She made sure we had everything we needed and that we knew where everything was. The lovely welcome pack was a wonderful addition to our stay. The apt is in an excellent location, near the lovely historic area. Many cafes and tapas bars are nearby. It is a wonderful, very clean apt and is comfy to chill in. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment for a stay in Malaga. Nothing!

La communication avec l'hôte a été fluide pour le processus du Check-in. De nombreux cadeaux de bienvenue à notre arrivée. L'appartement est conforme à la description sur le site internet de Booking. Il est très bien situé dans le quartier historique de Malaga et à proximité des nombreux commerces, restaurants et bars. L'appartement est joliment décoré et il se trouve dans un immeuble avec ascenseur, calme et sécurisé. a noter, une très bonne literie et la présence des produits de base pour cuisiner. Le logement était propre à notre arrivée et l'hôte a fait preuve de souplesse pour un départ le lendemain à 13h00 et sans frais supplémentaire. Les serviettes et les produits de douche n'ont rien à envier à ceux proposés dans les hôtels de bon standing. De nombreux conseils envoyés par l'hôte avant notre arrivée pour des visites de sites touristiques, pour des balades à pied et pour diner dans des restaurants dans le centre de cette belle ville de MALAGA. Je recommande sans hésiter ce bel appartement bien équipé et bien insonorisé, lequel est très fonctionnel notamment pour un séjour à deux. RAS

There is not an actual balcony, the kitchen windows open to function as a balcony looking over the dry waterway in between the directions of the road that the building faces. But, it was still very nice. The location is also great, 5 minute walk to Malaga city center. We had free parking in the garage just across the waterway.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καταπληκτικό άνετο με πολύ ευκολη πρόσβαση και πολύ ασφαλές με κεντρική είσοδο. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και είχε όλες τις παροχές. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ άμεσος και ακριβής στην επικοινωνία μας, μας έστειλε λεπτομερής οδηγίες για την πρόσβα΄ση μας και δεν δυσκολευτήκαμε καθόλου παρόλο που φτάσαμε τα ξημερώματα. Μάλιστα μας βοήθησε και σε κάτι που χρειάστηκε για την ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου. Στα bonus η καφετιέρα nespresso με καφέδες, τα μπισκότα για τα μικρά και το μπουκάλι τοπικό κρασί για τους γονείς!! Καλύπτει όλες τις ανέσεις για μια οικογένεια καθώς ακριβώς απο κάτω έχει και μαγαζί για πρωινό οπότε ευκολα μπορείς να προμηθευτείς τα πάντα!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Προσωπικά δεν βρήκα τίποτε αρνητικό!

I had to speak to a person I didnt know via watsup because the lady who gave us the keys didn't speak English.We had to keep our stuff in the containers/ boxes just so you know if you have late flight, you will need to pay 15 EUR for you luggage which is a walking distance from the appartment.

Même lorsqu’il manquait quelque chose, il/elle réagissait rapidement pour résoudre le problème, ce qui était vraiment appréciable. La femme de ménage était très gentille et souriante. Malgré la barrière de la langue, nous avons beaucoup échangé, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. La localisation est idéale, vraiment proche de tout. Nous n’avons presque pas eu besoin de prendre les transports, sauf lors de nos séances de shopping quand les sacs devenaient trop lourds. Sinon, nous faisions tout à pied, même avec les enfants. En résumé, pour mon prochain séjour à Malaga, je choisirai sans hésiter ce logement ❤️

• ILONA (10/5): - Lokal zdecydowanie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Już po otwarciu drzwi wiedzieliśmy, że to jest to. Mieszkanie mimo, że przy ulicy było bardzo ciche. Sypialnie z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami są usytuowane od strony podwórka. Nieduży aneks zdecydowanie wystarczał na przygotowanie posiłków dla 4 osób. Salon był przyjemnym miejscem do odpoczynku po ciężkim dniu. Łazienka niezbyt duża ale dla nas to nie był problem. Kontakt z wynajmującym wzorowy. Było czuć jego zainteresowanie i troskę. Po przybyciu czekała na nas butelka wina i ciasteczka. Zdecydowanie polecam! Jedynie mała sugestia, że mogły się przydać jakiś wieszak na kurtki w przedpokoju.

• Kelley (6/5): Nice place, great location, but not five star. - The location is really great, old town centro area is right around the corner. The free parking across the street was excellent. The apartment was very clean and everything looked new. There were some nice munchies and a bottle of wine awaiting us. The lady who met us at the door was very responsive and friendly. The description said it had a “sofa bed,” but it is really just a sofa. It does not fold out into a bed. There was only one accessible power outlet in the living/kitchen area and was not near the sofa or tables where a person would sit. And sadly, even though the windows looked new, the noise from the street was quite loud for whoever is sleeping on the “sofa bed.” I had to wear earplugs to get any sleep. The shower worked great but is really small. A larger person would have a hard time. I’m not that big, but my arm kept hitting the temp control and changing the temp. A few minor things too, like the outlet came out of the wall when we tried to unplug the blow dryer.

• Violeta (10/5): Amazing location, free parking, clean and spacious apartment - great responsive host! - Clean, comfortable and above all spacious, the apartment met all our expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly lady who maintains the apartments. Although she does not speak English, we managed to communicate through laughter and with the help of Google Translate. The apartment was fragrant and clean, with enough towels, blankets and a well-equipped kitchen. The location of the apartment itself is perfect, with a light walk you can be on the main square in just a few minutes. On the other hand, communication with the host was fast and efficient via WhatsApp - I had additional questions for the host and he kindly answered all of them and was ready to help. For example, in Spain there are so-called low emission zones in the city and at the entrance to the city, so if you are coming with a vehicle (and not a rental car) check whether you are allowed to enter the city with it so as not to pay fines later. It is convenient that the host provides free parking (over a bridge) during your entire stay in the garage, so you can be relaxed and stress-free. A small note: the garage is a bit narrow, but that is normal in Spain, we managed to park our vehicle normally (Renault Clio). Malaga was our base, we traveled from it to the surrounding cities and we did not regret it. I highly recommend this apartment. And we definitely plan to return, because we still have a few locations we want to visit. p.s. We were also greeted with free coffee (Nespresso machine), sweets, toast and delicious orange jam - very thoughtful of the host. Everything was great! :)

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, miłe upominki na powitanie, odbiór kluczy bezproblemowy. Apartament przytulny i dobrze wyposażony. Drobne usterki typu, odpadająca framuga, czy wypadające gniazdko wymagałyby poprawy, ale nie wpływały ogólnie na jakość pobytu.

Mieszkanie było zadbane i posprzątane. Plusem były również gratisy pozostawione przez osobę opiekującą się mieszkaniem, w tym spora ilość kapsułek z kawą do ekspresu. Mała druga sypialnia i ciasna łazienka. Pralka była z suszarką, ale brakowało nam miejsca do wywieszenia upranych rzeczy, aby doschły. Nie było również kapsułek do prania.

• Dimitar (10/5): - Nice clean apartment, in the center with free parking. The hosts let us keep our bags in the apartment on our last day, so we can spend some more time around. All was good.
• Mary (10/5): - The apartment was beautiful, the host was wonderful and the location was perfect. Could not have asked for a better stay!
• Ian (9/5): Thanks in part to our accommodation, we had a lovely holiday in a very interesting city. - The flat was in a good position, easy to find on the edge of the historic area. For us, a retired couple, the apartment was perfect because we need to rest at times in between our site seeing. The flat was clean and comfortable and very pleasant to stay in for a week. The hosts were generous in supplying some food for us including a bottle of wine. Its difficult to suggest anything in particular. Lack of cupboard space would seem very frivolous to mention. A kettle broke down, but was replaced within 10 minutes of reporting it.

• Isabelle (10/5): L'hébergement idéal - L'appartement est superbe, bien équipé et très bien situé juste à côté du centre historique et des rues commerçantes. Même si la pièce de vie est plutôt bruyante car à côté d'une avenue avec beaucoup de circulation, la chambre, située sur l'arrière est très calme. La dame qui nous a accueillis a été adorable et nous avait même prévu des aliments pour notre petit déjeuner du lendemain. Si nous revenons à Malaga c'est dans cet hébergement que nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

• Jennifer (8/5): - Nice and cleaning. Missing some utensils like bowls for breakfast. Lots of nice coffee pods to use. Nice bottle of wine and chocolate bar for child which were lovely touches. Poor view across to the empty and graffitied canal. Close to centre so perfect for that.
• Shawez (6/5): Overall very good value for money - Location was great. And overall value for money! Plus hosts were kind enough to leave a few edibles etc. The size of the bathroom - honestly not adequate for a family. We have a small family and it was terribly small and a tight fit with a little one.
• Mercedes (9/5): Great value stay on the edge of old town with free parking. - Literally steps away from the old town; free parking a mere 50m from the property and the hostess came to meet us which was very kind. Not much! Layout inside is a little curious with one table built into the wall behind a door but really inconsequential!

• Maria de los Angeles (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento tenía de todo. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Nos dejaron café, leche, galletas. He quedado encantada! Por poner algo: Lo que menos me gustó fue el baño que es pequeñito y estaría bien que tuviera un mueble para dejar las cosas

• Tomasz (9/5): - Apartament w samym centrum, dosłownie obok niego niesamowite kanjpki i restauracje z pysznym jedzeniem. Wszędzie blisko. Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne i to czego się nie spodziewaliśmy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, zawsze dostępny i gotowy do pomocy :) Jak będę planował kolejną wizytę w Maladze na pewno w pierwszej kolejności spradzę dostępność tego apartamentu.
