• Yashwanthi (5/5): Average, expected better. - The service was good, staff were very responsive. Good location too to go to Canggu spots. It’s a great property and location, with a nice view. Could be much much better with good upkeep. The room wasn’t as clean and well maintained as i expected it to be. The pipe of the hand shower in the tub was broken and so water splashed all over, and the hand shower in the shower had no hot water coming at all. Restaurant looked like it could use a lot more maintenance.

Oda temizliğinde kullandığımız havlular, çarşaflar kirli diye paramızı aldılar. Oda temizliği için çağırdığımızda odayı temizlemeden çıktılar. Son çıkış günümüzde uçağa yetişmemiz söz konusuyken tekrar çarşaf ve yastık kılıflarının paralarını zorla isteyip bizi mağdur ettiler. Konaklamayı asla tavsiye etmiyorum, tamamen para tuzağıydı.

Вкусные завтраки. Красивая и комфортная территория, чистый большой бассейн, рассчитанный только на 4 номера. Небольшая открытая «кухня» с вентилятором, где можно отдыхать и работать. Вид на реку и джунгли просто невероятно прекрасен! Отличный wi-fi. Было бы здорово, если бы помимо блэкаут штор, на окнах была светлая прозрачная тюль. Так как мы жили на первом этаже и наши огромные панорамные окна выходили на общую территорию, то окна постоянно приходилось держать зашторенными, чтобы сохранить приватность. Это лишало нас возможности любоваться видом и освещать комнату солнечным светом. Тюль могла бы решить эту проблему. В остальном все было хорошо.

Das Personal war super nett, zuvorkommend und das Frühstück immer frisch und lecker. Die dazu gebuchte Massage ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. An sich war das Zimmer sauber, es hatte ein paar Renovierungsbedürftige Mängel. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Charlotte (3/5): Disappointing and misleading. - The private pool was lovely. Variation of options for breakfast (floating/restaurant/room service) at no extra cost. The staff were soooooo lovely. To be honest, the reviews confused me. The restaurant was very falsely advertised (pictures attached). One of the reasons we chose this place was because it had a restaurant as the place was quite out of the way and isolated. Didn’t feel comfortable eating in the restaurant. Dirty and unsafe. We had to leave and request money back. The room was fine, but again, pictures looked very different to what it was.

Wie man so schön sagt "Da ist der Lack ab". Und das ist wörtlich zu verstehen. Der Belag löst sich großflächig ab. Aber das ist ein einfach zu behebender Mangel. Mit einem neuen, empfehlenswert wäre hier Echtholz, Belag, würde die gesamte Anlage aufgewertet.

• alessandro (1/5): - Save yourself the disappointment — do not book this place. The listing photos are a fantasy. What you actually get is a property that hasn’t been properly maintained in what looks like months, if not longer. Within minutes of arriving, we found: water damage streaking down the bedroom wall from a clearly ongoing leak, mold and grime on the bathroom ceiling, chipped and deteriorating wall panels that look nothing like the photos, and a toilet seat that had not been cleaned between guests. It was genuinely unsettling. We left immediately and requested a full cancellation. No property charging this price should be in this condition. The gap between what’s advertised and what’s delivered is not a minor inconvenience — it’s a misrepresentation. If you’re traveling in this area, keep looking. There are honest listings out there. This is not one of them.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und hat gut geschmeckt. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung - groß genug und auch an sich schön aufgeteilt. Für den Preis war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Leider waren die Zimmer bzw. vor allem die Betten nicht sauber. Die Bettlaken hatten mehrere Flecken.

• Sara (9/5): Dennoch eine gute Wahl für den guten Preis - Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr schön, vor allem die Zimmer. Die Sicht auf den Pool war wunderschön. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und konnte ausgewählt werden. Außerdem konnte man sich aussuchen, ob man das aufs Zimmer gebracht haben möchte, oder auf einem schwimmenden Tablett im Pool oder im eigenen Restaurant. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einen Roller konnte man sich dort auch preisgünstig mieten Leider sind die Terrassen schon sehr abgenutzt und auch an einigen Wänden im Zimmer bröckelte der Putz. Die Säfte waren nicht lecker und auch nicht frisch, so wie es auf der Karte stand. Die abgelegene Lage war auch nicht von Vorteil. Roller konnte nur cash bezahlt werden, was uns vorher keiner sagte.

• ccs1988 (6/5): Value for money villa for families - I thought i booked the garden unit... apparently not. Still the 2 storey villa did not disappoint. Loved how it came with pool breakfast. Super value for money. Staff were fantastic. The food is good but they need more options for breakfast. I stayed for 10 days so.... Better equipped than most hotels. Nice sceneric view of a river. Faclities are visibly worn. A little dim at night. Lightings arent the best. Location is ok but to get anywhere be prepared for terrible traffic jams.

Персонал норм, но была ситуация раннего звонка - типо объявление о начале завтрака ( я только проснувшаяся ничего не поняла, попросила повторить, на что на той стороне - психанули и бросили трубку) 1. Не работал wi-fi 2. Номер очень «уставший», почти абсолютно все требует ремонта и замены 3. Постель, окна и т.д - все было грязное 4. Бассейн был в листьях 5. Вид норм если не выходить из номера (верхушки деревьев), если выходишь ближе к бассейну увидишь всю грязь и мусорку на другом берегу

The breakfast was delicious, generous, and we really enjoyed it. However, the food in the restaurant downstairs did not taste good at all; it felt like everything was processed and too greasy, and the restaurant could use a bit of cleaning. Although the accommodation was beautiful, I felt like it was missing the true Bali charm.

• Debra (9/5): A private oasis in paradise - The rooms were beautiful, other family members stayed in the two bedroom villas and they were amazing too. Outside our room was a pool we shared with 3 other rooms and we were able to sit at the cabana and enjoy our breakfast. A lovely change from having to eat in a restaurant or our room. My husband got very ill and the staff were so helpful from organising medical assistance, to preparing food not in the menu. The fact we only stayed in the room and didnt get to enjoy the property due to hubby getting sick, so we will be definitely back in the future 😊
