• Ldbraber (9/5): Very nice B&B stay on a top location - Great location within the Lucca walls at the beginning of the main walking street, but very tranquil. Rooms basic but with all you need for a city visit and very clean. Did not use the breakfast facility Matress was not too comfy and was starting to get bit sagging.

• Lenka (9/5): Pěkné ubytování v centru města se snídaní a zajištěným parkováním. - Paní majitelka byla velice milá a nápomocná, snídaně byla moc dobrá a dostatečná.
• Jean (10/5): Super plan à Lucca - Super bien placé. Un peu excentré mais comme Lucca n'est pas très grand. Idéal pour les personnes en voiture. À 3 mins à pied de la Place de l'Amphithéâtre (Piazza dell'Anfiteatro) pour un apéro (Spritz à 3€!). Très calme (2 fenêtres + des panneaux de bois d'insonorisation). Propriétaire hyper sympathique et disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Très propre. Chambre très grande. Grande salle de douches. Lit confortable. Par contre, il faut s'attendre à entendre les personnes au petit déjeuner (08h00 - 10h00).

• Marc (8/5): - Kamer is ruim en schoon. Goed ontbijt, hele leuke dame Kasia die deze verzorgt. .Ligt allerlei informatie over lucca. Als je het gebouw verlaat, sta je direkt in de winkelstraat, perfecte lokatie, dichtbij alle bezienswaardig heden en in de kamer hoor je niets van buiten. Raad aan van de parkeer gelegenheid gebruik te maken, deze is dichtbij en handig zodat je niet hoeft te zoeken. Helemaal niets.

• Ashley (10/5): ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! - This place is amazing. Great view without having to climb 100+ stairs. Super cool. I love how the bed pulls out. You get more space during the day and a comfy bed at night. It is a perfect fit for us. I can’t say enough wonderful things about it. We shut one of the windows and couldn’t get it open. It was operator error - our fault. The owner fixed it IMMEDIATELY.
• Agnieszka (5/5): - Fantastic location, you are in the midst of it all in a beautiful center of Lucca with 5 mins walk to the best restaurants, shops and bike rental. We very much enjoyed the breakfast, delicious food and a lovely lady serving us. Thank you for your wonderful help arranging paid and safe carpark space only 3 mins walk away which made us easier when arriving with car. Check in- you should mention to guests that there is another hotel with the same name around the corner which meant we waited outside the wrong place. You should also leave a note on the door with Tel number which INCLUDES country code as it's not clear to everyone what it is and causes additional delays. It wasn't also mentioned that we need to call before arrival to arrange check in, we assumed hotel will have all day open reception. PILLOWS- although beds were great, the pillows were really uncomfortable and definitely need to be replaced. Bathroom- we showered in the morning and water was hardly warm. Not sure if all guests in the building showered at the same time causing shortage of hot water, but we have never been warned about it and 6 years old child showering in a cold water is a not a fun experience. The apartment was small and in need of a bit of improvement , but clean and in a perfect location. We loved Lucca very much it's a stunning green very clean town which is perfect for a weekend or a longer stay!

Siamo stati bene. - Mi è piaciuto tutto: la camera veramente deliziosa, con immagini rasserenanti; la pulizia veramente eccellente; lo "staff" cordialissima e pronta a fornirci elementi per un soggiorno gradevole (elenco ristoranti, indicazione siti da visitare ...). Sì, siamo stati molto, molto contenti di essere stati ospitati all'IRIS B&B e certamente ci torneremo ancora. Lucca merita di essere approfondita. GRAZIE Inoltre la posizione dentro le mura e l'organizzazione per arrivare fin lì (parcheggio, istruzioni per arrivare, autorizzazione per entrare in ZTL) tutto nei minimi dettagli. Non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi.

• Manuela (9/5): Lo risceglierei! - Tutto! È molto accogliente, c è tutto quel che serve, lo staff è molto gentile, la colazione è buona con torte fatte in casa e la posizione ottima! Consigliato! Se proprio devo, i cuscini. Ce ne sono due, uno molto alto e uno molto basso, per me entrambi scomodi. Ma può dipendere da gusti personali.

Stanze silenziose ed accoglienti. Posizione eccellente all'interno delle mura della città con possibilità di parcheggio ( a pagamento) a due passi dalla struttura. Scomoda la scala per accedere all'appartamento, ma se non si hanno difficoltà motorie non è un problema.

Lovely private bathroom with bidet and a nice big shower. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was lovely and clean. There were bedside tables and lamps and a large wardrobe. The lady that was there in the morning preparing breakfast was so lovely and chatty. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Nothing.

• Emőke (10/5): Tökéletes! - Lucca csodálatos, tiszta és nagyon szép! A szállás jó helyen van, minden látványosság percek alatt elérhető. A reggeli bőséges, változatos és finom volt, helyi specialitást is kaptunk. Mivel az utolsó nap korán indult a repülőnk, a vendéglátónk magától előbbre hozta a reggeli időpontját a kedvünkért. Nagyon kedves és barátságos volt a szállásadónk, ajánlott látnivalókat, éttermeket. A parkolásunkat is elintézte, ami kb 2 percre gyalog volt a szállástól és a kapott információ alapján rögtön megtaláltuk. Akár holnap visszamennénk. Nem volt ilyen.

Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG, schmales Treppenhaus mit 33 Stufen !! Nicht geeignet für schweres Gepäck ! Das Haus liegt sehr günstig in der Altstadt, die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht, auch in Empfehlungen zur Hastrpnomie. Parken ist grundsätzlich dort schwierig und sehr teuer. Wir haben außerhalb der Stadtmauer kostenlos geparkt; 10-15 min Fußweg

• micaela (10/5): Fantastico, la torta di Katia è stata la ciliegina sulla torta (di fatto :D) - Posizione centrale, disponibilità di parcheggio a pagamento dietro l'angolo (letteralmente). La Sig.ra Katia è stata un host perfetto: gentilissima e disponibile. La colazione a buffet offriva ogni ben di Dio: torta alle mele spettacolare. Che dire di più? Camere grandi, con bagno privato. Pulizia eccellente. Le scale per accedere all'alloggio. Questa non è una critica alla struttura: in quanto collocato in centro storico, l'edificio è giustamente vincolato alle leggi sul restauro. Evidenzio la cosa solo per chi ha problemi di salute come la sottoscritta e ha delle difficoltà oggettive ad affrontare molti gradini.
