But it worked out fab. Lovely and comfortable and super location. Discovering it’s not a hotel. Booking.com needs to be clearer it’s an apartment. But it was fab.

Lady that greeted us was lovely and very helpful. We nearly stayed in Florence and so glad we never. Our room had fantastic views Would have been amazing if the balcony was large enough to sit out on but apart from that everything was perfect we would definitely go back

Fin dal mio arrivo ho trovato uno staff estremamente cortese e puntuale, attento ad ogni esigenza e sempre disponibile. L’accoglienza è stata ottima, curata nei dettagli e capace di farti sentire subito a tuo agio, come a casa. La struttura è ben tenuta, pulita e accogliente, con ambienti confortevoli e un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Ho apprezzato molto anche la cura per i particolari e l’organizzazione impeccabile. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mary, che mi ha accolta con grande professionalità, gentilezza e sorriso: un valore aggiunto che fa davvero la differenza. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Pisa con tranquillità e qualità. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

L accueil par Mary était super elle nous a expliqué avec un plan ce qu on pouvais aller voir et les bons restaurants Il y a 2 chambres côte à côte dans le même appartement avec un espace commun . Pour notre pars cela s est bien passé mais si voisin bruyant ça peut être embêtant

• Lyn (7/5): Wouldn't stay here again - Good location. Mary who checked us in was nice & very helpful. She also booked our taxi back to the airport for us on departure. The room wasn't as expected, thought we'd paid for a room with a bath as it was a junior suite but the room had no bath, so a bit confusing/misleading when looking at the pictures. Our apartment was on the 8th floor & the lift was out of order on the first day. We had asked for a 1pm check in but the room wasn't ready when we arrived either so we couldn't unpack straight away. It wasn't as big or luxurious as the images portrayed! We didn't expect to be sharing the kitchen, fridge area either., I think there should be a clearer description of the different room options & facilities. Other guests were very noisy so that affected our sleep. Overall not ideal & a shame as it was a bit of a let down.

• Stanisław (1/5): OMIJAĆ SZEROKIM ŁUKIEM - Osoba obsługująca apartament zaprowadziła nas pod inny adres (47 a nie 42) Pomimo iż wybraliśmy 'apartament' na miejscu okazało się, że to tylko pokój w mieszkaniu gdzie jest kilka takich i będziemy spać de facto z innymi ludźmi w jednym mieszkaniu dzieląc wspólną kuchnie itp. Pracownik kręcił że może anulować rezerwację jeśli booking wyśle mu taką prośbę, po czym gdy na cały pokój rozległ się dźwięk powiadomienia to udawała że nic nie ma. Właściciel podczas rozmowy telefonicznej kazał nam się zameldować do 19 albo spadać (była 18:30 a my byliśmy zmęczeni po locie) mimo, iż nie dostaliśmy apartamentu a pokoju. Booking w tej sytuacji to żart. Korzystasz z tej platformy przez lata a w momencie gdy jawnie zostaliśmy oszukani nie robi nic i staje po stronie właściciela.
• Daniel (5/5): Mediocre - Ubicación buena y limpieza, facilidad por parte del anfitrión al hacer el check-in. Estuve sin agua caliente cerca de 24h. Vito fu excelente, el anfitrión que dejó mucho que desear fue Mery. Tuve problemas con el agua caliente por la noche y era tarde, con lo cual que esperé a la mañana siguiente para ver si se solucionaba, ya que hay más gente en el apartamento y el agua caliene es finita. Por la mañana seguía sin haber agua caliente con lo cual que contacté con Mery y dijo que Vito tardaba 10 minutos, tardó 40 en venir y Mery no respondió a mis mensajes cuando le pregunté cuando llegaría, yo tenía cosas que hacer y me tenía que ir. Al llegar Vito, dijo que se solucionó el problema y que tardaría 10-20 minutos en venir el agua, lo cual no fue así y tuve que salir sin ducharme. Al llegar a las 18:00, seguía sin funcionar el agua caliente con lo cual que contacté de nuevo con Mery, la llamé varias veces y ninguna respuesta tanto a los mensajes como al teléfono. Lo curioso es que cuando yo estaba intentando contactar con Mery, Vito estaba recibiendo a otros clientes en la entrada y podía escuchar como hablaba por teléfono con Mery, pero a mi ella me colgaba las llamadas y no respondía a mis mensajes con lo cual que no sabía si iba poder ducharme, otra vez. Después de casi 1 hora, llegó Vito y milagrosamente empezó a funcionar el agua caliente. Por 230€ por dos noches, espero que el agua funcione a la perfección, pero bueno, puede haber un fallo de cualquier cosa y es entendible, pero no un fallo de casi 24h, y si ocurre algo así por lo menos ofrecer algo de compensación por las molestias, lo cual no ocurrió. Lo que más me molestó fué que al haber problemas por segunda vez, Mery pasaba totalmente, sin contestar a ningún mensaje o llamada, con un nivel de pasotismo absoluto. No sabía si vendría alguien a solucionar lo del agua o no, y eso no me parece correcto. Como ya he mencionado, Vito fue excelente, pero el trato de Mery deja mucho que desear (por lo menos en mi caso).

Location was excellent everything was in walking distance attractions and station. Restaurants in the area were excellent. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay. People needed to remember to close the front security door.

C est un appartement partagé , ce que je n avais pas compris au départ . Malheureusement nous avons eu des voisins très très bruyants et sans respect pour les autres colocataires. Les trois chambres sont mitoyennes. Et mal d insonorisées
