• Gio Gómez (7/5): - La ubicación es muy buena está una cuadra más o menos de la torre de reloj, a la vuelta hay restaurantes casas de cambio todo está cerca, el edificio tiene una terraza en el quinto nivel con una piscina pequeña y sillas de sol, bonito Desde el momento al abrirla el apartamento y el baño se sentía un fuerte olor a cucarachas Aunque en realidad no vi ninguna cucaracha pero el dolor sí estaba presente, la estufa eléctrica y tardaba demasiado tiempo para calentar y no había suficientes enseres para cocinar

Ubicación bien, pero en el límite del centro y ya se nota diferente en cuestión de zona segura. No incluye desayuno, si fue algo decepcionante, hubiera esperado que aunque sea tuviera restaurante para desayunar antes de salir. El tema de tener las camas en un nivel superior a mi familia se nos hizo complicado por tener que subir y bajar maletas, si queríamos algo teníamos que subir y bajar, además de que viajamos con una persona mayor y no podía recostarse para descansar mas que en el sillón de abajo. Las camas un tanto incómodas. Si lo recomendaría para familias jóvenes y que no quieran lujo en su estancia.

Minha rinite atacou. A instalação tem cheio forte, de madeira misturado com lugar antigo. Tem mofo. A cama e travesseiros tem uma qualidade ok. As camas faziam muito barulho pelas madeiras e eu tive que colocar meu colchão no chão para amenizar.

• Adriana (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Cartagena - Abbiamo soggiornato da Soy Local a Cartagena ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica! Gli appartamenti sono molto carini, spaziosi e impeccabilmente puliti, situati esattamente in centro: la posizione non poteva essere migliore. Si dorme benissimo grazie al silenzio totale della struttura, e l’aria condizionata funziona in modo eccellente, fondamentale per il clima di Cartagena. La stanza aveva tutti i servizi necessari: minibar in camera, cucina funzionale (anche se non l’abbiamo usata), e una doccia con un getto davvero wow! Il letto era super comodo, perfetto per riposare dopo una giornata di esplorazione. Un grande punto a favore è il rooftop con una vista bellissima, completo di sedie, sdraio e una mini piscina solo per i piedi, ideale per stare a mollo e rilassarsi con un panorama incantevole. Il personale è stato super gentile ed efficiente in ogni momento. Gostamos do Ar Condicionado do quarto (que é bem forte) e também da disposição dos quartos. Gostamos da vista no terraço. Os quartos tinha pequenas baratas (o quê demonstra uma necessidade de maior empenho na limpeza e da reinserção de dedetizações no local). A parte da água no terraço é quase que um "tanque"... não faz muito sentido molhar apenas os pés no calor que faz na cidade. O preço precisa baixar para, de fato, valer a pena.

• M. 1991 (2/5): Unsichere & laute Unterkunft - Das Apartment war groß, die Ausstattung scheint wie auf den Bildern - das war okay. Allerdings ist die Isolierung wirklich gleich null, egal ob nach draußen oder zu den anderen Räumen, man hört wirklich alles und es ist unfassbar laut. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich & kümmerte sich sehr. Die Lage scheint erstmal gut, jedoch ist direkt vorm Eingang eine Art Drogenumschlagspunkt & es gibt viele Obdachlose. Ich habe mich sehr unsicher gefühlt. Die Eingangstür aus Glas wird nachts nicht mal abgeschlossen, sodass ich den Tisch im Zimmer vor die Eingangstür gekeilt habe, um mich etwas sicherer zu fühlen. Die umliegenden Treppen der anderen Räume gehen teilweise direkt über das eigene Apartment, wodurch man wirklich alles in extremer Lautstärke hört. Die Partystraße direkt vor der Tür tut sein Übriges. Ich würde dort nicht noch einmal übernachten.

• LUIS (6/5): - I loved the step up, the way the bed is split bi level. I enjoyed the windows that allowed for you to come out and glance the local action. Arepa lady right in front, lots of local spots to eat, great location. ROACHES 😡. I didn't like that they had many roaches. Babies, and bigger ones. As a landlord, this is just unacceptable to me. If a few roaches dont bother you, this place is JUST fine. I had booked 4 days. I cancelled the rest the next day. The guy at the front desk wanted to give me a raid bottle. Clearly that wasn't gonna do it so I just booked something else.

• Ismael (2/5): Cucarachas - La ubicación. Aunque la calle está muy muy sucia. Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante y preocupante desde el punto de vista sanitario. Desde el primer momento la habitación tenía un fuerte y constante olor a humedad, dando la sensación de un espacio mal ventilado y con problemas claros de humedad acumulada. Lo peor, sin embargo, fue la presencia masiva de cucarachas. No se trató de ver alguna de forma puntual: había un gran número de cucarachas todos los días dentro de la habitación. Cada día aparecían varias, lo que evidencia que se trata de un problema serio y persistente del establecimiento. Las fotos y el precio pueden parecer atractivos, pero la realidad es muy diferente. Mi recomendación a otros viajeros es clara: no se dejen engañar y busquen otro alojamiento en Cartagena donde se garanticen condiciones básicas de higiene.
• Anja (3/5): Schimmelkamers zonder lift - Het beste was de buurt. Je zit meteen in het gezellige centrum en het is vlakbij Getsemani. Gezien de foto's en de reviews hadden we ons echt op dit hotel verheugd. Maar wat een teleurstelling! Helaas moesten we 5 trappen op om naar onze kamer te gaan. De lift was stuk en werd tijdens ons verblijf niet gerepareerd. In onze kamer troffen we overal schimmel aan, op het plafond en de wanden en niet een klein beetje. Ook het hele trappenhuis had schimmel en zo rook het daar ook. We kregen wel een andere, maar kleinere kamer, en er waren geen aparte bedden meer en we moesten 2 x verkassen. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk en ze hebben ons (op aandringen door onszelf) een korting gegeven, maar al met al was onze beleving daar een grote teleurstelling.

• Robert (9/5): I loved this place and I will be back in April. - I liked the laundry service, the staff, the cleanliness, the look of the apartment, and the location. The price was extremely reasonable and having my friends visit was easy. I loved the shower head in the room I stayed in. The apartment was clean and the scent can be strong from the products. Just make sure to open the window to let it air out but it is very clean. The shower and water are great. Be aware of the water level in the shower as it can fill up and spill out.

Nos ayudaron con traslados y nos dieron información sobre tours que puedes reservar en el propio hotel. Al menos en nuestro apartamento falta de almacenaje para ropa y falta de luz en el baño. Por el resto todo ok.

• Nicole (7/5): - Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral. Die Küche ist okay, allerdings könnte die Ausstattung besser sein. Dusche ist perfekt. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig - wenn der Nachbar duschte, glaubte man, er duscht direkt neben einem. War für uns allerdings kein Problem, wir sind da nicht so empfindlich. Nasse Sachen (Handtücher etc.) trocknen schwer.

Le stanze erano grandi e pulite. A differenza delle altre recensioni non c era nessun odore di muffa o umidità, forse perchè siamo andati a febbraio Quando siamo arrivati noi l ascensore era rotto e avevamo le camere al 5 piano, quindi non è stato proprio piacevole per due giorni farsi 5 piani a piedi. L ultimo giorno di soggiorno peró era funzionante

• RONALD (3/5): Lastima el lugar, lo están dejando perder. - La ubicación del hotel es estratégica si deseas explorar la ciudad amurallada y tienes planeado hacer un tour por la bahía o las islas cercanas en lancha, ya que está cerca de todo, cerca de la torre del reloj, cerca del muelle de los Pegasus. Es decepcionante como han permitido que la infraestructura del hotel se deteriore, iniciando por la fachada, las fotos de booking, muestran una fachada blanca maravillosa, lo cual no es nada cercano a la realidad, por dentro las áreas comunes deprimentes y las habitaciones que se ven muy llamativas en fotos, en vivo y en directo son feas y poco amenas. Llegamos al hotel y aunque avisé con bastante tiempo de anticipación que mi familia eran huéspedes adultos mayores de más de 65 años, y aún así, nos instalaron en habitaciones en el tercer piso y en el cuarto piso con el agravante que el ascensor estaba dañado, imagínate unas señoras de 78 años subiendo escaleras de 4 pisos para llegar a su habitación, eso es inadmisible, pésima atención por parte del hotel, poca diligencia por parte del personal de recepción y cero empatía al ver mujeres adultos mayores subiendo escaleras eternas para llegar a su lugar de pernotar.
• Dominik (8/5): - Das Hotel an sich ist super! Es ist ruhig gelegen, ums Eck vom lauten Getümmel und Krach ohne ende. Bin froh, das Hotel gefunden zu haben. Im 5 Stock ist im Zimmer leider ein lautes brummen von Klimaanlagen oder Lüftungen zu hören. Habe aber eh immer ohrstöpsel mit und war kein Problem für mich. Leider war der Aufzug Defekt, bei den Preisen eigentlich ein no-go. Aber es gibt schlimmeres. Dusche ist ein Traum!!! Und sonst war das Zimmer meega geräumig! Betten sehr komfortabel, alles blitz sauber. Der Defekte Aufzug..5. Stock !
