- martina (7/5): - Il b&b è molto carino, e il sig Pierluigi è stato molto cordiale nonostante ci siamo scritti solo x messaggi consigliandomi locali dove mangiare qualcosa di tipico. Non ho gradito dover andare a fare la colazione in un bar convenzionato con loro, le foto sul sito mostravano una colazione in struttura e invece non è stato così.

- Gisel (4/5): - La posizione ottima ..lo staff pessimo ho fatto molte telefonate per varie problematiche veramente pessimo servizio.. camera ok . I materassi un incubo si spostavano in continuazione mi sono ritrovata a dormire nelle doghe.. un letto matrimoniale con due letti singoli 😱

- Rita (8/5): Tutto bene! - Struttura ben tenuta, pulita, all'interno di un condominio residenziale in zona un pelino decentrata ma cmq non distante dal mare (10 minuti al massimo a piedi). Ho avuto l'impressione che il proprietario/gestore fosse in vacanza perché abbiamo fatto check-in e check-out in un hotel nelle vicinanze ma che non credo sia collegato e siamo stati dirottati a fare colazione in un bar di fronte al b&b nonostante la struttura sembrasse attrezzata anche per gestire la colazione. Magari in un altro momento avremmo trovato un servizio diverso ma comunque non è stato affatto un problema: siamo stati accolti benissimo sia dall'hotel che dal bar perciò nulla da contestare. Terrò certamente in mente questa struttura se dovessi tornare a Montesilvano

- Guest (1/5): Disastro - Nulla!! Tutto...Mia figlia ha dormito su una rete da campeggio. Il letto matrimoniale ( si fa per dire matrimoniale), erano due lettini uniti con un varco tra i due. La doccia un vero disastro. Al check-in, non ci hanno detto nemmeno a che piano era il B&B. Dopo aver sborsato 150€ per una notte nel frigo della camera non c'era nemmeno una bottiglina d'acqua e, faccio una previsione, non l'avrei pretesa gratis.
- Gérard (4/5): A éviter - On arrive à la réception, endroit plutôt cosy. Le parking est dans la cour de l'hôtel, tout est clean et c'est vraiment super. Mais la personne qui nous reçoit nous dit que la chambre est au 1er étage dans un immeuble a 50 mètres, mais elle ne connait pas la chambre en question, mais il y a quelqu'un sur place. Arrivé sur place personne, l'immeuble est très moyen et choqué par rapport au standing de la réception de l'hôtel, l'ascenseur est en panne. En définitive la chambre est dans un appartement ou il y a 3 chambres indépendantes et un espace cuisine commun. En revenant après déjeuner nous nous rendons compte qu'une des chambres est occupée par un couple avec un enfant colérique qui commence à crier vers 22h00 pendant presque une 1/2 heure. Ensuite la porte claque à plusieurs reprises dans le hall et on entend les gens parler en montant l'escalier car l'ascenseur est toujours en panne et ce jusqu'à plus de 1h00 du matin. L'isolation est très mauvaise. Nous sommes réveillés vers 7h30 par les occupants de l'une des chambres qui partent. Donc nous trouvons tout cela plus que moyen et désagréable, nous déconseillons cet établissement.

- Roberta (1/5): - Solo la pulizia dell'appartamento Accoglienza inesistente, una colazione compresa nel prezzo fatta di macchina del caffè senza cialde, neanche l'ombra di una bottiglietta d'acqua, nella credenza solo marmellatine abbandonate lì da chissà quanto tempo. Esperienza veramente pessima. Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo molto meglio. Da dimenticare

- FEDERICA (10/5): - Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere i vari campi sportivi in cui si svolge il torneo di calcio. Il personale all'accoglienza è stato molto gentile. Unico appunto è sulla pulizia dei pavimenti con molta polvere accumulata sotto i letti. La colazione fatta al bar convenzionato da 10 e lode per cortesia dei proprietari e qualità dei prodotti. Per il week end da trascorrere dietro le partite di calcio dei figli è l'ideale!
- Antonio (10/5): - Camera ampia, confortevole e arredata con gusto, bagno grande e dotato di ogni accessorio utile. Il personale è stato cordiale e prodigo di consigli. Nelle immediate vicinanze del B&B è presente un capiente parcheggio gratuito. Il lungomare di Montesilvano prosegue senza soluzione di continuità con quello di Pescara, perciò la posizione è strategica. La colazione era inclusa ed erogata presso un'ottima pasticceria esterna, raggiungibile a piedi (non vicinissima, ma antistante una bella piazza). Lo stabile era tranquillo e il quartiere molto residenziale. Consigliato.

- Daniele (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Sono stato una sola notte, ero con uno zaino e poca roba. La mia camera da sul corso della città, ma la notte è stata silenziosa. La camera è ampia e il bagno molto spazioso e pulito.

- MARIA LUIGIA (6/5): Piccola pecca momentanea - Il B&B è totalmente ristrutturato, colazione ottima e facilità nel trovare il parcheggio. molto comodo , vicino l'autostrada. unica pecca che a causa di un problema momentaneo purtroppo è mancata l'acqua cosa abbastanza indispensabile per lavarsi e cosa che ahimè in un hotel o b&b deve essere risolta istantaneamente.
- Krzysztof (10/5): - Hemos llegado tarde , muy tarde a las 00: 55. La reserva ya ha caducado, pero el propietario vino de su casa y me entrego las llaves y nos atendió muy bien. Impresionante, se levantó de la cama para hacer el checkin. Yo estaba ya seguro que tengo que buscar otro alojamiento o seguir mi camino hacía el norte de Italia. En caso si no me atendería, no estaria molesto con el, porque la culpa era mi. A parte de mi llegada , la habitación y el baño: muy bien , todo muy limpio y comodo. El personal muy agradable 👍
- Nathalie (10/5): - Dommage que ce ne soit pas adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap ! L'ascenseur est ridicule et ne permet pas de monter avec un accompagnateur et un fauteuil électrique. Si nous n'avions pas prévu un autre fauteuil moins large nous Serions restés dehors ! Dommage car le reste était parfait . Petit déjeuner copieux et varié . Quand nous avons spécifié 3 adultes sont une personne en situation de handicap nous aurions apprécié être informés de ce détail . De plus le 2èmz lit était trop petit , pour un enfant alors que nous étions 3 adultes ! La prise en compte de la réservation n'était pas à la hauteur !
