• Peter (8/5): Well equipped, centrally located apartment with a view in a quiet location - The upstairs living area was spacious and very well equipped, with a nice view over the single storey chalets to the beach and estuary. Very comfortable for a couple. We only used the double bedroom at the back of the property, and this was large enough with sufficient storage for our four night stay. Also quiet. Keypad entry made it easy to come and go without worrying about the key. Very good central location nears shops, restaurants and pubs. Own parking off road. Useful folder of local information, and good to have very few dos and don’ts on a simple A4 sheet on the fridge. The single toilet, washbasin and shower downstairs were a little on the small side. Fine for a couple but a family of five might find it inconvenient.

• Melissa (8/5): Would stay again. Just would be nice if the main bed smelt nice and floors weren’t dirty. - The location was perfect. Beds very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for sleeping as it was quiet and dark :) The queen bed linen smelt like a wet dog had been on it or was left wet for days before hanging out. The floors were very sandy when we arrived and had clumps of hair on them so unsure they were vacuumed. A man staying in room 7 was a chain smoker and we couldn’t go outside without smelling the smoke or hearing him choke. They also had a small dog that barked on occasion.

Good response time from the host when we contacted them about the bbq gas issue, which was an easy fix when we knew how. The sewage smell on the laundry / toilet / bathroom area. The rough sheet at the foot of the double bed. The gas running out mid bbq on our first night. The dripping down pipe that woke us up in the middle of the night.

• Emma (10/5): Home away from home in a quiet and beautiful location. - Really thoughtful touches for travellers to make you feel comfortable and accommodated. Comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen, some board games for the kids. Beds were comfortable, nice not shower, lovely view from balcony. Quiet location. Could hear and see the sea. Curious little birds came to visit on the balcony. Would recommend and would stay again. Cannot think of anything.

Luckily i got enought gb on my plan as i was travelling with 2 young kids they used there ipad through hotspot but unable to watch anything on the television .

• Courtney (10/5): Villa for a family of 5 - We are a family of 5 with three young children. This villa was a perfect location, walking distance to the parks, cafes, pub and beach. Absolutely everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Plenty of space, kids loved the board games provided, adults loved the 3 single beds for the kids room. Air con/heating in bedrooms worked well. Theres also space in the front facility for the kids to roller skate or scooter around if you want to stay at the villa while cooking. There's a washer but no dryer so a fold out close drier would be handy to pack if you have one and it's raining and a few extra toilet rolls as there was only 2 supplied. Also, a big TV and couch that folds out to a bed for a movie night. Overall it was an excellent space for a family. Would definitely book again.

Have a really cozy living room, the kitchen has everything you need. Just a reminder for the guests, prepare your own shower gel and shampoo. The facilities especially for cooking in the house is modern, advanced and user friendly. The 70 inches TV with 5.1 surround sound makes you sitting in the cinema, watching Nelfix (free). Host is helpful and responds promptly As a frequent traveller, some are essential to me either in hotel or apartment, they are shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Perhaps it is the culture in Australia, no such things are available on site, it is ok, but please make as important information. Another one is no dish washer, it is quite unmatched to this level of luxury apartment. No extra rubbish bag available. As a conclusion, consumables are very important to the user

Recommend providing TV functionality instructions for digitally challenged guests. Somewhat underwhelming environment/construction of neighbouring Sunsea units in view towards river.

• Kerwyn (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable - The unit was well appointed with some lovely extra touches and attention to detail. It was a lovely place to kick back and relax. Everything was within walking distance and I would highly recommend for a young family. It was advertised as 2 bathroom but that is quite misleading….1 toilet, shower and sink that doubles as a laundry sink plus an outside shower is not 2 bathrooms! However the other aspects of this lovely unit softened the blow. If two bathrooms are a must-do for you then don’t go here.
• Joshua (10/5): Exceptional and spectacular - The view from the balcony is spectacular with nice seating. The property internally is modern and very nicely furnished. All modern electrical items inside including a coffee machine with pods, huge tv, and modern oven. Huge courtyard with table and chairs with a modern BBQ which was clean. Hosts were friendly and messaged all throughout to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I’m extremely picky about places I stay and this was definitely a favourite and I would recommend for anyone.
• Tracey (8/5): Very good - The villa is beautifully appointed. It has just about everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. The location suited us perfectly. We were able to walk to cafes and pubs and sunset from the balcony was lovely. As we are 2 couples traveling together, we booked this villa because it was advertised as having 2 bathrooms. That was not correct. The second " bathroom" referred to must be the outdoor shower!!! This was disappointing but as we were only there for 2 nights it wasn't a big problem.

• Suzanne (8/5): Very good - Location was very good although it wasn't obvious where to go initially because of the units under construction in front of ours with a different name. Living area was very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Outdoor facilities provided were great but due to the number of flies in Kalbarri currently we didn't use them. The only thing was the bathroom facilities are not so good for 4 adults or a family. One small shower and would have benefited from an additional toilet and more towels. Would have been good to have an info manual in the unit with tips on how to get WAST TV and where to put recycling, for example.
• Shaun (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect and access to the property was made easy with no fuss. The villa is very well appointed with a great view from the upstairs lounge area. Everything you need in a well presented property within a stones throw from the beach. A small niggle, but there weren't enough towels for all guests. But it was a minor issue and did not do anything to spoil the stay.
