• Jiri (10/5): Příjemný hotel v centru Tokyo - Krásný moderní hotel hned u tokijského nádraží a v blízkosti císařského paláce. Vkusné zařízení, pěkný výhled (recepce v 7. patře a pokoje výše), milý personál a klidné prostředí. Občas bylo slyšet vlaky, ale skutečně je minimálně a vůbec to nerušilo.

• TheThrifyFiftys (10/5): Ideal Stay for your pre-cruise - Had an excellent 3 night stay at the Marunouchi prior to our cruise out of Tokyo. The location is perfect in terms of access to Tokyo Station and the various metro lines near by. The rooms are modern and very comfortable, and the service is excellent in all areas. Breakfast in the french restaurant was lovely and well presented. It was a pleasure to stay here.

• Monica (9/5): Great hotel, central location and accommodating and professional staff. - The staff was very kind, accommodating and professional. The hotel is located in a good, very central and clean location (it's in the business district, but nice to come back to in the evenings after spending the day in other parts of Tokyo which are busier and louder). The breakfast was good (make your own pancakes section was great- and they offer as a choice both a western and japanese breakfast which is nice if you want to try both on different days). The room had nice amenities stocked up every day. Room was not super large, but for Tokyo it was absolutely fair. Beds were very comfortable. The entire hotel is very nicely decorated and feels on the luxurious side, especially considering it is only rated 4 stars. Highly recommend. Room could have been a bit larger, but again, for Tokyo standards, it was as expected and fair. Also, laundry machines on site would have been nice to be able to do laundry if on an extended trip.

• Naraporn (9/5): Good accommodation nears Tokyo station - This hotel is located on the opposite side of Tokyo Station (there is underground passage too). I think this hotel is a good choice for visiting Tokyo. We can use underground passage to Bus station "Tekko" for Limousine Airport (going to Haneda Airport/Narita Airport).

• Emma (9/5): Incredible hotel in a super location! - The staff bent over backwards to look after me, especially when I had an external problem. The Customer service Manager Saido Sato was exceptional. The breakfasts were great! A lot of choice and an interesting experience to try the traditional Japanese menu. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I moved rooms because my travelling companion had to go home so I moved to another type of double room which was on the station side. I enjoyed 'trainspotting' but if you are sensitive to noise, the other side is definitely quieter. The hotel is extremely convenient for train and underground stations and walking distance to some major attractions. Incredible location! While they offered espresso coffees for the French style breakfast, it wasn't available with the Japanese menu without an additional charge. The train noise is continuous but becomes a background hum which didn't disturb me; however, some may find this a problem. Make sure you ask for a quiet room if you are noise sensitive.

Tokyo station itself is such a historical landmark, and the area is has a nice vibe, it’s very happening. The hotel itself is very luxurious and has a classic luxury feel. The rooms are done up very well, the upholstery is luxurious, the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is great as well with some really nice toiletries. The only downside is that the rooms are small, which is to be expected of Tokyo hotels. It can get a bit cramped for even 2 people. But that said, the service is very prompt and polite. One can see the trains from the rooms. Lot of food options nearby and connectivity to rest of Tokyo is great as well. All metro lines connect at Tokyo station making it very convenient. Would highly recommend staying here.
