Preis-Leistung - Gut ausgestattetes (Innen-) Zimmer mit Klimanlage und Ventilator. Zentrale Lage in Poblado. Optimal für eine Nacht zur Durchreise. Bei Bezahlung mit Karte wird 5% Gebühr verrechnet und auf Barzahlung konnte uns das Personal kein Rückgeld geben. Somit mussten wir selbst unser Geld umtauschen gehen.

- Bettina (8/5): Ótimo custo benefício! - A localização, organização e limpeza são excelentes. Fui e voltei a pé à noite com segurança, perto da Provenza, de vários bares e restaurantes. As funcionárias foram muito educadas e disponíveis. A cama não era muito confortável mas o quarto é ótimo. As duchas me incomodaram um pouco pq ficam no mesmo ambiente dos sanitários e não tem onde colocar suas coisas, ou você molha tudo no chuveiro ou anda de toalha no mesmo espaço q outras pessoas podem estar usando o banheiro. O café da manhã não tem muita coisa mas estava gostoso.

- Jose (9/5): Superó mis expectativas - La ubicación es perfecta, la calle 10 de El Poblado es una calle donde hay de todo, restaurantes, cambio de moneda, etc, es una zona muy segura, cerca del metro aunque hay que subir una cuesta. El desayuno muy rico. Pero lo mejor del hotel son Rudy y Erika, dos excelentes profesionales que harán todo lo que esté en sus manos para que tengas una experiencia maravillosa. Mis felicitaciones a las dos. En las fotos pueden ver mi desayuno, preparado por Rudy con mucho amor. No hay nada que no me haya gustado. El primer día me costó un poco entender que no se pueda entrar o salir del hotel sin que Rudy o Erika te vengan a abrir personalmente, pero luego me pareció que le da mucha más seguridad al sitio, porque no puede entrar nadie que ellas no aprueben.

- Jossue Pineda (9/5): - El personal es excelente, especialmente las chicas, siempre muy amables, atentas y dispuestas a ayudar. Te orientan muy bien sobre qué hacer o a dónde ir, lo cual se agradece mucho. El desayuno es muy rico y el lugar se mantiene muy limpio en todo momento. Limpian la habitación todos los días, cambian la ropa de cama y las toallas, y siempre están pendientes de que no te falte nada. Además, cuentan con servicio de lavandería (lavado, secado y doblado), lo cual es muy práctico. Otro punto muy positivo es la seguridad: ellas mismas controlan el acceso, abren y cierran, por lo que no entra gente externa, lo que da mucha tranquilidad. En general, ubicación, atención, limpieza y servicio muy bien. Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones y en una de ellas el grifo del lavabo estaba dañado; nos dijeron que lo repararían, pero finalmente no lo hicieron. También una de las camas tenía un colchón bastante incómodo y las almohadas no eran de buena calidad. En la otra habitación no había agua caliente y las almohadas también resultaban incómodas. Son detalles que, mejorándolos, harían que la experiencia fuera mucho mejor.

- Edgar (5/5): Demasiado por mejorar, no justifica el valor. - Buena ubicación La verdad mi habitación tenia muchos insectos y cucarachas, algo cero agradable. En la selección de la habitación en la aplicación no decia que no contaba con baño, por lo que tuve que pagar un excedente para cambiar de habitación con baño. La estadía tenia desayuno incluído que tampoco especificaba el horario, que resultó ser después de 8 am, lo cual es negativo cuando se viaja por negocios, lo considero una forma de al final liberarsen de muchos desayunos.

Lo que más destacamos es la ubicación estratégica: teníamos una estación de metro muy cerca y una gran variedad de restaurantes con distintos tipos de comida a solo unos pasos. Además, el trato del personal fue impecable; siempre fueron amables, nos orientaron para movernos mejor por la ciudad y estuvieron muy atentos a resolver cualquier solicitud que tuvimos. Totalmente recomendado por su comodidad y servicio. No tengo ninguna queja. La experiencia cumplió con todas mis expectativas y el servicio fue excelente de principio a fin.

- Nemanja (10/5): Best location for the money - One of the best locations you will find, especially for the money. It is close to the party spots and located right on the main street, while still close to the Metro, large shopping centers etc. Even though centrally located, the rooms are very quiet (if no other guests are being loud) as there are no windows to the outside in the rooms themselves, so you can sleep in peace. The check in process took longer than usual, and the hostel entrance can be a bit tough to spot from the outside. It can get a bit hot in the room as there is only a fan and no ventilation (except for a little window leading to the hall which needs to stay open to let air through). Still bearable though

I chose without bathroom and consequently I have to use the share ones, in that sense I think that the room shower needs clothes hooks and storage to be more comfortable.

Plusieurs chambres donnent sur la salle où se prend le petit-déjeuner : ça peut rendre ces chambres bruyantes. Pour aller à la salle de bain collective, il faut passer par la salle du petit-déjeuner : ce n'est pas forcément agréable. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas servi avant 8H (mais possibilité de demander au personnel qu'il nous prépare du café et quelque chose à manger si on doit partir tôt, ce qui est très bien). La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus propre.

No a muchos nos gusta o queremos los ambientes de hostales, que no son malos o buenos, pero si muy diferentes a una experiencia de hotel. Cuando llegas tarde en la noche, el timbre no les funciona, si no tienes el celular de la administradora, se te complica un poco la vida.

- ATHINA (5/5): - La ubicación estuvo muy buena. La cama era cómoda. El desayuno era terrible, era media arepa del D1 con unos huevos y eventualmente pan. El servicio del personal no era muy bueno, no nos proporcionaron las toallas que necesitábamos y nunca se hizo limpieza en el espacio. Los baños tampoco eran cómodos, pese a ser compartidos por quienes no contaban con baño en la habitación.

- Marta (6/5): - Tem uma boa localização, perto do Parque Poblado, Metro e Providenzia. Facilmente se acessa ao resto da cidade de transportes Os quartos eram pequenos. Num dos dias choveu dentro do quarto, o que nos obrigou a trocar de quarto a meio da noite. O chuveiro não tem água quente. O pequeno almoço era muito fraco, apenas uma torrada com queijo e café. As funcionárias eram simpáticas, mas tínhamos de reforçar os pedidos várias vezes ou acabavam por ficar esquecidos.

Las chicas son muy atentas y serviciales en mi caso, llegue a las 8am con la.intencion de resguardar maletas y muy lindas me hicieron check in, eso no en cualquier lugar . En general puedo recomendar mucho este lugar y comentarles que tiene cerca todo.
- Mireia (10/5): Personal amable i localització inmillorable - Un lloc molt maco i ben cuidat, molt net i esmorzar boníssim. Moltes gràcies al personal tan atent i amable, especialment a l’Erika, ens ha fet l’estada encara millor.
- Noa (7/5): - Nice staff, clean, okay location , great breakfast!! Signs everywhere saying the shower water is hot but it was cold, ten minute walking distance from the most central part of the neighborhood, the room is very small.
- Natalia (6/5): Mejorable - Su ubicación era excelente y el desayuno rico La habitación tenía cucarachas. Nos cambiaron de habitación al día siguiente a otra que goteaba el aire acondicionado. Y además no tenía sábanas puestas.
- Sarah (7/5): Lovely staff - The staff was very sweet and the breakfast absolutely delicious. The location is pretty good too. The room itself was really nice as well. Sadly there were many problems with the bathroom in our room. It was not really usable and we had to use the shared ones for most things which, considering we payed for a private one on purpose, wasnt so nice

- Adi (4/5): Cheap and it shows - - the location was ok - the price was reasonable - the breakfast was reasonable/varied - there is no functioning WiFi in the hotel which is very poor - the showers are not hot - it’s very cramped rooms including very cramped bathrooms - the sheets were dirty
- Federica (2/5): - Niente: le stanze sono molto diverse dalle foto, separate da muri inesistenti senza privacy e con un bagno ridicolo vecchio e sporco, come tutto il resto :/ ah, e’ un HOSTEL non un hotel come qui cercano di far credere. Se l’avessi saputo non l’avrei prenotato! Il personale è gentile.
- luisa (2/5): Terribile - Posizione È stato come dormire per strada. Le stanze non hanno finestre ma solo un affaccio sul corridoio comune che è in diretta comunicazione con la strada esterna. Si sente tutto, macchine, barboni che passano gente che entra e persino i tiktok della ragazza alla reception. Inoltre le coperte erano macchiate, gli asciugamani pure, c’erano capelli non nostri sul pavimento e abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in camera
