• Cynthia (10/5): - The owner, Mauro, was great. Made a good breakfast with lots of fresh food (fresh fruit from his own orchard). The location was excellent for walking around the town. Near the beach and lots of really good restaurants. The room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed could have been a little harder. It seemed to sink just a little. The bed is like many European beds.

La struttura brilla per la pulizia impeccabile e l'estrema cortesia dello staff. L'accoglienza del proprietario ti fa sentire subito a casa, ma il vero punto di forza è la colazione tipica siciliana, ricca di sapori autentici del territorio. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno indimenticabile.

Mauro è un ospite eccezionale, gentile e premuroso, che rende il soggiorno unico con la sua incredibile colazione: un trionfo di prodotti tipici siciliani a km 0 e di produzione propria. La posizione è perfetta, incastonata nel centro storico e a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia. Una scelta caldamente consigliata per chi cerca autenticità e calore umano.

La cortesia e bontà fanno parte del cuore del propritario sempre pronto a coccolarvi e deliziarvi con la colazione tipica del posto preparata con amore e tanta passione. Il voto che merita questa struttura non è 10 ma 1000 consigliatissimo.
• Chrissie (9/5): - Mauro was an excellent host. Although language was a barrier, we managed quite well using Google translate. His breakfasts were delicious! The bed was comfortable. Location is excellent being very close to the Duomo. There is also the best pinsa restaurant just a few doors down in the same street!! Laundry is a short walk if needed. There is a small window in the room and a very small line for hanging clothes outside that window, but no clips. A good place for a short stay. What wasn't mentioned was the steep flight of stairs you have to climb from the street to get up to Pepitos. So be aware of this if you've big, heavy suitcases and travelling solo. Luckily for me, there happened to be a gent who offered to help when I arrived, and Mauro very kindly helped me down as I left. Also, the station is about 1.1km walk and most is over rough cobblestones, so your suitcase wheels will get a workout :) Although toiletries is listed, it's just shampoo, no body wash. Satellite/cable wasn't on my t.v. so I used my own device to access Netflix.

• Anna (8/5): Tökéletes elhelyezkedésű szállás a strandhoz nagyon közel - A szállás elhelyezkedése tökéletes, fél percre van a strandtól. A szállásadó kedves, jól kommunikál a vendégekkel. Az ágy kényelmes volt. A tisztaság tökéletes. A szállást a "teljes szállásegység a földszinten"-filter segítségével választottam ki, mivel egészségügyi okokból tilos lépcsőznöm. Ehhez képest a bajáratnál először egy olyan magas lépcső van, amely nekem a csípő- és térdproblémáimmal szinte leküzdhetetlen volt, majd 20 nagyon magas lépcső, majd ismét egy elég magas a szállás bejáratánál. Ezt a szállást semmiképpen sem szabadna a mozgáskorlátozottak által használt filterrel elérhető tenni, mivel minden szoba a lépcső után található. A szobában található hűtő, ami nekem a speciális diétám miatt elengedhetetlenül fontos, egyáltalán nem hűtött, de szerencsére a házigazda megengedte, hogy a konyhában lévő hűtőt használjam. A harmadik fontos szempont számora a szállásválasztásnál, hogy a kedvenc olasz műholdas csatornáimat nézhessem, de ezek, a leírással ellentétben, sajnos nem voltak elérhetőek.

Düsterer, unfreundlicher Ort in Touristenmeile. Wir hatten eine anderes Zimmer gebucht. Das zeigt sich auch im gezahlten Preis. Der "Service" vor Ort war sehr unfreundlich. Hier kann es noch zu einer rechtlichen Auseinandersetzung kommen.

The staff went above and beyond with personalized service, making me feel very welcome. Breakfast was the best I had during my entire trip in Italy, fresh, varied, and delicious. The only challenge is that parking isn’t possible nearby, so you need to leave your car in a lot, but the beautiful location makes up for it. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.

Desde invitarnos a un café hasta orientarnos los lugares que no podíamos olvidar visitar. El lugar está ubicado en un lugar perfecto en la zona turística. Agua caliente y un desayuno super exquisito. Great location, close to everything. The rooms were comfortable and the establishment was very clean overall. We would definitely recommend staying here!
• Bahareh (9/5): In the heart of the old town and a short walk to the beach! - The location of this place is great! Close to so many restaurants, shops and the Duomo. About a 5- minute walk to the main beach area or 3 minutes if you are ok to be in the smaller beach area by the old town walls. The rooms look like the photos. Mauro checked us in. He doesn't speak English really but we were able to communicate. Breakfast in from 8:30-9:30am. Mauro sets out a nice little breakfast with meats, cheese, eggs and pastries. There is no elevator. Parking area is about a 10 minute walk since you can't drive in. I think this place this was a converted apartment. You walk in and one bedroom is next to the check in area, another by the dining area and the last one by the kitchen. So you hear Mauro setting up breakfast in the morning and noise from others staying there.

• Irina (10/5): “THE” place to stay - Pepito Palace is the best place to stay in Cefalù. Very well located near to the beach, restaurants and places to explore. The room was incredibly spacious and beautiful, very comfortable and it had a nice balcony. But the best part was Pepito, he is an incredible host and made us feel very welcome. He prepared an amazing breakfast. It was a really nice experience. We recommend Pepito Palace 100%. Tutto il meglio per Pepito.

• David (10/5): A pleasure to stay here - Mauro is an extraordinary host, he prepares a very nice breakfast and makes you feel like family. We were a family of 3 so the separate shower & toilet rooms was a bonus given 2 separate vanities. The apartment is in a great location close to everything.

Mauro welcomed us and prepared our home cooked breakfast. Mauro treated us like family . I would definitely stay again. Like home away from home. Thank you Mauro.

The breakfast was delicious and overabundant. MY daughter is a vegetarian, and he made her an asparagus omelet that tasted just like the one my mom made for us growing up! The toilet flusher was a little fussy, but that's not uncommon in sicily!

• Kiana (10/5): Wonderful and relaxing stay with lovely host - We had such a wonderful stay primarily because of the host. He was so sweet and accommodating. He made us fresh breakfast and coffee every morning, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and even gave us souvenirs to remind us of our stay in Cefalù. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend Pepito Palace to anyone coming to Cefalù. We felt like we were staying with family.
• Noah (10/5): Amazing stay with an amazing host! - The hotel is named after Mauro, the King of the Palace. A very friendly and funny host who is great on the coffee machine and breakfast. Nothing, Mauro is a great host.
• John (10/5): In the heart of it all. - Great location close to everything. Be prepared to walk a bit with your luggage on your first and last day though. Wonderful breakfast service and coffee. Traditional Sicilian foods. All rooms are different so check which you have. I was disappointed that ours had no view or outside balcony but that’s on me. Would stay again for sure.

• Malik (10/5): Great accomodation at a very amazing location! - The process to check-in was very smooth and easy, Mauro was incredible with hosting us, who provided the breakfast, who was also very respectful friendly, welcoming and humorous! We stayed for one night but we wish we stayed longer as we were heading to a different destination. Speak to Mauro and Maria!
