• angela (10/5): Brilliant sea view apartment to explore from. - Fabulously kitted out apartment, right next to the sea. We hired a car to travel so location was halfway from airport to old town. 20 min drive. Having the beach on the door step was lovely. Was quiet almost all of the time with locals using the beach mostly. Would use again should I visit again. Picking at small things now. But table on patio was just too big to comfortably get past when out on the glass balcony. Especially as I don't like heights.

Besonders gefiel der Whirlpool und der geräumige Balkon, sowie die Lage in Melenara: sehr ruhig, entspannt, ohne viel Touri-Trubel. Derzeit Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Außerdem musste ich mühselig die Gebrauchsanleitung des Whirlpools ergoogeln, um ihn richtig einstellen zu können (was am Ende nur halbwegs geklappt hat - eine Seite wollte einfach nicht blubbern :-( )

• Awuor Ours (8/5): Weeknd gateaway - The proximity to the beach, and the rooms are very spacious. Ocean Front. The automated check in, I think there is a need of human touch. After check in I had a problem with my key. I could not access my room for almost 1 hour after check in. I called the number indicated during check in, He was very helpful. The only problem I had was my toddler, she could not stand the wait after a long day travelling. I wish there was breakfast offered at the facility, especially if you are on a short stay and travelling with kids.

• Tania (10/5): ¡Quiero volver! - ¡Todo! Comodo, coqueto, cercano a la playa, bien equipado y funcional. El wifi iba bien, los servicios iban a la perfección y la gerencia del alojamiento un encanto y un trato maravilloso. No me funcionó bien el codigo para acceder y mis llaves no estaban en el cajetín, pero me pusieron solución INMEDIATA al llamar por telefono. No tuve ningún problema más a lo largo de mi estancia.

Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Strand und ausreichend Platz, um sich im Appartement auch abends etwas aufzuhalten. Der Service ist sehr entgegenkommend. Wir durften auf Anfrage früher einchecken und beim Check Out unsere Koffer bis zur Abreise unterstellen. Bei einigen Möbelstücken(besonders im Badezimmer) sieht man bereits starke Gebrauchsspuren.

• Sandra (10/5): - El trato del personal, muy atento a pesar de las horas a las que tuve que llegar. Las instalaciones, maravillosas. Muy cómodo. La playa está justo en frente. Ir por trabajo a pasar la noche y no poder disfrutar del sitio. Es cierto que, ahora mismo, hay obras en la calle justo en frente que pudieran molestar pero se entiende que es para mejorar el entorno por lo que un poco de paciencia.

• Marta (3/5): Decepción y sensación de engaño - Las vistas son muy buenas, aunque toda la calle está en obras. Aunque tardé en recibir respuesta del encargado con respecto a todo lo que me decepcionó, cuando por fin me contactó, fue amable y me ofreció un 10% de descuento que, aunque aún no lo he recibido, confío en que así sea. - Un albornoz roto y ambos huelen mal. - No hay trapos de cocina. - Uno de los tiradores del WC está atascado. - El edredón está lleno de pelotillas. - Solo hay una hamaca en la terraza (no acorde con las fotos de la publicidad ni con el número de huéspedes). - Es imposible cerrar con pestillo la puerta de la terraza. - Los cargadores USB de los lados de la cama no cargan. - El pomo de la puerta del baño se cae cada vez que lo abres desde dentro. - Los enchufes de la cocina están dentro de un armario y para calentar agua en la tetera hay que ponerla dentro del mismo armario. Esto, a la larga, deteriorará el mueble por el vapor de agua. - Según indicaciones del libro de instrucciones del apartamento, para que limpien la habitación hay que dejar en verde el cartel de no molestar desde las 10 de la noche anterior. Esto implica que toda la noche y hasta que llegue el equipo de limpieza (de 8 a 16:00), estará la habitación disponible para que entren. Luego resultó que lo limpian cada tres días (no casa con un supuesto aparta-hotel de calidad). - No hay enchufe en la terraza donde enchufar la lámpara de pie. - Caja donde meter la pastilla del friegaplatos rota. Imposible ponerlo. - Tazas rotas y sucias. No creo que sean condiciones apropiadas para una habitación que cuesta 185 euros la noche sin desayuno. La verdad es que estoy bastante decepcionada. Además, está toda la calle en obras y la mayoría de los restaurantes cerrados.

La variedad de electrodomésticos nos dio la libertad para poder cocinar lo que queramos y con variedad de utensilios. No nos gustó no tener una cafetera italiana porque somos consumidores habituales de café, y la máquina de café que nos daba la habitación no funcionaba o por lo menos las capsulas que nos daba la propia empresa se caían y no se colocaban bien.

• Hanna (6/5): Stunning views and great staff, but the poor management and misleading description regarding the sauna were a major letd - The view from the balcony is the absolute highlight; it 100% matches the photos. The stunning panorama, the sound of the ocean, and the fresh breeze create an incredible atmosphere. The only thing was that during my stay, there were roadworks on the highway below which were slightly visible, but that was an external factor that didn't take away from the beauty of the ocean itself. I really appreciate that the reality fully lived up to the pictures The biggest disappointment was a significant discrepancy between the room description and reality. I booked these specific apartments because the Booking.com description explicitly stated there was a private sauna inside the room (listed alongside the washing machine). This was the deciding factor for me, as I wanted the privacy of a sauna after night walks by the ocean. Unfortunately, there was no sauna in the room at all. Furthermore, the hotel manager claimed that there had never been one, even though I showed the clear description on Booking. This is misleading advertising and a complete letdown, as I didn't get the primary facility I paid for
• Dimitri (9/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr schön, wurde nicht lange her renoviert. Es befindet sich eine kleine Baustelle vor dem Haus, die Straße wird erneuert. Ist aber denke ich mal in einem Monat fertig.
• michel (8/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment top, les pieds dans le sable, on ne peut pas être plus près ! Idéal aussi pour tous les sites et villes/villages à visiter sur l'île. Il manque un petit peu d'équipement dans la chambre, c'est un peu basique pour la cuisine par exemple.

• Josita (8/5): Schönes Appartement - Es war super schön. Sauber, tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Süße kleine Küche. Leider hatte ich etwas Pech mit einer riesen Baustelle direkt vor der Tür und unterm Balkon. Keine touristischen Angebote, was ich super fand. Ein paar Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in direkter Nähe. Viele Einheimische und süße Hunde 🐶 Der Verwalter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Kontaktloser Check-in hat super geklappt. Nur die Baustelle. : ) Für die Küche hätte ich mir noch ein Nudelsieb gewünscht. Im Flur ein paar Garderobenhaken : ) Ansonsten wunschlos glücklich.

There were multiple close, really good restaurants and it is right along a beach path that goes for a good distance. The oven/microwave combo was confusing and the auto check in scanned one ID but not the other so I had to enter a bunch of info manually. Then I could not figure out what number to enter to get a second room key. Although if I had not been in a hurry, I would imagine the remote support person would have helped.

• Dietmar (10/5): Appartement in toller Lage - Sehr schönes Appartement mit phantastischem Ausblick auf den Strand von Melenara. Unkompliziertes CheckIn an einem Terminal im Eingangsbereich. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll. Die Küchenausstattung war gut für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Bequeme Matratze, jedoch eine durchgehend, mit einem Laken, weitere Decken lagen im Schrank.. Kleiner Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Der Strand ist 50 m entfernt. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ebenso mehrere sehr gute Restaurants direkt in der gleichen Straße, direkt am Meer. Freie Parkplätze haben wir immer in den Nebenstraßen gefunden. Gestört hat lediglich ein Flutlichtmast am Strand der der auch das Appartement ein bisschen beleuchtet hat.
• Martin (10/5): - Fernab der Touristen Burgen im Süden ist direkt vor dem Hotel ein wunderbarer Strand mit feinstem dunklen Sand auf den man vom Balkon eine wunderbare Aussicht hat. Ebenfalls finden sich mehrere gute Restaurants binnen 200m Umkreis und auch gratis Parkplätze sind zahlreich vorhanden. Das Appartement war super schön mit tollem Bett, 2x modernen LG OLED TVs, super Bad und ausreichender Küchenzeile.

Es gab erst auf Nachfrage ein Trockentuch zum Spülen.eine der zwei Sonnenliegen war nicht nutzbar, da sie an mehreren Stellen kaputt war (durchgerostet?), einige Holzpaneelen auf der Terrasse waren locker was eine Stolperfalle war. Die WC Spültaste war nicht richtig befestigt. ... Bei dem Preis und der Aufmachung war ich dann doch etwas enttäuscht.

• Judi (10/5): Good value and ideal for us for a two night stop off. - Right by seafront, with a balcony, close to Restaurants and food shopping. We were kindly talked through self check in procedure, as not that tech savvy! All in all good value for money Not the fault of proprietor but there were roadworks taking place in front of the property which was noisy at times.
• Ophélie (1/5): Très déçue, à fuir !!! - La vue mer et la terrasse Nous avons eu une chambre de qualité inférieure à celle que nous avions réservée. Le canapé n’était pas propre. Nous avons également eu une fuite d’eau au robinet de la cuisine, le rendant totalement inutilisable. Après plusieurs relances auprès du personnel qui est quasiment inexistant dans cet hôtel (ni de jour ni de nuit, aucune présence à la réception pour un soi-disant 4 étoiles) on nous a assuré que le problème serait réparé, ce qui n’a jamais été fait malgré trois relances. L’ascenseur a été en panne pendant trois jours. Cet hôtel ne mérite même pas deux étoiles. Les serviettes de douche sentaient le vinaigre, et il était impossible de prendre deux douches chaudes d’affilée. Les couverts étaient sales, encore avec des restes de nourriture. La hotte ne fonctionnait pas. Le quartier est en plus assez glauque. Bref, très grande déception au vu du prix payé. Établissement à fuir !!
• Karsten (9/5): Hervorragende Lage, super schick eingerichtet, aber nicht so wie in der Annonce abgebildet. - Die Lage der Unterkunft wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und direkt neben mehreren sehr guten Restaurants und Cafés ist einzigartig, und wir würden das jederzeit wieder buchen. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts der Strand gesperrt, aber dafür kann ja die Unterkunft nichts. Melenara ist in allem sehr angenehm: nicht so groß und nicht so überfüllt wie andere Badeorte auf Gran Canaria, ein ganz normales Städtchen, richtig gemütlich. Einer der besten Plätze zum Urlaubmachen auf der Insel. Die supertolle Lage, der traumhafte Meerblick, die Sauberkeit und die ansonsten sehr geschmackvolle, moderne Ausstattung machen vieles wett, so dass wir dennoch die Unterkunft sehr positiv bewerten, das Objekt weiterempfehlen und auch gern selbst wiederkommen würden. Einer der besten Plätze zum Urlaubmachen auf der Insel. Negativ ist, dass die Objektfotos auf Booking.com irreführend sind. Es gibt weder die in der Annonce abgebildete Terrasse noch die Sonnenliegen und auch keinen Esstisch im Außenbereich, sondern lediglich einen schmalen Balkon mit Mini-Tischchen und 2 Stühlen. Die Angabe „ohne Jakuzzi“ in der Annonce erweckte aber den Eindruck, alles andere auf den Fotos sei vorhanden. Wir möchten den Vermieter bitten, das zu korrigieren. Wünschenswert wäre außerdem eine bessere Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr. u.dgl. Und vielleicht eine Flurgarderobe, oder zumindest eine Ablage und paar Kleiderhaken.

• ian (10/5): High end apartment in a great location. - Location overlooking the beach. It is finished and equipped to the highest standard. Very comfortable and well laid out. Self check-in needs some care and concentration but help is available should you need it. Great restaurant underneath. Nothing really although it can take some time to work out all the technology, there is help at hand should you need it.
• Roman (8/5): Хорошо - Свежий отель. Большая площадь номера. Красивый ремонт . Отличная кровать. Хорошая шумоизоляция номеров , что редкость в отелях. Прекрасный вид. Шаговая доступность к пляжу , магазинам , ресторанам, автобусам, такси. Автомат на заселении потребует потратить нервы после дороги. В номере была одна кастрюля на 5 литров и сковородка на которой не возможно готовить . Вытяжка в кухне плохо работает. Телевизор не работал от антенны. Не опускалась маркиза на балконе. Не было стиральной машины указанной в описании номера. Она оказалась общей и платной. Сушильная машина была сломана и не понятно как сушить одежду после стирки . Уборка раз в 5 дней это мало .Балкон очень маленький. Шумно вечером от ресторанов и утром от приезжающих машин . Для отеля на 8 номеров и 4х заезд слишком много проблем которые не хочется решать в отпуске.

• Margaretha (7/5): OK apartment but not as good as it claims to be - Inliked the location being close to the beach and the views It is not a 4 star accomodation. Things were not very clean with flies and ants, stuff not well maintained. Sunscreen not working, toilet flush broken, top deck mattras dirty, lamp not working, frying pan not suitable for the induction stove, etc. It feels as if no-one really owns the apartment and cares for it. Balcony very small. Strong orange light shining into the room all night.
• Hanspeter (10/5): Schönes hochwertig eingerichtetes Apartment, zum wohlfühlen. - Sehr schöne und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung. Nette Lokale in der Nähe. Toller Blick auf Strand und Meer Man kann kilometerlang an der Küste entlang gehen oder joggen. Mit dem Taxi für 15€ zum Flughafen. Sehr geschickt. Bushaltestelle ist drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Bus fährt jede Stunde. Miguel ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Glück und konnten am Anreisetag schon etwas früher ins Apartment. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen

• Rüdiger (9/5): Toller Kurzaufenthalt in Flughafennähe und trotzdem schön am Stand - Schön gestyltes kleines Appartment mit eigener Küchee mit allem notwendigen Equipment. Sehr bequeme Betten und schöne Aussicht auf den Strand. etwas anonym- alles vollautomatisch

• Agnieszka (10/5): Just perfect, very pleasant and beautiful apartment. - Everything was perfect . Only couldn’t find expresso cups wasn’t that much issue is only my ritual in the morning . But bed was comfortable. Apartment clean . Owner helped us straight away to enter into building and explained very well all process. Is near to airport , shops, petrol station. Restaurant s just near the apartments. 30 min to Dunes and 15 min to Las Palmas. For sure we will come back . Agnes and Mourad .😊

• Lukretia (10/5): Grundsätzlich alles wirklich passend und machte unser Aufenthalt erfolgreich und entspannend - Die Wohnung war schön. Alle 3 Tage kam eine nette Reinigungsfrau, die unsere Wohnung putzte. Das Einchecken zeigte sich etwas schwierig. Wir bekamen aber schnell IT- Unterstützung. Die Trennungstür war hilfreich, da wir nicht beide Langschläfer sind. Kochen war ebenso unterstützend. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt für uns. Der TV war nach einer Woche problematisch. Spanisch war keine bekannte Sprache für uns

• Oksana (10/5): - Выбрали апартаменты с джакузи. Очень остались довольны. Большая терраса, на которой два удобных лежака, джакузи, обеденный стол и отличный вид! Выход из апартаментов прямо на пляж и к зоне кафе. Продуктовый магазин в 30 метрах. Локация отличная! Останавливаемся уже не в первый раз в этом комплексе. До аэропорта 10 минут, стоимость такси 13-15 евро.
