• Liên (8/5): - Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình. KHách sạn gần trung tâm nên rất tiện ăn uống và di chuyển. Có hầm đi tắt sang vincom mà không cần phải đi ra ngoài. Khâu đón khách thật sự có vấn đề. Gia đình mình đến sảnh không có nhân viên nào hướng dẫn chỗ đỗ xe hay mang hành lý vào. Phải tự chạy vào gọi lễ tân nhưng rồi vẫn phải đứng bơ vơ chờ tiếp 1 lúc mới có bạn lễ tân chạy ra đẩy đồ vào hộ, còn xe thì phải tự di chuyển tìm chỗ đỗ tạm để cho xe khác vào sảnh. Chưa nói đến việc vào check in còn không có thông tin booking của mình trên hệ thống.Không có Welcome Drink. Tóm lại là khá mất điểm khâu đón tiếp.

• Katerina (10/5): - Всё. Отношение, тишина, чистота, красота помещений, идут навстречу по любому вопросу, местоположение. Отель однозначно стоит своих денег. Неделю жила, всё очень понравилось. Будят по поводу уборки с утра, а так как я не встаю рано, для меня это было немного отягчающе. В остальном всё супер, если приеду ещё, однозначно остановлюсь тут.

Настолько хорошо, что захотелось продлить свое пребывание ещё на несколько дней. В пятницу 10 апреля я не знаю что здесь происходило, но кто-то завывал в микрофон с самого утра, а это на минуточку 8:00. Я работаю до поздней ночи из-за разницы времени, так что подъем с утра под чей-то вой доставил немало негодования с моей стороны. Ещё иногда с утра приходят уборщицы, тоже будят, а когда, в один день, я повесила табличку не беспокоить с утра, мне положили записку под дверь о невозможности убраться и больше они не пытались прийти убраться в этот день.

• Paul (10/5): Great hotel. My first choice in Thanh Hoa. - This was our second stay at this hotel. During the booking I received an upgrade to a premium corner room. This room is much larger than the deluxe and had its own long hallway to the bedroom. With windows offering a 180 view from the side of the hotel. Crazy but at the same time amazing. The bedroom portion is the same size as the corner room, spacious area with a larger bed. Bathroom was large as well. Breakfast buffet has many options for western and Asian. Swimming pool is seasonal and heated during the winter. Location is ideal, restaurant options nearby and attached to the hotel there is a shopping center with a supermarket. You can take a taxi for 15 minutes to visit Sam Son beach. This hotel will be my first choice when visiting Thanh Hoa!!
• Paul (10/5): Amazing comfortable stay - This hotel should be your main option for coming to Thanh Hoa. We were in the deluxe room. The bed was very big and the room was spacious. We had an amazing view of the city on the 24th floor. We watched the lunar new year fire works from the comfort of our room. There is a large breakfast buffet option available for western and Asian food The location is nearby various restaurant options and the local park for a walk. The hotel is connected to the shopping mall next door for convenient supermarket trips. The swimming pool is seasonal with warm water in the winter and cold water in the summer. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay and recommend it to others.
