- Bill (1/5): Disappointed - There was constant jack hammer from appartments above we notified admin but there no reply I even had one of your office staff come to our apartment to help with the tv and she commented about the noise and she said they weren’t notified about the work going on at the apartment above us but their was notices in the elevator letting visitors know about the work so I don’t think the apartment should of been rented out because the noise was relentless and we should be compensated because it would of been a lovely 2 nights to celebrate my birthday except for the constant noise
- Odette (7/5): Great for younger couples eho enjoy the night live. - Location and views are amazing! The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Pool and hot water jacuzzi were amazing. The unit is a bit compact which made seating in the living room an issue for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Full sun exposure in the mornings which ment no Breakfast on the balcony nor opening any curtains to see the ocean, afternoons were lovely. Both showers spills water everywhere when used, even when clinging tot the wall. The esplanade is alive at night, so you will either hear it or you will have to close all windows and doors. Key collection at the office was a hazzle as their were road works and no parking.

- Holly (10/5): Amazing place to stay - Beautiful views and perfect location. We've stayed here before in a different apartment and it its just the perfect place to stay if you love to wake up to the sun coming up over the ocean. We will definitely be back Toilet seat was broken in the ensuite.

- Roger (5/5): Too expensive for quality of accommodation - Breakfast not applicable. Location good. Kitchen dark , in need of update. Furniture not suitable for persons with poor eyesight or with disabilities.
- Kerry (2/5): Terrible service - Relatively nice property, beautifully presented. Pretty abysmal service from the G1 real estate handling the property. The actual hotel staff were amazing, it's a shame our apartment wasn't managed by Mantra Zanzibar itself. Check before you book who your unit is managed through as the real estate won't lift a finger to help you. We had the worst experience with them and it put a huge dampner on our stay. Wouldn't recommend unit 905 purely based on G1!!
- John (7/5): We loved location, but Unit 905 is not value for money due to very tired furniture etc - The location was brilliant, the Unit , apart from certain furniture was good. The lounge suite is past use by date. Springs shot and hard to get up from.

- Martin (9/5): Location, location, location. - Location, location, location! Breakfast on the balcony admiring the view was incredible. Cafe's directly below. Beach directly opposite. Not a big deal, but two suggestions for the owners. The ensuite bathroom could do with a small towel rail below the hand-towel loop to hang up the bath mat. Even better, an actual shower door really is required. It's not a huge bathroom so water splashes all over the floor (and said bath mat). The shower cubicle is quite big, yet you end up hugging the wall to minimise the water going everywhere. A shower door could easily be fitted to the tile wall.
- Mark (9/5): Superb - Comfortable and clean apartment with everything we needed, in an excellent location in the middle of Mooloolaba, with good sea views from balcony and living room. It’s across the road from the patrolled beach, and close to many restaurants, shops, supermarket and Mooloolaba Wharf. There is no shower screen door in the ensuite bathroom, but it’s only a minor inconvenience.

- Penny (9/5): Spacious apartment, perfect location - Well stocked, lovely, spacious apartment with a beautiful view over the water. Both bathrooms catered perfectly for my elderly parents. Location was also excellent as my parents have limited mobility and access to the shops was easy and so close. We didn’t see any luggage trolleys at all during our stay. We did ask a worker who said they were on the first floor but were still not able to find any. Also the information I was emailed had the wrong internet name listed. Luckily I worked out which was the correct one to connect to.

- Graham (7/5): Future travellers beware. Very disappointed after acting on false advertising. Reaction by G1 the managers was one of di - Location is easy for beach and strip. Nice walks in area and on beach. I booked the property because it advertised it had a bath. It was advertised as “The spa bath is a top feature of this apartment”, as per Booking.com @ 12/08/2024. This was important for personal reasons and was critical in my selection.But there was no spa bath as we were informed the owners took it out and converted the ensuite into a disabled facility. No problem with them doing this but why weren’t we offered something else. The managers were aware and there was no update in advertising. The patio BBQ was also absent. Felt let down by poor advertising and in my case I feel I was tricked into taking this unit.

- Andrea (7/5): Value for money one of the best around for location. - Have stayed many times best location for sure. A funny smell inside thought it could be the air conditioning units. Outside area foyer a bit grubby. A couple of bulbs out. Master bathroom a bit Mickey mouse I understand they have taken the bath out. The oven is very hard to read markings for bake grill etc. probably about time for a newer model.

Easy check-in and access in and out of the building with key. Good airconditioning. Sheets smelt of sweat and general dirty and moist carpet. The sofa is moist and dirty/worn which unpleasant to sit on. The cutlery was not clean from the previous occupants. Dripping/running water sound in the main ensuite. Smoking from downstairs apartment and noise from upstairs apartment.

- Paul (8/5): Wonderful sunshine views - Great location and views, right opposite the beach, handy to all the restaurants and surf club. Decent amount of living space. Surprisingly quiet from street noise at night despite being on the Esplanade. Easy parking underneath. Slightly dated decor, but it was OK Saw some small ants in the kitchen and main bathroom but didn't become a problem.
