Osh is worth a long morning/afternoon - if doing the Sulaiman-Too walk, start from the western end (near the museum) - will be much easier on your legs. - Cheekybrat (10/5): Stunning hotel. - A really stunning hotel, our room was lovely, clean, comfy, had everything we needed plus a separate sitting area that was great. The bathroom was good. Breakfast was good and the staff were exceptional. There is a lovely Turkish restaurant close by that has English on the menu.

- J (8/5): Good hotel needs to address a few issues - Had a good stay here in a nice hotel conveniently place for walking to main sights in Osh. Room was good but had a TV in one part that didn't show any TV....only internet browser. Also, as unable to flush toilet paper down the lower, could have done with a bigger bin or it being emptied more often. Breakfast was nice but if you get down late your choice will be limited and hot food not kept hot. Having said all that I think it's a good place to stay and if they address the small issues would make it a great place to stay.

- Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice quiet modern hotel, cool and fresh after a long road trip from Khujand Tajikistan via Uzbekistan to Osh. The rooms are not large but clean and comfortable. What really made our experience most memorable was the wonderful Zurra at reception. This polite, efficient young lady was so helpful in arranging a taxi pickup at 0600 for the long >10 hour drive to Bishkek. She undertook to confirm all the details the previous evening saying she would let us know once it was done. Later that evening she knocked on our door and gave us all the details typed out on a piece of paper - the name of our driver, the type of car, registration, the cost. The following morning she checked us out of the hotel and gave us each a doggy bag with food for our long journey! We were so impressed. She had only worked there 2 weeks. We wish her well Maybe more choice at breakfast but it was OK.

- Artp8 (9/5): Mixed experience - I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and the Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. However, I was disappointed by the consistently unpleasant smell of the towels and the noise from the sewage (Maybe only in my room). The lack of a comfortable shower due to extremely hot water was inconvenient. Moreover, the bathroom switch was out of order, making it impossible to turn off the light. I reported the issue on the first day, but it remained unresolved throughout my entire stay. Additionally, it was frustrating to have to pay for coffee from the coffee machine after breakfast.

The staff is friendly, the rooms have a good size and are well equipped, especially the USB sockets everywhere are a nice „plus“ The radiators are not working and the heating is done by A/C, this was pretty cold, especially the bathroom is not heated at all… the breakfast could be improved, too…

If you’re sensitive to fragrances and pollution be aware, request a room at the back of the h - I’ve stayed here a few times before and it’s always been a great place for me. The staff are as accommodating as they can be, location is good, especially if you like to run in or enjoy the parks across the road, the breakfast is not too plentiful, but good, sufficient. it always seemed just out of the center enough to be not too loud but close enough to everything. From the time I opened the door to the lobby, there was an artificial air freshener smell that made me sick with a pounding headache within minutes. I went to my room and opened the window but from construction, car exhaust and road dust it made it worse. When I opened the bathroom, there was a moldy smell like wet towels. I asked immediately, before setting down my bags if I could change my room but unfortunately it wasn’t possible. With a migraine it didn’t help that the bathroom light wouldn’t go off, so even with the door closed I had a pretty bright light and miserable few nights.

I couldn't sleep properly at night. It was so noisy. I could hear the entire conversation happening in front of my room's door around 3 am in the morning. At first I got really scared.

- Bush-travel (8/5): Most comfortable room and fantastic breakfast - After remaining loyal for many years to Sunrise 1 Hotel in Osh, finally I was persuaded to try the new Rayan hotel. It was not disappointing in any way. Poor old Sunrise 1 is just become so shabby with the dirty carpet, poorly maintained rooms and difficult to get food at night. The Rayan room was really comfortable and the young staff very friendly and helpful, as other reviewers noted. Being a new hotel, the management needs to pay attention to some details; no laundry service list; no menus for food service in English. Guests need to know that the hotel does not serve alcohol and it's not easy to find nearby. The hotel restaurant shuts at 7 pm so you have to eat out or order in a meal from the Russian language menu.

I couldn't stay at the Rayan for the entire week I was there because their rooms were sold out for 1 night so he helped me reserve another room at another hotel and tried to negotiate a good price for me. Then he offered free transportation to the other hotel. Wonderful customer service and hotel staff!
- 175dennyc (10/5): Rayan Hotel is a place to stay in Osh!! - I have visited City Osh first time in last Feb this year and stayed at Rayan Hotel for 3 days while conducting business and academic meetings. This hotel was recommended by our partners at Osh and indeed I had a very good experience at Rayan. I came from USA and this hotel made me feel like almost home, with a good western continental breakfast, a clean room with good layout. The bed was very comfortable and sheet was clean. The hotel is also well strategically located at the center, close to good restaurants and major business areas. Most of all, I was very impressed with local staff with their bright service attitude, kindness and attention to details. I recommend Ryan to foreign travelers and locals who are looking for a cost-effective and clean hotel. It is a good place, give a try and experience comfort without paying a lot of money.

- kairati2016 (10/5): Clean, comfortable and tasty hotel in Osh center - Last visit to Osh (Feb, 2019) was really a piece of cake and it was due to the Rayan Hotel as well. This hotel is relatively new and everything is wonderfully arranged, particularly: - five star hotel services, including even free shoes cleanining service. - world class, quality and tasty breakfast with free complimentaries. - clean and warm rooms with brand new furniture. Therefore, I highly recommend to stay at the RAYAN hotel in Osh. Believe me I am exprienced traveler, expecially in EU countries and RAYAN hotel can compete with european ones.
