I also loved that there were regular sized bottles of Dove products in the room. So much better than throwing away little bottles everyday. I didnt like that the sounds from the road sounded like they were in the room with me. I was on the 4th floor and thought it would have been muted some, but it wasn't. I was shocked to find there was no hot tub on site. The breakfast was just a hair above a continental breakfast. I expected more than what was provided.

Did not recognize the fact that I stay here often and that I am a Platinum Elite member. The breakfast buffet was also lacking compared to other Holiday Inn Express Hotels. Perhaps staff was having other personal issues that day. This is 1st time that I encountered a negative experience here. I will continue to stay at this property as I believe, this was a very isolated occurrence.

David (10/5): Excellent Holiday Inn Express - This relatively new hotel was one of the better hotels I have stayed in lately. The staff was super friendly and helpful, guest laundry was free, and breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The hotel is located within walking distance to a major grocery store and a very nice diner. The hotel is about a mile from the town center, making access to their restaurants a bit tougher when traveling by bicycle.

642sharleneh (10/5): Exceptional Hotel Experience while riding the OTET - We bicycled from the OTET Towpath to stay at this hotel. It was very convenient. Hotel staff were the greatest. Ray and Anne and the others answered all our questions, assisted us with laundry, ensured our bikes were safely stored. The breakfast was hot, the rooms were clean and had plenty of towels/washcloths.
