• Luba (6/5): - Достаточно чисто, только пятна на простынях, но сама комната и туалет убраны неплохо. Это Гонконг, надо понимать соотношение цена-качество. Вопросов к отелю нет, мы хорошо провели там время. Wi-fi работал в комнате с хорошим уровнем сигнала. Предостпвляется мыло и туалетная бумага. Пятна на простынях.

• Ronald (8/5): - The location is great and convenient if you’re using the metro train. Lots of shady people around the property that wants to hustle with you and offer you like things that can get you into serious trouble. It’s chaotic especially when you’re not familiar in this type of environment before. The room is tiny and the space is limited. If you’re over 6ft and bigger you’ll have to consider your size before booking it. Unlike other hostel which has staff 24/7 this one doesn’t have. You’ll get what you really pay for.

• Jonni (2/5): - I arrived and couldn't even stay because the room was so dirty. There was hair, fur, and dirt on the bed. I left the room and had to book another one. I tried to request a refund, but I got nothing.

El baño mide menos de 1 metro cuadrado, solo había un jabón de manos usado y shampoo con agua. Se nota que la cama no la cambian de menaje jamás. Cucarachas caminando sobre la cama. Para entrar hay que hacer fila en un elevador con mucha gente. Es el peor hotel que conozco.

• Julia (2/5): - This place and the others located at this address are not hotels in any accepted meaning of hotel. They are apartment units converted to rooms inside of a cockroach infested building. They claim 24 hr service and when you arrive at the apartment « hotel » it is likely that nobody will answer the door. After waiting several hours we finally got inside and I have never seen such a decrepid property in my travel of over 50 countries. The photos used in their ads were not even close to what was being offered. It was so disgusting we left immediately and cut our losses. Fortunately we had only booked for one night.

• YICK (2/5): 最最最難忘的嘔心住所 - 房間無一與網上相片一樣，首先入住等待二小時多，然後帶到另一家旅館，房內只有風扇一個，大概只有四平米的房間，行李都要放在牀上和床底下，電視但沒有搖控所以不能開啟，電線插頭都危險的吊在牆邊，廁所留下上一個客人的排便，因為馬桶是壞的，牆上爬著蟑螂，等等⋯⋯跟本不是人住的地方，我們只好去外面的酒店24小時咖啡餐廳渡過一個晚上，第二天急著退房，雖然我們付了八個晚上的租金，酒店說一分錢都不會退，這是我們最最最難忘的嘔心洒店（不能叫酒店，連一個最窮的簡陋房間都不如）

• Maria Bernadette (4/5): - i have prepaid reservation but when arrived there was no room,i ask help if they could help find another hotel but they refused.they weren't interested to give any help.they just told us to live and say gonna be refunded the 103 hkd but so far no money has been refunded to my credit card.
• JoonaPaatalo (6/5): Appropriate backpacking stay - The owner of this hostel owns also many other hostels in the building, so when arriving two days before our booking (this hostel), we were guided to other hostel (Castle Inn) for the whole stay. The room looked exactly the same, so I bet these hostels are quite similar. We found the owner’s number on the hostel door and after a call he kindly helped us with no delays. Payment was also laid-back, I paid something upon arrival and the rest the next day after changing more local currency. (Last two nights prepaid online, no problem with that) If you book anything from Chungking Mansions, expect very small rooms with backpacker style. Knowing this and comparing the price to the Hong Kong hotel prices, it wasn’t a problem that the room wasn’t too clean and we needed to ask for second toothbrush and a new light bulb. The stay was no luxury but private and convenient. BTW, on the whole Chungking Mansions might seem chaotic and filthty at first glance, but actually it’s a lovely place of cultural encounters to explore if you have an open mind!

• Ronald (2/5): Don stay - The sheets was not clean. There was no room to even have a suitcase. It not what I book. There put me in another hotel because over booked.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - When we arrive last April 15 in this place...there is no people there..i've waited 3 hrs...knocking the door but there is no other coming..what kind of HOSTEL are you...might very big in the picture but its too small..no cabinet, no good smell of towels...place is so dirty...this is not a good place especially for those who have children. I stayed only for 2 days from Saturday and Sunday..I ask Mr. Singh how to get my money back from April 15 - 19...not staying in the said HOSTEL...now it this what you want to promote???some other persons are complaining because of this the of attitude of the who handle this Hostel...very POOR...better you can to INSPECT this area...
• Chang (4/5): Room condition - Double bed is too small for 2 ppl especially 2 adults. Bed sheet and pillow look old and brownish and too soft. Whole family members got bite by dust mite, very itch and unable to sleep well. Towel also unclean. Not replenish on toilet paper. Only hot drink water available.
• Sando (4/5): You get what you pay for - not much - A place for a shower and maybe 2-3 hours sleep after an overnight flight before our 'real' hotel was available for check in. Rude staff (don't call me brother), no idea about our booking, disgusting bathroom/shower. Oh well, you get what you pay for.
