- _ (10/5): Best location I could ask for (and also comfortable room) - The hotel is located in a very practical zone. It is very near to Rome Termini, which is very helpful. It is also very crowded at night because of the restaurants that are near, which is very helpful if you travel alone and want to come back to the hotel at night (9 pm or 10 pm), you can walk around by yourself and it is safe (of course, always be cautious but overall you can be alone in the zone and be safe). The location and the quality of the room are the things I liked the most. And the owners put bottles of water in the kitchen for you to drink, which is very helpful. Maybe the building is a little too old, but it is safe anyways. So the hotel is great for staying a few days.

- Cristina (8/5): - Tutto sommato ottimo soggiorno. Il ragazzo che gestisce il posto è stato disponibilissimo già da qualche giorno prima del mio arrivo e per tutta la durata della permanenza. Indicazioni precise e check in veloce. Pulizia della camera fatta un giorno si e un giorno no e nel giorno in cui non veniva fatta mi è sempre stato chiesto se avevo bisogno di qualcosa. Camera e bagno spaziosi e con tutto quello che serviva per una breve permanenza Trattasi di stabile un pò vecchiotto che avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione ma confrontato a strutture simili nei dintorni ha una qualità / prezzo sicuramente migliori. A chi si lamenta della zona, consiglio per la prossima volta di evitare zona stazione. Tutte le zone stazioni sono diciamo un pò caotiche e dalla parvenza poco sicure. In questo caso però devo dire che non mi sono mai sentita in pericolo o a disagio

Oltre al disagio causato a loro, anzichè addebitare solo l'importo della prima notte come penale, mi è stato addebitato l'importo di tutte le notti (problema risolto fortunamente da Booking)

Než se takzvaně vytáhla voda nahoru byla studená a potom jen horká nešla upravit teplota. Z kohoutku studená tekla tenkým proudem a nebo horká dostatečným proudem. Napouštění toalety taky problém trvalo to hrozně dlouho.

Poder disponer de agua para beber en cualquier momento es un plus La luz blanca de la habitación. Eché de menos una lámpara de mesa de luz cálida. Contribuye a crear un ambiente más acogedor. Ah, y una silla. Solo podias sentarte en la cama. Respecto a la zona, pues no es de los más seguros de Roma.

- Vaselio9 (3/5): Camera improponibile - Posizione ottima, attaccato a Termini. Personale gentile e disponibile in tutto, anche se per le carenze strutturali non può fare nulla. Mi dispiace per il personale (evidentemente la colpa è dei proprietari e non di chi ci lavora) ma la camera è da bocciare. Dimensioni ridotte anche per una singola. Materasso sottilissimo e a molle di ferro, che credo non esistano neanche più in commercio. Nessun comodino o mensola vicino al letto. Tv senza antenna. Puzza di fogna dal bagno. Nessun armadio o sedia o piano di appoggio. Il WiFi non prendeva. Spazio per muoversi all'interno della camera assente.

- Zambruno (8/5): Bien para pasar las noches y estar todo el día fuera - El trato de Tahsin, muy atento, educado y agradable. Nos hizo un regalito al finalizar la estancia, sin duda lo mejor del alojamiento. La cama, no era muy cómoda.

Aproape si de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice, Am avut din partea "casei" : cafea, ceai si apa, pt noi a fost un plus. Si un mic dar la plecare, mulțumim! Fiind zona destul de aglomerata si vederea spre stada, dimineata se auzeau masinile trecând. Bucătăria nu este dotata cu loc de luat masa. A trebuit sa ne înghesuim la micul dejun, noi fiind si cu 2 copii. Dar ne.am descurcat. Nu este pt pretențioși! Amplasarea locației super, per total mulțumiți!

- Roberta (6/5): Posizione comoda e strategica ma bisogna migliorare alcune cose - Buona la vicinanza alla stazione termini quindi a 15/20 minuti dal centro a piedi. L’host disponibile e gentile ci ha regalato anche 4 souvenir (uno a testa) di Roma come ricordo del nostro soggiorno. Letto scomodo,troppo basso il matrimoniale sembrava di dormire sulla rete,idem il cuscino troppo basso e duro infatti ho dovuto mettere il giubbotto sotto. Difficile la serratura della porta infatti a mattina presto nuovi clienti non riuscivano ad aprire la porta vicino la camera nostra e si è sentito palesemente tutto, 1ora contata per aprire la porta sono state. E il bagno che si risentiva “l’odore “ di fogna

- Alessia Mariarosaria (7/5): Una notte ok - La posizione è ottima, inoltre l'accoglienza è stata molto professionale. Ho apprezzato il piccolo regalino (calamita e penna) trovati in camera. La camera non era molto pulita: il water quando abbiamo fatto il check in era sporco e nel bagno c'era molta acqua a terra. La TV non funzionava, si accendeva e non si sintonizzava con alcun canale, né era possibile utilizzarla nella modalità smart. Non so se ci fosse il wifi, ma non mi sono state date le credenziali. La doccia non dispone di un appoggio su cui mettere bagnoschiuma/shampoo, ecc., è stato un po' scomodo. Infine nel bagno non c'è un gancio per le asciugamani o accappatoi, quindi bisogna prima uscire dalla doccia e poi recuperare gli asciugamani in camera. Nel complesso ottimo per una notte se si vuol stare vicino alla stazione, ma non di più. Nel mio caso è andata bene perché mi interessava la posizione.

Toilet was a bit week and shower drain is slow but otherwise very clean and staff response was very quick. Check in process needs to be clearly written in instructions. You will need to contact the staff via whatsapp to check in. Payment method was questionable, cash or online transfer was preferred. Staff asked for ID and was about to take a photo of my passport before I stopped them - highly unprofessional to take photos of ID on a personal device, recording this information needs to be a secure process and clearly defined in agreement that any personal information given to the apartment will be stored securely

- Concito (4/5): - Personale molto accogliente è disponibile, veramente top, la posizione ottima, tutto vicino, a pochi passi dalla stazione termini, è alla fermata degli urbani. Camera molto piccola, da non potersi muovere, doccia troppa alta, con il rischio di cadere, getto d'acqua dalla doccia deludente, molto debole, è quasi impossibile regolare la temperatura dell'acqua, frigo rotto, abbiamo messo una bottiglia di coca-cola, l'indomani era ghiaccio. Acqua del water che esce di continuo, creando fastidio di notte per dormire, cucina sporca. Le cose buone sono solo 2,il personale, veramente un ragazzo d'oro, è la posizione del B&B. Per il resto. NA CAGATA.

- Natalie (3/5): Better location than room itself - Our host was informative and gave us some souvenirs. Wifi was quick. Good location near the train station. You could feel every spring in the mattress, the bedroom was tiled and felt like a bathroom, no bedside lamps just a fluorescent overhead light, the plumbing was subpar and took three presses to flush the toilet, the lift only worked every 1 out of 4 times but didn’t work for the floor of the hotel. Not at the same standard of hotel as others we stayed in for the same price in Rome unfortunately.
