- Verified traveler (10/5): - J'ai adoré l'accueil, le calme de la chambre, la propreté et le casino juste en face ! J'ai moins aimé les 5 etages sans ascenseur... Le tarif est plus que correct pour l'ensemble de mes 5 nuits passées. Ce nest certe pas un 5 étoiles mais je cherchais justement d'êtres au plus proches des habitants. Merci encore
- Sulejman (2/5): Izbjegavajte ovaj smještaj - Nevjerovatno. Nakon što sam uredno primio potvrdu rezervacije saopćeno mi je da nemaju smještaj za nas a novac je skinut sa računa. Čekao sam više od dva sata da se pojavi neko ispred vrata. Užasno!!!!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - AVOID!! This is not a hotel, but a run down apartment. On arrival I was presented with an invalid phone number stuck to the front door window. After finally figuring this out and finding the correct phone number on expedia, I had a very long wait (in the freezing cold) for a grumpy host who eventually arrived and told me checkin was before 5pm (expedia said 1130, it was now 9:45) He then tried to put me in a tiny single room although I’d paid for a triple. When I insisted on the room I’d already fully pre-paid for, he tried to tell me I needed to pay extra for it. Eventually he relented, by which time it was too late for me to visit the restaurant I’d rushed back from the airport for. If you have lots of time to waste waiting around and arguing then this is indeed a reasonable room for the price (30 usd), and close to the bus station.
- Hugo (6/5): Cheap apartment (kind of) in Sofia - It's an old building, the room was on the fifth floor with no elevator, bathroom had a bad odor and there is no reception, so you need to call when you arrived. Location is ok, very close to bus/train station and a few minutes to the city center. It not great, but hey, it's cheap.
