• Jaro (7/5): Kelpo majoitus kilpailukykyisellä hinnalla! - Sijainti Beal Beach -kompleksissa on loistava. Asunnosta on kivat näkymät puutarhaan, kadulle ja merelle. Huone oli siisti ja Benal Beachin palvelut, esim. ruokakauppa ja uima-allasalue on hyvä. Asunnosta puuttuu mm. uuni ruoanlaittoa varten ja astianpesukone.

• Sonia (9/5): - Se encuentra cerca de la playa y las instalaciones están muy bien. La piscina está genial, lástima que solo abren los toboganes en verano y no desde semana santa. Difícil aparcar, aunque se tenga parking privado es pequeño para la cantidad de alojamiento que alberga. Y en la calle también es complicado aparcar por la proximidad a la playa.

• Stella (9/5): Schön ausgestattetes, sauberes, grosses Appartement, 5 Gehminuten vom Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Guter Whatsappkontakt mit den Zuständigen/ unkomplizierter Checkin über Codes (früher als erwartet :)!) -super Lage , in ein paar Gehminuten am Strand, Supermärkten, Restaurants etc., Alles Wichtige vor Ort (auch Apotheken). -Direkt im Hotelgebäude gibt es einen Supermarkt (praktisch!), Fitnessstudio (ganz gut ausgestattet für "Urlaubstrainings" ;)!), Friseur, Waschsalon , Wasser- und Kaffeeautomaten etc. -unser Studio mit Meerblick (gegen Aufpreis) hatte einen superschönen, grossen Balkon, eine Schlafcouch zum Ausziehen, eine gut ausgestattete Küche (inkl. MIkrowelle, Kaffeekapselmaschine, Geschirr, Utensilien wie Spülmittel, Lappen etc). - Das Bett war sehr bequem und man konnte nachts das Meeresrauschen hören. -zu unserer Zeit sehr ruhig (April)- im Sommer wahrscheinlich durch mehr Touristen etwas voller/lauter -nur die Verwirrung durch das sehr grosse, verwinkelte Gebäude war etwas nervig, aber machbar.

• Ana (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación y las vistas son inmejorables Hubo un corte de luz en varios de los edificios de los que consta el complejo y estuvimos varias horas sin luz, eso sí el día de salida a las 10 en punto bloquearon la contraseña para poder acceder al apartamento mientras sacábamos las maletas sin tener en cuenta el trastorno sufrido la noche anterior sin luz en una séptima planta sin poder hacer uso ni del ascensor

Just all the details of where to leave towels and bedding seemed to be alot of ordering and the girls code wouldn't work one night when we were out and they couldn't help them at the desk we had to leave a meal to come back to let them in

Great transport services nearby, close to beach and marina, lots of bars, restaurants and shops, within easy reach of the old towns and neighbouring resorts. Everything perfect! Very uncomfortable, small, no soap, no washing machine. The ones that gives the keys not kind at all. Will never go to this side for an apparment. The service given for the people was more than WORST!!! Don’t recommend nobody to stay here!!!

• Chen (1/5): - Es muy mal .El servicio de saneamiento es deficiente, no hay estacionamiento, el propietario no contesta el teléfono, la cocina está rota y es muy peligrosa, y todo está sucio. ¿Por qué alquilarían una casa tan desordenada? Tuvimos que salir a las 10:00 y los niños ni siquiera desayunaron, lo que afectó nuestro estado de ánimo vacacional. Este es el peor hotel en el que me he alojado.
• Juan (1/5): No me ha gustado nada - Al llegar no había autorización para recoger las llaves aún habiéndolo avisado con antelación. Las camas no tenían sábanas, y las bajeras estaban sucias.
• María (1/5): Precio excesivo para lo que ofrecen - La piscina del hotel está bien, aunque solo puedes usarla mientras tengas la habitación, ya que al entregar las llaves también debes devolver la pulsera de acceso a la piscina. La terraza de la habitación es agradable para tomar el aire, y la playa está cerca, lo cual es un punto a favor si tu plan es pasar el día fuera. No lo recomiendo si valoras la limpieza, el descanso o la relación calidad-precio. La habitación no es como esperaba: entra mucha claridad por las dos ventanas que tiene. Una es un ventanal grande con puertas correderas y una cortina muy fina y gris que no frena nada la luz. También entra claridad por la puerta. Si necesitas oscuridad para dormir, esta habitación no es para ti. La cocina fue otra decepción: el único estropajo que había para limpiar los cubiertos estaba sucísimo, daba asco cogerlo, así que ni siquiera pude utilizar los cubiertos sin lavarlos primero. Busqué por la cocina y no había estropajo nuevo por ningún lado. Además, la habitación no era bonita, las sábanas olían mal y las almohadas eran demasiado duras, incómodas para dormir. Para colmo, aparcamos fatal. En la zona era muy difícil encontrar sitio, lo que complicó bastante la llegada. Por si fuera poco, nos dijeron que solo podíamos entrar a partir de las 15:00, pero al llegar vimos un cartel que decía que había que abandonar la habitación a las 10:00 de la mañana. Me parece un abuso cobrar 189 € por entrar un sábado a media tarde y tener que irte el domingo a primera hora. En total, ni siquiera estuvimos 12 horas reales en la habitación.

We didn’t fly until 10.25 at night and they expected us to carry our luggage around until then. We booked another room which cost us £98 and the room was disgusting. Dirty and had ants everywhere, because of this we would not stay there again.

• Cxdsss (1/5): Solo le importa su dinero no la gente - Nada Ni me gustó las condiciones les llamé y tuve un problema con la tarjeta de crédito mía y cuando le pagué la reserva no fueron capaces de decirme de la fianza ya que me hizo favor mi prima al pagarlo con su tarjeta y a no saber nada de la fianza me quedé en la calle me parece muy mal les llamé y les pregunté si se podía arreglar de otra manera y me dijieron que no ni cambiar los días ni nada mal solo le importa el dinero nada más

• SOLE (7/5): OK but needs improvement - Close proximity to the beach. Bright and spacious. - A great deal of rust in the fridge. (=Dangerous toxicity). (See photos) - Uncomfortable sofa where whenever I was sitting down I felt I was sitting on an iron bar because seat cushion would not close gap.

Maar het was een mooie lokatie met fantastische uitzicht Voor ons zat het balkon aan de verkeerde kant , was heel warm aan het einde van de middag en avond . Ook geen mogelijkheid om een zonnescherm naar beneden te doen zo als elders in het complex

• Alina (10/5): - Отличный номер и персонал очень вежливый Единственный минус это то, что на террасе неправильно сделан слив. Когда на верхних этажах моют террасу, вся вода льется на нижние. И это очень мешает находиться на террасе
• monique (7/5): Heel fijn, wel gehorig - Dichtbij het strand. Ruime kamer. Schoon Het was erg gehorig, schuiven van stoelen etc erg luid. Ons appartement lag naast de trap. Dus veel rumoer.
• Warren (8/5): Lovely Apartment and pool - Nice apartment and complexes . Great pool . The apartment is privately owned but is rented out by Benal Beach . The fridge freezer wasn't working when we arrived but they replaced it in a couple of days. Very comfortable bed , lovely shower and great size TV . Benal Beach staff was very helpful and we would stay there again. There is a bar area with snacks but there is no Club house for entertainment in the evening.
• Angie R (10/5): Perfect stay - Lovely big studio on 2nd floor, well equipped, everything you need for perfect stay, complimentary water in fridge, also washing up liquid, scourer, dish cloth & tea towel...plenty of hand & bath towels & always hot water.. also housekeeping staff called mid week to empty bins & change towels..good location but you have to go up a hill, felt steep for me, as I was only out of a boot after breaking foot a few weeks previous, but during the day you can go up through the gardens at the front..but the gate is locked from 9pm or so...supermarket on ground floor sells everything you need & is very reasonably priced & opens at 9am. studio was a bit dated, which was fine with us, but spotlessly clean...would definitely come back & recommend to anyone... Also had great AC... Nothing we didn't like but it would have been great to have had a couple of sun chairs for taking to pool & beach as you have to pay for sunbeds at Benal Beach which iv never had to do before .. Balcony does not get the sun at all but we were ok with that as it kept studio a bit cooler.

I loved all the beautiful plants, both outside and inside the apartment complex. It was such a large complex, it was easy to get lost trying to find our appartment !! Mayb a few extra SIGNS wud be helpful! Also it took us a while to try and find the shop downstairs! It wud be nice if there was some entertainment in evenings..as we had to leave apartment every evening for entertainment!

• belen (5/5): - Las instalaciones exteriores de la zona de la piscina Camas para todos los huéspedes.Cercano a la playa. Está muy dejado,las fuentes sucias y apagadas.Se cerró la piscina un día de la estancia por mantenimiento avisando esa misma mañana.La entrada es muy tarde y la salida muy temprano(se pierde medio día que has pagado).Muchos locales cerrados,sólo el supermercado y la lavandería.El aparcamiento en el interior es imposible

• Ayat (1/5): grosse arnaque par booking - appartement propre Grosse arnaque, je m'attendais à la vue sur mer, je me suis basée sur les images comme il n'était indiqué clairement nul part que je n'aurai pas vue sur mer Réservation sur booking beaucoup plus cher que sur le site officiel kingfisher +400€, je m'en suis rendue compte une fois sur place quand j'ai eu le choc de ma vie (vue sur une terrasse verte très moche et piscine) service booking injoignable par téléphone La réception ne voulait rien savoir ni communiquer sur ce sujet Aucune possibilité de stationner dans la résidence tellement il y a peu de places, encore moins à l'extérieur (partie publique) Je regrette tellement ... plus jamais booking!
• Cristina (6/5): Excesivamente caro para lo que ofrece - La ubicación y que el anfitrión nos dejó las pulseras de la piscina el día de salida hasta más tarde. Muy dejado todo en general ,sucio y deteriorado,la cortina deja pasar toda la luz desde primera hora de la mañana,la ducha no se podía colgar en la pared,las sillas y mesas de la terraza asquerosas y la terraza parecía abandonada...muchas cosas que se echan en falta aunque sea para una noche(cubo de basura,enchufe en el baño..)No lo recomiendo para larga estancia..
