- Manjunath (8/5): - Very close to the temple, and all the staff are extremely helpful. Good place to stay. The asset requires a total makeover.

- ramakrishnan (5/5): Good comfortable stay - Good Size of the room was very little
- Rachit (8/5): It was excellent - The location was very good. It was so close to the temple. It was hardly 2 minutes from the hotel. The staff was also good whatever we use to ask they use to provide us. The condition of the room was not up to the mark. The blinds condition was so bad. There was a paper stuck on one of the window. The lighting was also not proper. The condition of the bathroom was so bad. The Wi-Fi was not working properly
- Neha (5/5): The reason this hotel is functional is because it is extremely close to the mandir. - The location is perfect.
The breakfast has lost its charm and standard, taste. The menu is basic.
The hot punjabi parathas were good. The hotel rooms have lost the earlier charm.
The paint work is bad.
The switch boards are broken.
The ac is old and does not work in the first click.
The phone is old style.
The bucket had hard water deposition. The washbasin water tasted different. The bathroom lights had broken. The windows had broken glass. The window curtains were dirty.
The cupboard had smell of pesticide.
Why has the hotel standard fallen over the years??

- M N (9/5): It was worth staying in Sai Palace. - Yes Sai Palace is our first pick when ever we are hungry. Team is doing well. keep up the same trend in future.
- Narayanan (7/5): Best Location - upgrade required. - The main plus point of this hotel is its location - just behind the Food Court opposite Gate 2 of Samadhi Mandir. A wide selection of restaurants are within walking distance. Also, many shops selling puja items and prasad.
The hotel itself is starting to look old. The rooms - although basic - need to be renovated. This is the second time I am using this property. The room service is quick and adequate.
The travel desk in the lobby is an welcome feature. They have taxis available for airport pick up and drop, and for temple visits around Shirdi. The service is efficient. The general look of the hotel and the rooms requires a complete renovation.
They must add more English TV channels.
- Shetty (1/5): A renovation is badly needed - It needs an upgradation Everything
- Vijay (9/5): Great - Good staff with good hotel facilities location
- Ramanujam (10/5): Good stay. - Good Hospitality. Good Location. Good Front office Staffs. Mirror inside the room was not good.
- Samant (1/5): The worst stay with senior Citizens - The location From day one, we were given a room without AC. We raised this issue in the afternoon, but it was completely ignored. Instead of fixing the problem, they tried to shove us onto a different floor with beds on the floor! Are you kidding me? We had three elderly passengers, all over 75, and on top of that, they charged an extra 550 per day for the third person. And then they pull this nonsense? How can anyone agree to such absurdity?
By the second day, they decided to give us two rooms—fine, whatever. But they told us we’d get the room by 2 pm. After returning from darshan, guess what? No rooms! At 5 pm, they finally call and tell us a room is available. What are we paying for here, exactly?
We book through Booking.com expecting some standard of service, but apparently, they don’t even care about their own reputation anymore! This is beyond frustrating, and they clearly have no respect for their customers.
