• Jesus (6/5): Aceptable - La ubicación. Falta secador de pelo, papel higienico, gel y chapú, lavavajillas, Papel de cocina, jabón en cocina y lavadora, todo muy cutre. No se puede cobrar lo que se cobra y no hacer ni el más mínimo esfuerzo por dotar de esos detalles. Almohadas incómodas. Uno de los edredones estaba manchado. Me he hospedado en numerosas ocasiones en apartamentos y en todos había ese tipo de detalles que en este apartamento no tienen en cuenta. Siendo Navidad, debieran haber tenido algún detalle decorativo, aun fuera mínimo. La galería de aluminio, del año del señor, no es de recibo para un piso de alquiler. No pude dormir la última noche por golpes muy fuertes. Buscando de donde procedían, descubrí que eran producidos por el toldo, que golpeaba la galería a causa del viento. Con algunas mejoras, mínimas, sería un buen apartamento.

• Tammy (9/5): Lovely clean, modern apartment, would highly recommend - Clean and modern, loved the location which was excellent for the market. Everything was provided. Would highly recommended and will definitely be using this apartment in the future. My only negative comment would be that we couldn’t use the pool, which I wasn’t aware of, it was closed, even though it was quite hot.

• Gerardo (10/5): Excelente - El apartamento estaba genial, limpio, tranquilo y cercano, el personal de seguridad de la piscina, los conserjes y personal de limpieza, son súper amables y atentos, repetiré sin dudarlo. La recogida/entrega de llaves lo hicimos en Benidor Booking en la calle Mediterráneo, todo perfecto, tardé 5 minutos y el personal ha sido encantador, tanto por teléfono como personalmente, no entiendo las quejas de algunas personas, siempre me han atendido con respeto y amabilidad, mi felicitación por vuestra profesionalidad. Que fueron pocos días, jajaja
• Marta (7/5): Cabreados por la falta información pero buena estancia - Estaba en una buena ubicación, la zona de los guiris, si te gusta la tranquilidad huye de aquí y el apartamento estaba bastante bien y limpio. No lo avisan pero tienes que dejar un depósito de 200€ Lo cogimos por la piscina, cual fue nuestra sorpresa que cuando fuimos a bañarnos, la piscina estaba cerrada. Llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que no había socorrista, sin embargo, lo primero que se ve en el anuncio del apartamento es la piscina donde no se indicaba que no estaba abierta al público. Para nosotros fue una total decepción ya que es publicidad engañosa. No pusieron ese detalle en observaciones y nos cabreó muchísimo. Por suerte, nos dieron una solución y pudimos ir a la piscina del edificio de al lado. Pero si pagamos ese importe por el apartamento y sus instalaciones era para que hubieran avisado de este acontecimiento. No puse una reclamación en consumo por publicidad engañosa porque nos dieron una solución, si no la pongo, ya que la primera persona con la que hablamos se lavó las manos.

• Cathy (5/5): Extremely disappointed that we were unable to use the pool, it was like tormenting us because we could see it and was gi - Quiet location On arrival, went in to the bathroom and there was a huge cockroach walking around in the shower, so obviously had been there for a while or else it would have been removed before our arrival. Also, was extremely disappointed that we were not able to use the outdoor pool at all, apparently it doesn’t open until 15th June. Nowhere in my booking did it tell me this or I would not have booked to stay here, all my family were disappointed too.

• Janice (8/5): Very good - The location was fab, the apartment was lovely and plenty big enough for us ( unfortunately, the pool was out of use when we went). I think it was being fixed up No tea,coffee, or milk as a welcome pack. We arrived late and tired. Also was a bit of a trek with bags to go to the out of hours office. Maybe a keysafe would be good.

• Lisa (7/5): Fiesta 2024 - The location was fantastic for the main strip. Clean property. Easy handover for keys. It was a little bit loud late on. But it was fiesta week , so only to be expected. Pool was empty, not like the pics. It's was November, so no swimming anyway.

• Eleanor (9/5): Excellent - It was close enough but would have preferred to have someone at property as I had to ask taxi to take me there, we arrived after 11pm with young child so it could have been more convenient I also didn't like the fact you had to hit a button every hour for aircon so if your out you can't leave it on which in really high temperatures wouldn't be good but overall I enjoyed my stay and would go back Someone there to meet us

I must say that the locals that stay in the apartments complain even things like having floats in the pool you aren’t allowed this no staff to really help you with anything

• Jordan (6/5): Decent Stay in Good Location - Decent location to the ‘lively’ part of Benidorm. Clean, decent facilities. For a group of 4, they provided two toilet rolls for 4 days 🙄. Had to go out and buy more. It’s also a bit of a faff with the key situation, and the keys don’t work smoothly to get into the complex or the room.

• Michael (8/5): same as always good - close to all the entertainment of Benidorm as we have stayed there more than three times the fact that it was 31 degrees plus and the air con only stays on for 1hour then you have to reset it so if you go out you come in to the apartment boiling hot . also life gard at the pool spent more time with his girlfriend than watching the pools
