- Geoffroy (10/5): Foncez, hôtel complètement dans l’air du temps - Notre 2ème séjour dans cette hôtel toujours aussi agréable. Cette fois, nous avions même une chambre ultra spacieuse pour séjourner avec notre enfant (canapé lit) et notre bébé (lit à barreaux) Service impeccable.
- CLAIRE (10/5): Merveilleux - Chambre vaste, belle vue, balcon, accès au spa (piscine, sauna, grotte de glace), goûter l’AM, petit-déjeuner extra, le tout dans un établissement somptueux, magnifiques espaces d’accueil, ambiance chic et lounge. Et personnels d’accueil et de service tjrs très aimables, attentifs et efficaces. Un vrai paradis.

La recharge du véhicule est incluse dans le prix du parking. La literie est bonne. Le spa est complet, beau et calme. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité. Seul défaut, pas de climatisation. Les nuits furent chaudes.

Wij hadden enkel pech dat onze kamer uitkeek op de achterkant van het lokale zwembad van La Clusaz, waar de luidruchtige generatoren 24/24u draaiden. Verder spijt dat we hier maar 1 nachtje als tussenstop waren.

- Mandi (10/5): St Alban Hotel Jan 2025 - Great hotel for a week skiing La Clusaz, the hotel has its own vehicle to transfer you to one of the 2 lifts or the Tour Village bus passes every 10 mins. Spa is excellent with ice cave, sauna, rain shower and small pool, also a relaxation room with herbal teas. Hotel recommended we book restaurants prior to our visit which we did and was a good job we did as restaurants were turning people away. Breakfast buffet was really good great selection of cold and hot options and pastries. Would recommend and definitely return.

- Melina (6/5): Depends On what you’re looking for - We had a maisonette room which was great! The bed is very comfortable and everything was very clean. The cleaning staff and the receptionists were very kind. On the other hand, the breakfast room is far too small for the number of guests. Some guests had to wait in the lobby for approximately 15 to 20minutes before getting a table. The restaurant staff was understandably stressed out and overwhelmed. Most of the time there wasn’t any food left and ordering hot drinks would take extremely long. The pool area was nothing special. Overall: In our opinion, the hotel is a good place to stay if you want to spend the day outdoors and enjoy the great location close to the gondola and the village. We wouldn’t recommend it if you’re planning a wellness weekend which revolves around staying in.

- Verified traveler (10/5): A quick overnight Motorcycle Workaholiday stop - I enjoyed a short but pleasant stay at this alpine hotel during a motorcycle workaholiday. The room was very comfortable and cosy, equipped with all the amenities of a 4-star establishment. Despite the brief duration of my stay, I appreciated the presence of the spa and pool, although I didn’t have the chance to use them. I look forward to revisiting in the future.

- Sebastian (8/5): - Everything about this hotel is great except for the food. The hotel has a 24h room service but no restaurant and the food is provided in little jars by a catering company. The food is edible but really not what you would expect in France and is poor value for money. I had a quick look at the breakfast buffet but did not bother knowing that nothing is cooked on site and went to a local bakery (Boulangerie Maniez) instead. The spa, the room and staff were great though. The only thing I did not like about the room is that it had no air conditioning which was mentioned in another review and the rooms get quite hot in the summer. I would suggest the hotel at least provide some desktop fans for guests. I would probably stay here again but would definitely find a local restaurant for dinner.

- Patrick (8/5): Bien mais… - Agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Toutefois le service et le spa n’ont pas été à la hauteur de nos espérances. Pas de hammam, seulement un sauna, la grotte de glace était hors service, piscine froide et très profonde, ma femme m’avait pas pied, un seul jet pour toute la piscine. Salle de relaxation avec 4 fauteuils moyennement confortables. Le service n’était clairement pas à la hauteur d’un 4*, room service catastrophique, la réceptionniste faisait tout toute seule la pauvre, du coup la moitié des choses commandées annoncées pas dispo après 40min d’attente, mieux fallait annoncer un room service pas disponible. Sinon hôtel sympa et bien situé, quelques bricoles dans les chambres mais rien de très grave (joints de douche et mitigeur pas pratique).

Le spa est un réel plus quoi que les horaires pourraient être en continu pour la piscine, attention beaucoup de famille avec enfant mais l’hôtel exclu les enfant à partir de 18h ce qui laisse un creeneau pour les personnes souhaitants des reposer.. le seul bémol des chambres est le manque de Clim avec une canicule à 38degre.. mais les nuits sont agréables si on ouvrent les fenêtres ( si on ne craint pas la lumière du jour le matin). Je recommande cet hôtel nous avons passé un formidable moment! Mention spéciale également au portait déjeuner très qualitatif! Merci
- Anne (10/5): Bonne adresse - Accueil et service irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La literie est très confortable et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la décoration. Les produits Nuxe présents en salle de bain sont très qualitatifs. L'emplacement à l'écart du centre préserve le calme tout en étant suffisamment proche (quelques marches d'escalier pour arriver dans une des rues commerçantes de La Clusaz) Seuls bémols : peu de places de parking privées (5 places !). Il faut aller se garer dans un parking public couvert, gratuit en été, à moins de 5 min de marche. Notre chambre n'était pas équipée de douche et il fallait enjamber la paroi de la baignoire pour se doucher.
- Nancy (10/5): Juste Parfait - Personnel tres,acceuillant. Magnifique hotel, petit dejeuner copieux et varié. Chambre cocooning, immense salle de bain, balcon agreable. Pas de clim mais les nuits sont fraiches , nous n en avons pas souffert et c est écolo !!! J y reviendrai !
- Yann (6/5): Oublier le service … pas un 4⭐️ - Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits. Hôtel propre et chambre joliment décorée. Toutefois la porte fenêtre ne fermait pas bien et donc le bruit quelque peu gênant. Pour info la température n’est d’ailleurs pas réglable : “s’il fait trop chaud, vous n’avez qu’à ouvrir la fenêtre” Espace spa agréable même si un accueil souriant ne ferait pas de mal. Service malheureusement pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Nous avons dû appeler 2 fois pour avoir une planche à repasser, en effet la première fois elle avait été oublié. Service room service : nous passons commande, on nous rappelle 10 minutes plus tard puis 10 minutes plus tard et encore une dernière fois, plusieurs manquants à la carte (toujours manquants le lendemain aucun approvisionnement) et on nous dit qu’il est impossible d’avoir une bière sous prétexte que le fût est vide et qu’elle ne sait pas le changer, je précise qu’il était 20h. Au check out, on ne demande même pas comment ça s’est passé, rien, le bonjour a déjà été compliqué. Passez votre chemin il y a bien meilleur établissement à La Clusaz.

- Esben (10/5): Perfect spot. - What a fantastic spot on earth. The most amazing place with breathtaking view. The hotel itself was incredible, with nice, luxurious and comfortable rooms with a cozy atmosphere. The spa was a treat that just completed the circle.

- Kieran (10/5): Fantastic stay!! - Our stay was faultless. We arrived very early (we had checked in online), left our bags securely with the staff and were provided a private room to change into ski clothes. Reception bent over backwards to get our ski passes and equipment sorted as soon as possible to allow us to ski that day after giving us a lift to the ski lift, despite it being out of hours for this service normally. We returned very tired later with our room now ready and our bags already in the room. All the staff were incredibly helpful and cannot fault anything. Food was great also 👍 The hotel is well appointed and in very good condition 👍👍

- Melissa (10/5): - A fabulous place to stay in La Clusaz. The hotel is beautifully styled. Rooms clean and comfortable. Tea avaialble in the reception area at all times. Afternoon tea and cakes provided to guests every afternoon. Breakfast has a good selection in the hotel bar. The spa is wonderful. I had a great massage there and used the sauna, polar room and pool every day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ski storage downstairs is a real plus along with the shuttle going right past the hotel to take you to the lifts. They will also take you in their hotel car if you miss the local shuttle. Centre of town is 1 min walk down the steps. Great location and 5-10 mins walk to ski lifts without shuttle.

ÚNICO hotel em que me hospedei ( até hoje) que tem garrafaS de água a vontade para os hóspedes. Quarto muito confortável com varanda para apreciarmos a vista dos alpes. Café da manhã delicioso: produtos de alta qualidade. Ia me esquecendo de dizer que das 16:30 às 17:30 tem um lanche que é oferecido aos hospedes. Adorei o hotel: elegante, atmosfera agradável e o que é incomum em hoteis 4 estrelas, os funcionarios são extremamente gentis!

- MIKAEL (8/5): Déçu par les services - Très bel hôtel Petit déjeuner très bon Déçu par le départ , nous avions réservé une chambre avec balcon (sur les photos ), mais à l’arrivée nous avons eu une chambre sans balcon Nous avons bien compris désormais que les chambres n ont pas forcément de balcon mais dommage de mettre une photo qui laisse penser que oui d’autant que la chambre était 60 euros plus chère Dommage aussi de proposer dès ventilateurs et qu il faille 3 relances pour nous dire qu’il n’y en a plus … Isolation plafond liés au voisins au dessus médiocre

This brings the overall rating down. If the weather had been different we would have given the hotel the top mark, but without AC it’s not good enough unfortunately.

I love the decorations of the lobby and bar area, the wonderful customer services and the organized, clean room. We had a large family room that sleeps 5 at the top floor, which turned out to be a very large 2 bedroom suite with plenty of room for everyone. Overall a great experience with no issues whatsoever.
