• Eve (9/5): - Nice location with additional amenities in kitchen for the guests. The apartment is in really nice condition and properly furnished the accessible/shared areas. Also, the apartment managers were really friendly and helpful for the checkout arrangements as well as they were in touch to confirm that we managed to enter the building/apartment. The given room was not the same one as any of the pictures(it was a bit smaller with only two side beds and cupboards for clothes). Indeed, there is a problem with the noise within and outside of the house but the host provides earplugs.

During my stay the flush in the shared bathroom had a glitch, with water constantly running, and the flush not working properly. A bit of a discomfort, especially with shared bathroom!

Wie es schien war an der Wand zum Bad ein Bild auf Höhe des Fußbodens angebracht, um etwas zu kaschieren. Leider war die Straße sehr laut. Das Bad, welches wir uns mit einem weiteren Paar geteilt hatten, war KLEIN, die Dusche hatte Stock-/Schimmelflecken und die WC-Spülung ging kaputt. Alles in allem ungepflegt ☹️ Die Küche hatte 2 Barhocker, jedoch keinen Tisch.

• Kokkaleniou (8/5): The host was very professional and responsive - Great written and verbal communication with Julia, who provided us with the keys, showed us around, and helped us with recommendations. Great location, very close to Av. Liberdade. The WiFi was often unstable; we started watching a movie, and the streaming was interrupted 3-4 times in a 20-minute window - in the end, we quit. Also, the bathroom towels could be a bit bigger. The street below is a busy one, and there was some noise, but nothing too unbearable, just something to keep in mind.

• Charlotte (4/5): A déconseiller pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, ou qui ont le sommeil léger (très bruyant) - Nous avons apprécié avoir la salle de bain privée avec notre chambre. La chambre est extrêmement bruyante ! La rue est passante jour et nuit, tant pour les piétons que pour les voitures. Impossible de dormir sans les bouchons d’oreille (fournis). Il n’y a pas de table ni de chaises dans la maison, cela manque dans la chambre. Et le plus important : nous avions choisi ce logement car il était indiqué avec parking dans nos critères de recherche, mais ce n’est pas du tout le cas ! Après réservation, on vous envoie dans des parkings souterrains de la ville, qui sont lointains et chers (22€ les 17h, et maximum pour 24h). Logement à déconseiller absolument pour les gens qui viennent en voiture.

Cocina totalmente equipada y siempre con leche fresca en la nevera, galletas cereales y cafe o té para los huéspedes que quisieran comer algo totalmente gratis, un gran detalle. No hay fallos

• Flavia (7/5): Zentral gelegen und zweckmässig. - Das Apartment liegt an einer sehr guten Lage, es gibt Empfehlungen um Lissabon zu erkundigen und die Einrichtungen haben sehr gut Funktioniert. Die Dusche hat einen angenehmen Strahl und lässt sich gut einstellen. Die Klimaanlage hat auch prima funktioniert und alles in allem war die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Küche, die man gemeinsam mit anderen Zimmern benutzen kann. Diese haben wir zwar nicht benutzt aber sie war auch sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Strasse ist in der Nacht sehr laut. Das Bett war sehr unbequem, die Matratze hatte auf beiden Seiten zwei grosse Einbuchtungen und war ziemlich abgenutzt. Ausserdem gab es nur sehr grosse Kissen und es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, wenn es zwei verschieden hohe Kissen gehabt hätte, sodass man das Passende für sich aussuchen kann. Im Badezimmer hat es keine Halterung für das WC Papier und für die Tücher (dies sind aber kleine Details, die man handeln kann).

• Tina (10/5): - I am delighted with the accommodation. The accommodation is in the city center, a 10-minute walk to Rossio Square and Augusta Street. The cleanliness of the room, shared kitchen and toilet is at a very high level. We shared the toilet with another room, but the toilet was always free and clean. I have not seen such a well-equipped kitchen in a long time. Each room has its own shelf in the refrigerator. There is always coffee, tea, milk, biscuits and filtered water in the kitchen. Towels are provided whenever you request them by message. The accommodation has air conditioning, which was very important to us. Communication with the host is excellent. I recommend it. The pillows are too high. The air conditioner is placed in a slightly awkward place.

• Raffaele (10/5): - L'accoglienza è stata fantastica, l'host è stato molto gentile a prendersi il tempo per spiegarci tutto quello che era necessario sapere sia sull'appartamento che su Lisbona. I suoi consigli sulle zone da visitare e sui ristoranti sono stati molto utili e anche la comunicazione è stata molto efficace. L'appartamento è moderno, pulito e curato in tutti i dettagli. Si trova a ridosso del centro ed è possibile spostarsi a piedi nelle zone di maggior interesse. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto. Il caffè era sempre disponibile, così come i biscotti e l'acqua sempre depurata. Dispone del necessario per cucinare e viene pulita quotidianamente, cosa non scontata. La nostra camera era molto accogliente e ben isolata, non si sentivano i rumori dalla strada e, nonostante questo, era fornita di tappi per le orecchie (che non abbiamo avuto bisogno di usare). In camera c'era un condizionatore che abbiamo acceso raramente perché la stanza era fresca. Sebbene la nostra camera avesse un bagno condiviso con un'altra coppia, era sempre pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. L'host ha un'attenzione particolare per i suoi ospiti, per esempio, per le donne, ci sono dischetti di cotone e salviettine struccanti, assorbenti e tamponi, cosa che una donna può solo apprezzare. Gel per cappelli, crema solare, ecc. Tutto questo si trova su un mobile nell' ingresso. Siamo molto soddisfatti e possiamo solo consigliare di soggiornare in questo appartamento! Tutto perfetto!

• Arno (8/5): Great stay! - Loved the amenities in the kitchen and the common area. Complimentary coffee & tea, cookies and water were a great touch. The place is super clean. Good location. Our host Julia was exceptionally helpful and super nice. The room had it's private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay. Perhaps this is my fault, but neither I nor my wife did realize that this was a shared flat with a common area and common kitchen . Again, this was no problem for us at all, but it was a surprise. One very minor this was that the car noises in the street were quite audible in the room. We didn't think any of these as a big problem though.

• Talisa (9/5): Superb - Room was really nice and clean. Especially the area was really great for a short stay, as you can reach almost everything in walking distance. It also has nice bars and restaurants close by. The room we stayed in had a shared bathroom. Nevertheless it was very clean. In addition the Apartment is quite noicy, so if people are outside in the common area you hear it a lot (also if they shower in the night you hear the drains a lot too).

Our room was also clean and had a big closet for our clothes. Julia was also wonderful with all of her recommendations around the city and her communication with us was really fast and she even replied to us at all times! Location was central, but considering lisbon might not be considered as walkable you might need to use ubers here and there.

• David (8/5): Definitely recommend - Great location with a lot of venues in close proximity, as well as multiple metro stations, allowing for a convenient commute. Julia was a great and friendly host, communicating ahead of time and making sure we had everything we needed. Due to an evening arrival, a self-check-in has been arranged, which was aided by visual instructions sent via text, which was a nice touch. We booked the Green Bedroom (Deluxe King Room), which was really nice and clean, and the shower water pressure was to die for (whoever visits from the UK will know what I mean). The modern and minimalistic design is eye-pleasing, and the automated shutters provide good coverage from the street lights. I feel like the shared kitchen wasn't clearly advertised, but to be honest, you probably won't use it much. In case you do, though, it's got everything you might need and then some - free tea, coffee, filtered water, and biscuits definitely sweeten the deal. The area can be quite noisy, especially at night, as the building is located right next to a busy street (both windows facing out, the 'garden view' being just a patch of green surrounded by stairs - who knows, maybe there's a garden there somewhere). Complimentary earplugs are provided, which is nice, but I reckon some people might still struggle - best to dampen the noise with gentle AC hum throughout the night. The head of the bed is positioned against the wall shared with the communal bathroom and it isn't exactly thick - whenever someone showers (or does other activities), most of it can be heard so it can be a bit annoying at night. This can be tackled with the earplugs as well, though. Bit of nitpicking, really, but the bath towels seem to be provided with the less-than-averagely sized people in mind - anyone with a bit of muscle or any other type of body tissue might need two. Again, no real tragedy here. Overall, despite minor inconveniences, the place is great and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Lisbon for a few days. Let’s face it, with the city's vibrant nature, it's unlikely you're going to spend a lot of time cooped up inside.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Shared bathroom! Noisy! - This place has four rooms. Be aware Two of the rooms have shared bathroom. However, unlike other honest host clarify shared bathroom in the title, this place mentions “shared bathroom” only down in the list of descriptions which can be easily overlooked. In addition this place has almost zero soundproof. Anyone in the other three rooms going in and out, or people talking in the street can easily keep you awake. The suggested the parking is 10 minutes away by constantly walking up the hill. I had to call a Uber to bring my suitcase to the car.
