• James (9/5): Great stay! Well worth it! - Comfortable room with two large beds. A beautiful deck with seating right outside the room. Perfect for the excellent breakfast looking out over Lake Taal. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was a little bit spartan, but adequate. A table lamp would have been good as an alternative to the very bright ceiling lights. Minor quibbles.

• Monique (7/5): Great views - Location is very good with great views. The bed is big with a good mattress. Helpfull staff. There is no common room. It would have been practical if there were bedside lights. Now there was only one extremely bright light which makes it a challenge if one person tries to sleep and the other wants to read.

• Richard (3/5): Run - The view Fresh paint fumes in the unit early killed me and dogs barking assessantly all night and construction directly next door and people outside of my room partying at midnight. Other than that. It was perfect.

• Shelo's Happy Place By The View (9/5): excellent breakfast and clean room - I like the room it was super clean, the breakfast was really delicious with fruits serve, plus the view of the taal was really amazing. It was a great stay all in all and will surely book again. a Little noise can be heard outside and the curtain use does not provide enough privacy. We would appreciate it if it was a total block out curtain so it can't be seen by the outside
• Maricel (9/5): Tagaytay 1st Visit - I loved the view of the Taal lake from our balcony. The staff were very nice and attended to our needs. The rooms also came slippers which was so convenient because we forgot to bring our own. Nothing really, except the steep hill our van needed to navigate through.

The best part of the stay is definitely the breathtaking view of Taal Lake and the cool breeze, which made the place feel relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. I also appreciated how the place was kept tidy, including the common areas, which added to the overall relaxing vibe.

• Ma (6/5): Pleasant - Staff is very friendly, they maintain the cleanliness. I find no bed bugs. Everytime we travelled I always inspect the bed. They don't have lampshade to keep the warm light during sleep. Therefore for our stays, we have to keep the main lights on. ( not much comfortable to the eyes) Suggestion: tone of room colours are dark hue/shade ( Dark blue and blood red ) not giving a cozy atmosphere. Hope they can change into something relaxing colour.

• Abellar (2/5): We couldn't sleep comfortably because the strong smell of something I couldn't figure out - Nothing. They could use some fresh and new towels and bed linen. The shower drain is clogged up and you actually stand on standing water in the stall during your shower.ants crawling in the bathroom sink. Room has a strong smell that was so bothersome. I just wonder how could anyone is able to have a good night of sleep. I couldn't wait for the morning to come to check out.

The meals were yummy and the beds were comfy. The WiFi and shower water heater were a major plus. The rooms had an interesting musty smell? Might be the cleaning materials.
