• Adrian (1/5): Urine stained mattresses - Location Dirty urine stained mattresses.... Clearly AI generated photos on website as reality is a major disappointment!! Very much in need of a refurbishment. Both shower enclosures leak having wet shower room floors being very dangerous. Hot water supply is insufficient only enough hot water for half a shower then 30 minutes wait for more hot water to heat up (not exactly acceptable for accommodation that sleeps 6). Out of date key system having to carry multiple keys around with you to get in and only getting one set for 6 people is unacceptable. If you've had a long day and want to relax on the sofa don't bother, you will be more comfortable sitting on the hard cold floor. If you happen to want to watch TV your out of luck firstly the TV is that small you'd be better off watching your phone but secondly the TV has never been set up and is stuck in demonstration mode. Take my advice stay away!

• Michelle (8/5): - excellent location, stunning views, lovely apartment No where to charge mobility scooter, last time we stayed at these apartments we were allowed to charge the scooter in our room, this time we weren't allowed scooters in the building which caused a major problem

• Helen (8/5): - Location was excellent. Beautiful view across Levante beach Key collection went smoothly picking them up from booking.com office however they didn’t fit the lock. We had to go back and were given the cleaners key. 1 set and they didn’t open the gate resulting in us having to drive the mobility scooter through reception when the desk wasn’t manned.

• Matt (9/5): Good overall stay, would stay again. - Lovely and bright apartment! Nice facilities. Apartment could do with being re-painted and the microwave could be updated. Also there was no handwash in the bathrooms or any to wash dishes with which would have been nice.

Hola no me gustado que piden tanta restricciones si no te devuelven la fianza pero el grifo mal tendero roto lavadora i micronda viejos podia ser mas moderno para cocinar mas comodo .saludos
• Leslie (6/5): Bien placé mais pas confortable - Très bien placé ! Réellement à 2 pas de la mer et la vue est incroyable La littéraire est abominable ! Vraiment horrible. Les lits n’étaient pas incroyables mais alors le canapé lit est plus que médiocre. Impossible de ne pas en sortir avec un mal de dos. Il est à moitié cassé. Ça ternit notre expérience globale c’est dommage. Pas de lave vaisselle.

• Eve (7/5): Although there were some downsides it was a convenient place to stay and the apartment was lovely overall - It was a good location with a really nice view - the key for the door to enter the building never worked so we had to resort to someone else letting us in, going round the back or using the side gate near the car park entrance (luckily it was unlocked) - the shower would be cold after one use so the other person wouldn’t be able to have one/wait quite a while until it’d be warm again

• Holly (10/5): Beautiful view - Gorgeous apartment with the most amazing view! Check in was very easy even when we landed late. Main area was spacious and the couch was very comfy. Had everything that we needed. Bed was very comfy and shower was powerful. Good location very close to everything. - The shower sometimes went cold. - Wasn't made aware we had to pay £200 deposit, however we got this refunded very fast after checking out!

• Judith (9/5): Superb - Lovely clean and bright apartment. Everything you need. Fabulous location. Maybe needs a lick of paint. Wouldn't think it is big enough for six people I would say 4 max. As there was only 2 of us this was not an issue.

• Hayley (8/5): Apartment was very well equipped and clean with fantastic views. - The apartment was spacious and clean with fantastic views. I would stay again however there are a few minor things as mentioned below. We had several cold showers as water was cold a lot of the time, only a single sheet for the bed and it was quite cold of a night. I asked for coat hangers and they never arrived so there was only 4 coat hangers between 6 people. The lock was very difficult to use resulting in another trip to the office to change them and at one point the key was stuck in the door. Also I had an email saying I could leave my luggage in the Benibooking office after a lot of debating they let us leave it but they first insisted we could not and whoever sent the message made a mistake. if you are arriving early we arrived approx 1pm you could end up walking around with your suitcases. Also just to note the swimming pool doesn’t open until May but it doesn’t inform you on the booking information.
• Vandra (10/5): Lovely apartment - Location..very quiet... There was a smell of drains coming from the en suite sometimes...4 out of the 7 days. Could do with better pillows these were like lying on lumps of coal. Also, it got chilly at night, and there were no blankets or anything else. Just one sheet was not enough for night time.
• Tommy (2/5): Terrible and pathetic treatment and prepared to write more as when I leave the palace I’m innnow compared to that stay c - Sea view fantastic location fantastic Main bedroom mattress very poor old and big dent in the middle. Benidorm booking.com very poor in responding a day before we arrived and on the day 8 hrs before arrival about key pick up no answers pretty sad. Asked Benidorm booking any problems with access no problem they stated the door was forced I asked because others complained got reassured no problem certainly a problem the door and key’s temper mental but think the main point lied to and on arrival 98 mins waiting for access to premises at 10.30pm on the sea front. They have 3 offices in the space of 600 m you have to guess what 1 even security guard who eventually delivered the keys booking.com left us high and dry I had to sort as a disabled person and my mum 75 super service.

• Daniel (9/5): Superb - Location, cleanliness, modern. Front door to building downstairs is a nightmare. Sometimes opens and others not. One of my friends nearly gave up and slept on the beach at night time. This could be dangerous if he would not have been let in by a resident.

• Tyler (10/5): great value for money and a lovely apartment would definitely come back in the future - the property was in a very good location right on the beach and only a 2 minute walk from the strip and surrounded by shops and places to eat and drink . also the view was stunning there wasn’t any sun loungers at the pool.

A few more basic items -iron, hairdryer. Staff at key collection point and at the apartment were rude. Both showers have leaks.
