- hofit (6/5): - דירה משפחתית גדולה ומרווחת בחלק החדש של המלון. נוף מדהים .ממספר כיוונים בחדר, באמת מהפנט. המארחת היתה מקסימה ומשתדלת במיוחד. הכניסה לחדר מהגינה כך שיש גישה ישירה לנדנדות הנחמדות שבחוץ. יש מגרש כדורגל גדול סמוך למלון שהילדים נהנו לשחק בו המקלחת לא עבדה (לא היו מים חמים וזרם חלש) המארחת עשתה מעל ןמעבר כדי לנסות לסייע כולל החלפת הציוד (שלא עזרה) והציעה לנו חדר אחר להתקלח בו וגם נתנה לנו הנחה על השהות בסופו של דבר. מטבח ממוקם בקומה התחתונה ונדרשת עליה במדרגות לקומה השניה. המטבח ללא ציוד לבישול, אבל המארחת סיפקה לנו סיר כשביקשנו

- ابراهيم (5/5): - 😞 الصراححه المكان جميل وروعه ولكن انا لما حجزت عن طريق بوكينق كان ب 117 لاري لما رحت للفندق الغرفه م كانت مناسبه للعوائل ف قالت لي الموظفه نغير لك الغرفه افضل واخذت مني 150 لاري"لانها غيرتلي الغرفه فقط" ولما دخلت اشوفها في بوكينق شفتها اررررخص من 150 ولا قدرت افاتحها اولا لاني كنت تعبانه من الخط و لان خفت تسبب مشكله وحتى مااخذت بياناتنا زي كل مره ادخل فيها فنادق ولا عطتنا فأتوره ولاشي اذا بتحجزون انتبهو ولا تدفعون حتى تشوفون السعر في بوكينق وشوفو الغرف اول .
- Elke (9/5): - Oben am Hang, der relativ lange Weg hinauf lohnt sich denn hier hat man beste Aussicht auf MT Kazbeg und Trinity Church. Sehr liebenswerte Menschen die das Hotel führen. Wir waren (fast?) die einzigen Gäste, und das im Juli. Die Beschreibung "mit Bergblick" passte nicht ganz, denn aus den ebenerdigen Zimmern verdeckte das Nachbarhaus größtenteils die Sicht. Den Kazbeg (oder die Wolken die ihn verdeckten) kann man trotzdem gerade so sehen :)

Zainteresowanie gościem ze strony Personelu. Cudowna, serdeczna Pani, która nas meldowała- przyniosła dzieciom ciepły popcorn do pokoju. Machała na pożegnanie dopóki nie odjechaliśmy. Wspaniała atmosfera.

- Tanya (4/5): - отель новый, недавно построили. был почти пустой, поэтому нам предложили номер на выбор из нескольких (потому что в некоторых номерах еще сохранялся запах штукатурки после ремонта). проблемы с интернетом, в итоге не удалось позвонить по видеосвязи. холодно в номере (выключали батареи на день, включали только на ночь, и то приходилось просить каждый раз, причем из 2 батарей включали только 1). не было перекрытия или хотя бы бортика в душе, поэтому после принятия душа вся ванная комната была в воде, что затрудняло возможность дойти до раковины и унитаза. не удалось постирать личные вещи, поэтому пришлось искать другой отель, где можно отдельно оформить эту услугу.

- Eka (3/5): I would not recommend it to any friends or book in future - The view I booked this venue for my daughter to travel to Georgia with her boyfriend, They were really disappointed. The venue was not how it was presented or described on the website. Roof was leaking whole night and water was dropping in the bucket in eth middle of the bedroom. The staff on the premises was an older lady who knew nothing about tourism or had any suggestions about transport either. In general there was no touristy vibe , it was just a house with some rooms.
- jinou (10/5): 非常满意！ - 位置非常好，离rooms只有三百多米，视野也很好，早上睡醒推开房门， 雪山就在眼前。这么偏僻的地方，洗澡水很大很热，屋里有暖气。卫生也很好，服务也非常不错，性价比极强！就是缺乏宣传，booking里的照片比眼见差很多，房间跟照片好像也对不上，其实是家宝藏旅馆 把booking中的照片再更新一下，让更多人都能知道

Когда приехал, сказали, что принимают только наличные. Пришлось идти искать банкомат. -- Полностью невентилируемый санузел (отсутствует даже пассивная вентиляция). -- Отсутствует кондиционер.

The hotel boasts the best views in the entire area, with a stunning panoramic view that you can enjoy right from your room. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly clean. One thoughtful touch that I appreciated was the inclusion of a Shattaf (شطاف) in the bathroom, which added to the comfort of my stay. The receptionist was an incredibly kind lady, making us feel welcome and ensuring our stay was pleasant from start to finish. On top of all this, the price was incredibly affordable, offering great value for the experience. I highly recommend Noa Hotel for anyone looking to enjoy Kazbegi's natural beauty in comfort and style. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of elevators, which could be challenging for those with heavy luggage. However, it's worth noting that the hotel has only two floors, and this is common in about 90% of the hotels in the area. It didn’t detract from my overall experience, which was fantastic.

Ubytování se prezentuje jako bezbariérové,ve skutečnosti to tak není.S vozíkem se dá sice dostat do pokojů mimo hlavní budovu,ty jsou však velmi malé.Prostornější pokoje v hlavní budově jsou nedostupné,není výtah.Naštěstí nám velmi ochotný personál pomohl dostat se s vozíkem do pokoje v suterénu,takže nakonec vše vyřešeno

- Karolina_pl (5/5): Nocleg pod Kazbegiem-zbyt duże oczekiwania - Dobra wielkość pokoju, przyjemny wystrój łóżko koc fotel, spokojna okolica na końcu miejscowości. Pokój Delux z widokiem jest na parterze z panoramicznym oknem z niepodzieloną kotarą-w praktyce non stop musi być zasłonięta - kazda przechodząca osobą, czy to poza hotelem czy goście zaglądają wprost do pokoju, nici z widoku na pierwszym planie widać kable i ogólną budowę naokoło hotelu, który jest chyba wciąż w trakcie remontu, było zimno, łazienka pięknie wykończona i tyle, bo z prysznica ciężko skorzystać, jak szyba ma 50cm, w 10sekund cała łazienka jest w wodzie po kostki, maleńki odpływ i brak spadku, kolejnego dnia dalej jest mokro, bo nie ma żadnej wentylacji, jest czajnik, ale trzeba mieć własną herbatę, brak zorganizowanego parkingu-miejsce na ulicy, brak możliwości zapłaty kartą, brak informacji o możliwości dokupienia śniadania.

- Grzegorz (8/5): - The staff and the view The room has entrance from the outside, it has glass doors and part of the wall. The heating was off. Thus it got really cold at night (despite it being summer it almost got down to zero degrees celcius outside).
- Tamar (9/5): Excellent location, friendly staff, good value for money - The location is excellent, but you need to select the room carefully with the right view: the new section of the hotel has the best view to the mountains. The staff is very friendly. In fact, the hotel is quite decent compared to its price, good value for the money. The internet speed could be improved. The upper floor is accessible only by a staircase, which can be a challenge, but the view from there is worth it.

- Ewa (8/5): - Hotel jest perełką dla estetów, wystrój dużego apartamentu jest przepiękny. Widok na góry bezcenny, bardzo czysto i przestronnie. Pani z obsługi świetnie mówiła komunikatywnym angielskim, była bardzo miła i pomocna. Robiłam rezerwację dla 4. osób, a pokój przygotowany był dla dwóch (brak ręczników i kubków), nie ma klimatyzacji, więc podczas lata w apartamencie jest strasznie gorąco. Nie ma szafy, sztućców, nawet jednego talerza - nie ma jak przygotować sobie przekąski. Niestety, największym minusem jest łazienka: przeszklona z mleczną szybą - nadaje się tylko dla bliskich sobie osób, podczas naszego pobytu ciśnienie wody było znikome, albo nie było wody w ogóle. Jak już się pojawiała, to wybijała pod toaletą bądź pod prysznicem… ewidentny problem z kanalizacją.

- Ranjith (10/5): - The staff, they are very supportive and helpful. The room was excellent with amaizing views. Our floor was on first-floor, Aged people might find difficult to go to first form. There are plenty of rooms in ground floor. No need to worry about it The breakfast for 20 Lari was excellent and coffee was delicious. There is a children's play area with swings on the property. My daughter loved it and I her words, this is the best hotel we stayed so far. I strongly recommend NoA for those are looking for a stay in Kazbaki region. Adequate plug points to charge our gears
- un_ricciotto (8/5): - Удобное расположение - рядом с лесом Элиа, дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Чистый номер, всё нужное в наличие. Вид из окна загораживает гостиница напротив, ночью горел фонарь прямо в окно. Неудобная планировка ванной комнаты - проход в туалет через душ, на мокром полу запросто подскользнуться. Проход в наш номер на 3-ем этаже был только по винтовой крутой лестнице.
- Bernardo (9/5): We stayed in the Family Suite for one night and we had a great time! The owner was very kind and accommodating. We loved - The room aesthetics, furnishings, comfort, owner hospitality, and the mountain view!! Glass windows are see-through from the outside and only very slightly tinted. Also, left the window slightly open at night to let air in since there was no AC, so a few moths got in.
- Paweł (9/5): It was a complicated experience ;-) - (2) But on the other hand, the hotel was good quality, and the most important - the two women from the staff were so helpful and kind. They were very, very careful, and they tried to help us in so many ways and make our visit the best experience that it was possible. So - finally, I recommend it. We started with quite a bad attitude, but we finished with love for the staff ;-) (1) On the one hand, we arrived at the hotel and it turned out that we were the only guests (in a not-so-small hotel in July!) and there were only two women on the staff who didn't speak English and we couldn't communicate effectively. The rooms weren't all that equipment that is written on Booking and we hadn't access to all the amenities that we expected.
