- Inji (1/5): We were locked out !!!! - 로마 중앙역에서 가까웠습니다. 호스트가 보내준 지시사항에는 방으로 들어가는 4개의 문중에 2번째 문이 잠겨 있다는 안내를 받지 못했고 잠겨있을 경우 어떻게 해야하는지 안내 받지 못했습니다. 호스트가 참고용으로 동영상을 보내주는데 거기에도 2번째문은 그냥 열리는 문으로 나옵니다. 저희가 로마 도시 구경을 마치고 집으로 돌아갔을때 문은 잠겨있었고 저희는 어떻게 그 문을 열고 들어가야되는지 호스트에게 물어봤으나 답이 없었습니다. 숙소로 들어가는 문을 어떻게 열어야하는지 안내받지 못하는 이렇게 당황스러운 경우는 처음이었습니다. 이 숙소를 예약하시는 분들은 제가 첨부하는 사진의 문이 잠겨있을경우 어떻게 해야하는지 문의하고 결정하시길 조언드립니다.

Ικανοποιητική η άνεση του δωματιου.καλο στρωμα - Δεν υπάρχει πρωινο παρα μονο καφές.δεν υπηρχε ντουλαπα και επαρκης χωρος για τα πραγματα και τα ρούχα μας.η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική για τις εξορμήσεις μας.το προσωπικό Δεν γνώριζε καλα αγγλικα κι υπήρχε δυσκολία συνεννόησης Δεν ήταν ικανοποιητική η καθημερινη καθαριότητα του δωματίου και δεν άλλαξαν πετσέτες και σεντόνια μετα το πέρας των 3 ημερών.θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει πρωινο μέσα στην τιμή εστω κάποιο συνοδευτικό με τον καφε(κρουασάν, μπισκότα, κλπ)

- Hanna (8/5): Ausreichend für einen kurzen Städte-Trip! - Die Lage war wirklich top, der Bus direkt vor der Haustüre und die U-Bahn ist vier Minuten entfernt! Das Zimmer war für uns zu dritt gerade ausreichend. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht und war auch nicht notwendig, da es am Weg zum Bahnhof viele Croissants usw. zu kaufen gibt! Die Unruhe in der Unterkunft zwischen 6:00 und 10:00 morgens war störend! Abends kann ich es nicht beurteilen, da wir nicht im Hotel waren. Weiters war das Personal nicht gut mit der englischen Sprache vertraut und nicht besonders freundlich! Es gibt nur die WCs am Zimmer, also die Möglichkeit der WC-Benutzung ist wirklich nur dann möglich, wenn das Zimmer beziehbar ist!

- Robert (7/5): Very basic room in a great location—good if you’re on a budget. - The coffee machine in the lobby was great. The lady at reception was very nice. And the location was great—super close to the metro and centrally located for sightseeing. The heater in our room did not work and we were cold. We told the property manager that it wasn’t working, but it never got fixed. There was mold growing on the walls and a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

Struttura sporca, oserei dire lercia, personale maleducatissmo e incompetente, riscaldamento non funzionante tutto il primo giorno (gestione del misfatto da parte del personale: videochiamata perché è sera e non abbiamo tempo di venire). Non consiglierei questa struttura neanche al mio peggior nemico! E il tutto per 830 euro per 3 notti, non proprio 2euro…..

- Czarina (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at Amoroma suites. The room was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and seen in the picture. Check-in was easy, and communication was quick and friendly. The location is close to restaurants like Asian Delight (filipino and asian food) and public transport bus stop in front of the building and a few in walk with roma termini around 7-9 min walk, which made getting around simple. The beds were comfortable. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

- pedrohbcavalcante (6/5): - Muito bem localizado e, apesar da funcionária da recepção não falar inglês, conseguimos nos comunicar com eficácia para algumas pendências que ficaram. Eles ofertam muitas coisas na recepção, dispõem de ferro para passar roupa, água, doces e algumas amenidades bem legais. O barulho fora do quarto incomodou um pouco. Pessoas chegavam falando alto e permaneciam na área da recepção conversando e fazendo barulho, que incomodava bastante dentro do quarto, pois aparentemente a acústica nao é tão eficaz quanto poderia.

- Katarina (10/5): Lovely room and staff - The room was very nice, big bed and very comfortable bedding, kids loved the old style elevator. The owner as well as the rest of the staff were lovely. The property reached out before arrival with very detailed instructions how to access the room. Very good location, close to all transportation means but away from the crowd, number of restaurants in the vicinity. Regarding the voucher for breakfast, both sweet and savory food items were tasty and filling .. Lovely staff, very patient and polite (what was not the case in other coffee shops).

- David (2/5): Do not book here - Early check in We stayed in 5 properties in Italy, this was the only to have not included tourist tax in the price (which was far too much for the standard of accommodation) and they wanted this in cash at check in - clearly at staff gratuity! Room was pokey and horrid… dated… no bedroom door… insufficient curtains… the list goes on! Our room was behind the reception - we heard every movement of other guests and staff! Don’t be fooled by the property pictures, they don’t relate to anything I saw - a lesson to me to check the reviews!

Our first full day there, worker were in our lobby area and our wifi was down. • 3 days later, they were doing some sort of work in another room early in the morning. • Our tv did not work at all • We were not given breakfast vouchers despite it being included. • We were not offered shuttle to the airport despite it being included. • You can literally hear everything happening around you. The staff talking outside your room as their office was right next to our suite. The people walking upstairs and worst of all was the recycling truck going by at 6:30 nearly every morning dumping glass bottles into the bed of the truck. In response to the reply - Outside Reception time you can ask for receptionist service, or self check in for free. If you self check in we will meet the morning after your arrival to complete the check in and give to you the voucher for Italian Breakfast Such a polite response to my review. Here is what you sent me stating to pick up the voucher. Also, that was not my father but my husband, how terribly ignorant. Also, as per google.. The busiest times to visit Rome are the summer months (June to August) and the "shoulder seasons" of April, May, September, and October.

My room was in poor condition. It was old and poorly maintained, with broken furniture. There was no coffee machine as advertised. The air conditioning was moldy and leaking water down the walls. The minibar was so noisy that I had to turn it off in order to sleep. The bathroom had a loose sliding door that didn’t close properly.

- Andrés (8/5): Buena opción para salvar la noche - Buena ubicación (queda muy cerca de términi y el barrio es agradable) y habitación confortable. Es un precio justo para lo que es. Lo recomiendo para 1 o 2 días. El trato con el personal fue un poco difícil ya que es bastante automático (no tiene recepción las 24 horas pero sí responden online).

- Yohan (9/5): - 중앙역에서 케리어 끌고다니는 10분정도? 늦은 시간 체크인에도 호스트가 연락을 따로 해줘서 온라인으로 체크인이 가능했음. 여행세금도 온라인으로 간단히 결제 가능. 7번 방이 좋다는 평일 있었는데 우리도 7번 방이었고 잘 레노베이션 되어 있었음. 에어컨도 아주 잘 쾌적하게 작동함. 넓은 화장실. 숙소 바로 옆에 간이마트도 있어서 늦은시간에도 물 라면등 구입 가능 오래된 엘리베이터가 이전 로마로 시간여행을 한듯한 기분이 들었음 아침식사는 4유로 쿠폰을 구입햐서 근처 Pitstop Sandwich Cafè 에서 가능한데 가성비로는 아주 만족 스러움. 조금 좁은 카페라서 사람들이 몰리면 좀 복잡하긴 함. 커피포트가 있고. 공용으로 사용 가능한 커피머신 및 전자레인지 있음. 여름 성수기라 가성비가 좋지는 않았음. 화장실에는 에어컨이 없음. 어린이용 간이 침대는 조금 작아서 떨어질 위험이 있었음 그러나 대체적으로 어른이 누울 수 있을정도로 괜찮았음 OTT 서비스 로그인이 필요함 마실물이 깨끗하긴 했고 탈도 없었지만 수돗물 맞이 남. 큰 집을 여러 방으로 리모델링한 느낌인데, 다른 방의 컨디션은 어떤지 모르겠음. 호텔의 느낌보다는 잘 꾸며진 모텔느낌?!

It has an elevator and the staff was very happy to let us leave our luggage after we checked out. The room was clean and the bathroom appeared clean until I went to take a shower. There was black mold in the shower and up on the wall which concerned me greatly. I was glad we were only there one night. I would have given them a 9 except for the mold.
