Paweł (8/5): Świetna miejscówka na odpoczynek po górskich wyprawach. - Świetne klimatyczne miejsce. Ogromne pokoje urządzone z gustem i stylem. Parking dostępny bez opłat. Spory teren do spacerów. świetne miejsce na odpoczynek po górskich wyprawach. Po uzgodnieniu z właścicielem dostępna jest sauna, jacuzzi i basen ogrodowy. Mała ilość szaf do przechowywania ubrań. Są piękne stare szafy, ale nie ma w nich półek na rzeczy, tylko wieszaki.

Kasia MM (10/5): - Wszystko nam się podobało. To jedno z tych miejsc, które zyskuje z każdą chwilą pobytu. Już chcemy tam wrócić!
Julia (9/5): Miejsce dla tych, którzy szukają czegoś więcej, niż tylko noclegu. - Miejsce z duszą, sam pobyt tutaj - przestrzenie wewnętrzne jak i okoliczności przyrody dokoła koją umysł i ciało. Rezydencja leży na uboczu Świeradowa, więc to idealna opcja dla osób szukających noclegu poza centrum, z dala od turystów czy kuracjuszy. Obiekt urządzony ze smakiem, coś wspaniałego dla miłośników minimalizmu w stylu zbliżonym do boho, ale z historycznym twistem z akcentami polskiej prowincji. Cisza, spokój, poczucie ładu. Apartament dla 4. osób spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania: mogliśmy gotować, wspólnie spożywać przy dużym stole, a wieczorami po powrocie ze szlaków grać w planszówki przy stoliku kawowym. Z pewnością tu wrócimy, gdy powtórnie wybierzemy się w Izery! Nocleg w takiej cenie był dla nas zaskoczeniem - wyjeżdżaliśmy zachwyceni. Wygląd faktyczny apartamentu był zgodny ze zdjęciami i opisem. Ogólnie było WSPANIALE i uwagi mam naprawdę malutkie: brak ręczników do rąk w łazience, a druga rzecz dotyczy łóżek - w naszym pokoju materace były odrobinę za miękkie, a z kolei dla przyjaciół w pokoju obok minimalnie za twarde. Moglibyśmy się zamienić i byłoby ok ;) To już kwestia wyłącznie upodobań.
Magda (10/5): Z całego serca polecam – to miejsce, do którego chce się wracać! - Spędziliśmy Wielkanoc w Biorezydencji w Świeradowie w naprawdę wyjątkowym gronie - aż 17 osób, od 4 do 78 roku życia, i absolutnie wszyscy byli zachwyceni! Mieliśmy do dyspozycji dwa apartamenty, które były świetnie wyposażone, ciepłe, nieskazitelnie czyste i niezwykle urokliwe. To miejsce ma prawdziwą duszę. Ogromnym plusem była elastyczność - możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania i późniejszego wymeldowania zrobiła ogromną różnicę i pozwoliła nam w pełni nacieszyć się wspólnym czasem bez pośpiechu. Do tego przestronna jadalnia, w której mogliśmy wszyscy razem usiąść - bezcenne przy tak dużej grupie! No i właściciel… po prostu cudowny człowiek - serdeczny, pomocny i zaangażowany, dzięki czemu pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Podsumowując: wszystko było IDEALNE. Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

Beata (10/5): Przyjemny weekend w klimatycznym miejscu - Biorezydencja mieści się w najstarszym, 300-letnim budynku w Świeradowie. Dobra lokalizacja, sklep Dino i kościół oddalone są o kilka minut pieszo. Spędziłyśmy 4 dni w przestronnym apartamencie. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe urządzenia (można spokojnie zrobić obiad), czysto, wygodne łóżka, miejsce do relaksu z książką. Na miejscu kawiarenka (można wypożyczyć gry planszowe i książki). Miejsce przyjazne dla psów. Brak

Grażka (8/5): - Mieszkaliśmy na 2 piętrze ,podłogi w apartamencie były drewniane skrzypiące na całej podłodze więc bardzo głośne tym bardziej że ściany są bardzo cienkie o wszystko słychać nawet cichy dźwięk obok ,brakuje też choćby jakiegoś radia bo tv nie ma ,poza tym gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny .

Balcarová (10/5): Určitě se rádi vrátíme nebo doporučíme znamým - Ubytování bylo naprosto skvělé a apartmán měl velmi vysokou kvalitu. V centrální místnosti i v ložnicích bylo příjemně teplo a topení se dalo snadno regulovat podle potřeby. Apartmán byl výborně vybavený – měli jsme k dispozici vše, co jsme potřebovali, včetně plně vybaveného kuchyňského koutu. Velmi potěšilo i drobné pohoštění pro hosty, jako byla káva, čaj, cukr a sušenky. Velkým plusem byly dvě koupelny, dostatečná kapacita parkoviště a také supermarket, který je jen kousek pěšky. Pobyt jsme absolvovali během Vánoc a bylo to ideální místo – skvělé jako výchozí bod na lyžování, procházky do přírody i návštěvy bazénů a wellness, které jsou v okolí a dostupné během pár minut autem. V teplejších měsících musí být naprosto úžasné i využití venkovních prostor BioRezydencja. Nic mě nenapadá

suchcicka (10/5): Wyjątkowy :-) - Obiekt wyjątkowy ze względu na unikalny charakter. Pierwszy raz mieliśmy okazję nocować w tak starym budynku, a pomimo to pobyt był komfortowy. Wybraliśmy apartament na 2 piętrze ze wspólnym salonem ze względu na możliwość spędzenia wspólnych wieczorów z grupą przyjaciół. Łóżka były wygodne, było ciepło i niepowtarzalny klimat. Nie przeszkadzała nam skrzypiąca podłoga. Dzieci były zachwycone zarówno otoczeniem jak i samym wiekowym budynkiem, pomimo tego, że nie było standardowego placu zabaw. Na plus kawiarenka na parterze, jak również kawiarka i kawa w samym apartamencie. Polecamy :-)

Beata (9/5): Piękne miejsce, godne polecenia. - Przepiękne miejsce. Zabytkowy budynek urządzony z wielką dbałością o szczegóły. Podwórko-łąka także piękne. Do tego malowniczy kamienny krąg w pobliżu domu. Jedyny minus - bliskość ulicy. Szczęśliwie nie bardzo uczęszczanej.
