Das Frühstück war okay aber nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Hotels. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft und finden, dass der Preis für die gegebenen Leistungen absolut nicht gerechtfertigt war.

J’ai voulu quitter l’hôtel mais elle n’a pas voulu me rembourser ni faire de geste commercial. La chambre infesté d’insecte la douche glissante et pleine de moisissures. Fenêtres constamment fermées et volés aussi de peur qu’il y est encore plus d’insectes mouches, fourmis, araignées, gué ko le tout pour 500€/nuit c’est honteux !

• Anett (7/5): Jó, de ár-érték arányban nem megfelelő. - Dzsungel környezet és a személyzet nagyon jó, az ágyak kényelmesek. A reggeli inkább kielégítő, mint sem nagyon jó. A szag… a kunyhók szaga penészes dohos szennyvíz szagot árasztanak, emiatt kicsit kellemetlen. Rá férne a zuhanyzókra a felújítás, mert a kagylós dezignet beárnyékolja a penészes tömítések. Nincs, csak érkezéskor víz. A reggelinél a felhozatal elég szegényes, külön kiemelném: egy fajta felvágott és sajt van (szerintem simán lehetne kettő féle is, mert a hely adott), a paradicsom széle penészes volt, a gofri kőkemény. Vagy emeljenek az áron magasabb színvonalért, vagy maradjon ez, de menjenek lejjebb az árakkal.

• Luca (8/5): Ponovo se vracamo! - Divno i vrlo ljubazno osoblje, u predelu hotela se nalaze kornjace, na jako dobroj lokaciji se nalazi hotel! Mi smo vec bili u ovom hotelu, i ponovo smo se vratili, i ponovo cemo se vratiti, u istu sobu😀. Posto smo drugi put u hotelu, ovaj put nam se cistoca nije dopala, generalna cistoca!

• Jacqueline (9/5): Kurzaufenthalt von 4 Tagen - Die Lage am sehr schönen Strand, die beiden Pools in einer tropischen Anlage, das Personal war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Oliver hat sich viel Mühe gegeben um bei uns das Netflix einzurichten. Ein besonderes Extra war auch das Kaffee und Kuchenbüffet am Nachmittag. Unser Fernseher mit wenigen Programmen war eher eine Enttäuschung. Ansonsten gab es kaum etwas zu bemängeln.

• Silvia (9/5): Confort di design - Si tratta di un Boutique Hotel, raccolto con un bel design moderno che integra nell'arredo parti naturali (rami di alberi, conchiglie etc) la nostra camera Beach Front, spaziosa era molto bella con terrazzo con vista mare (con in dotazione gli zampironi contro le zanzare!). Purtroppo a gennaio sulla spiaggia dell'hotel e nel mare ci sono le alghe urticanti, ed è affetta dalle maree per cui sebbene la sabbia bianca incantevole è poco praticabile. Il ristorante ha un menu' standard con delle proposte giornaliere che variano, cibo molto buono con un giusto compromesso qualità prezzo. Camerieri simpatici e disponibili. Troppi gatti nell'area ristorante che saltano sui tavoli già apparecchiati, non è igienico.

• Anke (8/5): - Das Frühstück war landestypisch und ausreichend. Das Personal vom Reinigungspersonal bis hin zum Manager war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit bei Fragen oder Problemen. Wir benötigten ständiges WLAN was einmal ausfiel (kurzer Stromausfall) und es wurde sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht und gefunden. Super freundlich! Beim Check out gab es ein Abrechnungsproblem, was nach Reklamation schnellstmöglich und unkompliziert geklärt wurde. Ein sehr netter Manager und seine Vertreterin! Die Anlage an sich war sehr sauber allerdings lud der Tennisplatz nicht zum spielen ein. Einiges müsste generell etwas überholt werden. Am Strand, der direkt vom Hotel zugängig ist (super) war alles voller Seegras was man leider nicht bei der Buchung sehen noch rauslesen konnte. Zum baden lud es nicht ein, was ein wenig schade war.
• Jasmin (6/5): Strand kaum zum Baden geeignet, Pool kein Ausgleich und insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen – positiv hervorzuheben ist das - Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Das Hotel ist ansprechend eingerichtet und von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Beim Frühstück haben uns vor allem die frisch zubereiteten Omeletts sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch der Nachmittagstee mit Keksen war eine nette Aufmerksamkeit, die wir sehr geschätzt haben. Trotz direkter Strandlage ist das Baden im Meer aufgrund von viel Seegras kaum möglich. Deutlich schönere und besser nutzbare Strände befinden sich auf der anderen Seite der Insel. Der Poolbereich stellt hierfür keinen ausreichenden Ausgleich dar, weshalb ein Auto notwendig ist, um zu attraktiveren Stränden zu gelangen. Auf der Anlage leben viele Katzen, die sich teilweise auch im Sandbereich der Frühstücksräumlichkeiten aufhalten, was wir als eher störend empfunden haben. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck. Um langfristig ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bieten zu können, wären aus unserer Sicht Renovierungsmaßnahmen notwendig.
• Gianna (9/5): - Everything was perfect - from the first email correspondence from Thivanka to confirm our booking - to the last goodbyes from Rhynie. When we arrived we were greeted by Anisha who gave us a tour of our space. Renting a car was the easiest process. It took Payet and Laila all of 5 minutes to help us plan our 5-day itinerary. And every day was better than the next. Ishan was very attentive and always answered any questions we had. My favorite time of day was Tea Time. Would definitely return in the future and recommend this hotel looking for a relaxing and worry-free vacation.
• Martinique (8/5): Lovely but needing some maintenance. - The reception staff / hostesses!!! Wow, I just want to say these ladies were incredible. Super proactive, willing to help, offered great recommendations and immediate assistance. They arranged everything we needed , made reservations for us, ensured any issues were attended to immediately, would check in on our experience etc etc. i couldn’t say anything better about the service- A++. There are 2 sides to the hotel, separated by a road. We stayed on the beach side (the other side is the garden side), and I can say I recommend the beach side. The unique decor of the hotel is charming, with the beach aesthetic I thought it was very pretty. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything needed is provided- eg beach towels provided daily, 2 water bottles daily, daily house keeping. There is a family of cats on the property which were very cute. The breakfast was great- sufficient options (slight variations daily), tasty and great value. Overall I enjoyed my stay The biggest downfall with the property is it seemingly needing some maintenance. There is some wear and tear that needs to be attended to. Some issues were fixed immediately, for example our TV was damaged upon arrival so the hotel changed it out immediately & Our aircon was dripping- which our housekeeping noticed- so they sent someone to fix it straight away. However, things like the decking in the main area needs to be sanded and repainted. Many of our light switches didn’t appear to work. Our hairdryer stopped working within 20 seconds of use each time (just some examples that come to mind). The rooms are also dark - the lighting, whilst moody and aesthetic, was not sufficient for visibility. Our room flooring was also a dark cement and the shower door was painted black, which made our whole room feel darker (and less beachy). The location of our room did also not lend itself to much privacy. There was a walkway outside our room which provided access to the upstairs apartments. This meant that we had to keep our curtains drawn so that no one looked into our room. This obviously contributed to how dark the room felt. I don’t believe this is an issue that will be experienced if you stayed in other rooms. The beach outside the property (grand anse), was nice but certainly not one of the best in Praslin. I would recommend getting a car so that you can easily visit the other beaches and locations.

• Philipp (9/5): - Wir waren hier für 4 Nächte und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1 Stock mit kleinem Pool im Strandhaus. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, an der ein oder anderen Stellen bedarf es einer Renovierung. Das ist aber bei diesen Temperaturen und der Luftfeuchtigkeit normal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nicht üppig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

• Christiane (9/5): Überschaubares Hotel mit persönlichem Flair - Absolut freundliches, hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Personal. Auch der Hotelmanager war viel präsenter und hat sich persönlich um die Gästebelange gekümmert. Der Strand war wegen Seegras nicht so schön. Hier kann aber niemand was dafür das ist die Natur und ich finde es gut dass das Grad aus Naturschutzgründen nicht entfernt wird
• Martin (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, das Management ist sehr hilfsbereit und regelt viel (Taxi, Mietwagen,….). Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett, besonders Ishann 😊
• Roxana (9/5): Un loc cu o atmosfera relaxanta - Camera a fost superbă, spațioasă și curata. . Personalul foarte amabil. Micul dejun bun. Atmosfera chill, pisicuțele din Resort superbe și jucăușe. Am avut camera cu piscina, aceasta trebuie sa fie mai curata. Plaja din fata resortului era bine sa fie curata de alegele uscate. Șamponul avea un miros a stricat, nu știu dacă era expirat, dar mirosul era ceva rău, deloc pe gustul nostru.

• Leelo (7/5): Pleasant hotel, though it could use some updating. - Beautiful interior, especially the lounge and breakfast area. A large, well-maintained garden. Excellent swimming pools and a great location, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The nearby beach was seaweed-covered, but it was still possible to sunbathe, swim, and enjoy the beautiful sunset. The rooms had rather weak lighting. The floors were not always thoroughly cleaned. The interior was somewhat outdated and could use some refurbishment.
• Chloé (5/5): Il y a du bon et du mauvais mais le personnel est vraiment très agréable - L’emplacement, l’accueil du personnel +++ la piscine, le parc à tortues, le cadre hors chambres. Les chambres font trop «  vieilles » pour le prix on s’attend vraiment à mieux, la douche glisse vachement ce n’est pas top avec des enfants.. il y a des ouvertures dans la porte, on voit très vite le jour et puis les finitions ne sont pas jolies pour le prix c’est un peu décevant. il faut bien vérifier sa note car on nous avez compté des choses en trop d’enfants qui avaient donné notre numéro de chambre. On a pris notre douche dans le noir du à une coupure de courant et aucun geste commercial n’a été appliqué.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unterstützte uns bei Fragen und Anliegen. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Abendessen ist auch gut und nicht teuer. Der Strand, welcher direkt ans Hotel grenzt war bei uns nicht besonders schön. An Strand hatte es viel angespültes Seegras und das Wasser war grün. Mit dem Auto kann man jedoch an wunderschöne Strände in Praslin fahren.

• Daniel (8/5): Bliss Hotel gave us a wonderfully memorable and relaxing family stay. - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bliss Hotel. The hotel is charming and cozy, with a natural and relaxed style. Seashells, bamboo and driftwood give it an authentic Seychellois feeling. It almost feels like staying inside a small spa – calm, warm and very peaceful. The restaurant is beautiful, with tables placed right in the sand. Every other day they offer a Creole buffet, and on the remaining days an à la carte menu. We personally preferred the à la carte dishes, but both options were enjoyable. Breakfast was also really good. There was fresh fruit, an omelette chef and a well-balanced selection that suited everyone in the family. We stayed on the garden side in a charming little house, and the pool next to it quickly became the children’s favourite spot. The only small downside was the beach next to the hotel. During our stay in late November it was completely covered in seaweed and couldn’t be used. Even without the seaweed, the beaches on this side of the island can’t compare to the ones on the north side, where you’ll find some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited. The staff at Bliss Hotel truly made our stay perfect. Their warmth and personal service exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to Ishab, Annica and the friendly Young gentleman from Nepal whose name we unfortunately forgot. Their genuine and attentive service made all the difference. We warmly recommend Bliss Hotel to anyone who wants to experience Praslin in Seychelles. We travelled as a family with two children aged seven and eleven, and this has been a holiday we will remember for a long time. Make sure to rent a mini Moke and explore the island. It is the best way to discover the beautiful beaches and stunning nature.
• Claudia (7/5): - Die Lage direkt am Meer ist gut. Der Pool auch. Aber die Bungalows sind auf der anderen Seite der Strasse und in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben den hintersten Bungalow bekommen und mussten deshalb immer 5 Minuten gehen, um ins Restaurant zu gelangen. Das Essen war gut, aber das Buffet am Abend eher teuer. Mit dem Zimmer waren nicht nicht sehr zufrieden. Das Badezimmer ist unpraktisch.
• Nadine (8/5): Inselfeeling Pur! - Sehr idyllisch & ruhig gelegen Zimmer mit Inselfeeling Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Abendessen ausgezeichnet, vor allem die kreolischen Speisen Die Rochen direkt am Hausstrand sind ein Highlight, nicht vom Seegras abschrecken lassen. Kurzer Spaziergang in den Norden bietet traumhafte Buchten. Das Frühstück war gut, aber etwas mehr Vielfalt wäre toll. Es gibt bei Buffet Abenden keine Möglichkeit a la carte zu bestellen, allerdings gibt es paar nette Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

• Piotr (10/5): Było super! - Obsługa była przemiła. Szczególnie Pan z restauracji dbał o nas na każdym kroku, chętnie rozmawiał i odpowiadał na nasze pytania. Hotel przygotowuje środki na komary i inne insekty, które mogą wejść do pokoju, dzięki czemu nic nam nie wchodziło :D Śniadania smaczne, być może dla osób, które jeżdżą na co dzień do europejskich hoteli o standardzie 4* mogą być zawiedzione ilością jedzenia (wyboru). Poza tym jedzenie bardzo dobre, spełniało nasze oczekiwania.

• Nina (9/5): Nastanitev je super, osebje izredno prijazno, ustrežljivo, nastanitev ima dva večja bazena - Osebje izredno prijazno in ustrežljivo, posebno prijeten je natakar Hotzi, velik hvala za vso njegovo pomoč. Nastanitev ima dva velika bazena, urejeno okolico, otroci so hranili želve, počutili smo se zelo varno. Plaža ob nastanitvi ni primerna za kopanje (naš čas obiska je bil konec oktobra). V bližini (5 min) je letališče, do plaže Anse Georgette je 10 min z avtomobilom + cca 30 min peš do plaže, do plaže Anse Lazio pa dobrih 30 min. Priporočamo renta car. Vsekakor nujen obisk teh dveh plaž! Plaža ni primerna za kopanje.

• Jürg (9/5): Gut - Die Hotelanlage mit Pool und integriertem Restaurant war sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Nähe zum Meer ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich. Die Hotelmanagerin war sehr präsent und kümmerte sich persönlich um unsere Anliegen. Das Essen war allgemein von hoher Qualität. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant war ok. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war ungenügend, insbesondere die Deckenlampe gab kaum Licht. Das Badezimmer war Bestandteil des Zimmers und kein separater Raum. Das WC-Licht war gekoppelt mit dem Bad, so dass man nachts im Dunkeln das WC benutzen musste, um den schlafenden Partner nicht zu wecken. Das Zimmer könnte über mehr Stauraum für die persönlichen Sachen verfügen. Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut.

The breakfast was a little bit of a let down; the hot items were cold but it was a good selection overall.

Vom ersten Tag an waren alle Mitarbeiter so aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders Ishan hat sich jeden Tag von Frühstück bis zum letzten Cocktail besonder gut um die Hotelgäste bemüht. Immer freundlich und präsent. Aber auch alle andere,deren Namen ich leider nicht behalten habe. Jeden Tag gab es liebevoll gefaltete Handtücher und frisches Trinkwasser. Egal ob es Mietwagen oder Ausflugstips waren.An der Rezeption wurde immer sofort unkompliziert ein Angebot gefunden. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und kommen wenn möglich sehr gerne wieder. Es wäre gut,wenn das Hotel darauf hinweist,das man am Strand auf die Rochen achten soll.Falls sich ein Gast darüber nicht informiert,könnte es schmerzhaft enden.

Mention spéciale pour le personnel aux petits soins, les recommandations touristiques ainsi que les voiturettes électriques à la location. Les personnes souhaitant du 5 étoiles devraient payer le prix en conséquence afin de s’y rendre évitant de dénigrer un établissement familial avec une âme estivale très appréciable assumant sa juste valeur. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Malheureusement des algues sur la plage et dans la mer mais ça personne n'y peut rien!

Брали семейный номер, показался тесноватым. Сначала поселили в ближайший домик у дороги, шумно по утрам, пришлось переехать в другой.

• Daniela (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit super Frühstück und Service - Super nettes Personal vorallem im Restaurant, Essen war sehr gut und vom Preis her auch voll in Ordnung, es gab einen gratis Billiardtisch, gab auch Postkarten mit Briefmarken zu kaufen, super gutes und abwechsungsreises Frühstück Da wir unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht haben war unser Zimmer zu beginn sehr süß hergerichtet Wir bekamen jeden Tag gratis Wasser in den Kühlschrank und zwischen 16-17 Uhr gab es immer Kaffee, Tee und Kuchen. Strand war zur Zeit etwas mit Seegras befallen. Das Zimmer hatte einen bisschen einen eigenen Geruch aber nicht extrem tragisch

• Cheryl (8/5): Excellent value for money especially compared with some of the nearby hotels! - Small friendly hotel. Staff were really welcoming especially Rikesh the pool bar manager. General manager was also excellent ensuring our stay was to our satisfaction. Loved the pink Mini Moke that was available to hire ensuring a fun day out on the island. Would have preferred if they’d given us complimentary water every day (like all the other hotels on our trip) & would have appreciated bigger hand towels to wrap hair in after washing
• Lara (9/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und es war für unsere Hochzeitsreise das perfekte Hotel! - Die Anlage war paradiesisch und die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter*innen hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht! Die Außenanlagen stets in einem perfekten Zustand und man hat sich direkt sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Frühstück ist klassisch europäisch, aber so wird auch jeder fündig. Die Getränke waren stets ordentlich gekühlt und auch sonst hielt das Restaurant für jeden etwas bereit. Die Zimmer im Beachhaus haben tatsächlich ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem auf Grund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit in Strandnähe. Die Luft in den Zimmern kann leider nur schlecht zirkulieren, weshalb es dort schnell etwas muffig wurde, da schafft der Ventilator und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer allerdings gute abhilfe!

Essen a la Carte sehr gut - Hygiene sehr nachlässig (sehr intensiver Klogeruch, sehr viele Ameisen im Zimmer, sogar am Bett, Wasser hat nicht funktioniert). - Frühstück nicht besonders für den Preis, sehr sehr wenig Auswahl - teuer, 1 Kugel Eis 8€… - Hauptpool, Schirme, Gläser nicht so sauber - Hotel in die Jahre gekommen sowie schon mehrere in den Bewertungen erwähnt
• Sandra (3/5): Algenstrand, Bungalowanlage und Tennisplatz voller Riesenspinnen, nicht empfehlenswert!!! - Oberflächlich ansprechendes Ambiente,jedoch schlecht geführtes Hotel auf der ganzen Linie Strand und Wasser voller Algen, niemand räumt es auf, keine Liegestühle am Strand, dreckige Tischsets, Poolanlagen ok, aber nicht sehr gepflegt, Frühstück sehr basic, Gartenanlage mir Bungalow hinter einer Mauer, überall grosse Spinnen in den Pflanzen, auf dem Tennisplatz riesen Spinnen in allen Ecken und im Netz in der Mitte, sehr gruselig. Bungalow dunkel und ungemütlich, trotz schönen Dekoelementen. Grosses Missmanagement, haben nach 1 Nacht ausgecheckt. Das Hotel war natürlich nicht kulant für eine Teilrückerstattung.

Das Hotel war ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war zwar groß und schön im Garten gelegen, aber es ist in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere das Badezimmer müsste neu gemacht werden, nicht nur wegen des Schimmels.

• Groen (9/5): - Die bekannten Stränden sind mit dem Taxi nicht weit entfernt. Leider gab es viele Algen am Strand was das Baden dort leider verhindert hat. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.
