- Nicholas (10/5): - Well, if you're looking for a nice place, away from the chaos and noise of South Beach, look no further. It is a little ways from the beach (further than walking distance), but getting to one is really quick by car. There are some really nice restaurants in walking distance, not to mention a very plush mall (very high end stores, bring a lot of money). The rooftop pool is small, but really beautiful and relaxing. Went as a family of five and had a wonderful time. If you're going to Miami to party, you may want to look elsewhere. If you're going to Miami to enjoy a quieter side of South Florida, look no further.

Short walk to Bal Harbour and Harding Ave. Many kosher dining options nearby including a really good paleta shop. Great beaches not to far away.

- Whitney (8/5): Good stay - Our stay was really nice. Property is in a nice area with reserved parking. The only issue we had which was addressed by management is our room wasn't ready at 4:30. We had to come back at 5:45 and the Unit was ready. This was communicated to us on checkin and we felt they handled it fine.

Unfortunately, management never left a note apologizing for that huge inconvenience, yet we rec'd a note under our door because we were talking too loud. Sorry the place is minimally furnished so the echo is loud. My first time staying here, I may need to stick with what I know.

- Heavan (10/5): Will stay again! - Our stay at as wonderful. The room we had had two separate balconies that over looked the city and park. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen came with basic amenities for cooking. The area is also full of families and felt very safe.

- adriana (2/5): - Upon arrival it was a self-check in , got sent the code to the door went up and did it but we thought it didn’t work since it wasn’t opening, then a lady comes out of the room and asks “ oh you guys are supposed to stay here? Give me 30 minutes “ and closes the door on my face? At this point I am in shock and confused then the lady grabs her bag and leaves the room we try to converse with her but she runs off scared, I enter the room and everything is dirty and used, I tried calling multiple times no response, and Expedia did not return any money. My theory is that these people don’t change the code to the door and anybody can just come in if they know the code and rob you.
- Samuel (2/5): - The apartment was completely dirty, one of the beds missing the fitting sheet, cigarettes leftovers found on the floors, glasses were dirty, towels smelled dirty and were stained, there were no extra ones, we found the washer completely full with dirty water. Wish we could post pictures on here. My husband and I tried reaching out to the property several times through calls and text but literally no one answered. It was Saturday afternoon when we arrived and decided to leave Sunday morning after no response at all. No refund was given. We're filling a claim.

- Richard (6/5): - Very unclean… bathroom mold, oven top dirty, oven drawer filthy, master bedroom headboard extremely dusty, stained sheets, absolutely disgusting master bedroom mattress cover, two of the master bedroom dresser drawers did not work air conditioning filter extremely dirty, washer and dryer unit dirty, had to dry wet sheets that were left wet in washer, reached out to property manager via text and phone call and never heard back, the pictures of unit do not reflect actual condition and quality of place. Adjacent unit had children constantly screaming and crying. Alex, the individual checking us in even mentioned the adjacent unit had children who were loud, I reached out to Alex via text about the noise and never heard back. I would never use this property again nor recommend it. I have many pictures to show indicating how filthy the unit was.

Also very silent place which is really something important for those looking for a good sleep and no disturbances all over. - SERVICE: They provide all information in advance, how to access, parking and other information you may need. I felt like they are really attentive for their guests while we stayed. - LOCATION: Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and Bal Harbor Shops. You may want to drive for a beach but it wont take very long. - PARKING: Own parking garage available for $20/night and we could find everyday a spot to park even we arrived some nights too late. Overall, if their prices are within your travel budget, just don’t look for any other place and book it.

Apartment was dirty and worn out; furniture damaged and old; bedding was extremely uncomfortable. There is no security in the building - the gate and entry door to the elevators remain unlocked 24 hrs a day, and the only locked stage is an entry code that you select for your unit, and that you must tell the concierge to enter it. Did not feel safe, and had an odd experience of the concierge requesting entry to our unit (waking up our baby) in the evening to "get something from our kitchen". Would never stay here again or recommend it.

If I needed blankets, pillows, a check to the stove (it didn't turn on at first because there had previously been a power outage), or toilet paper someone quickly took care of it. The apartment was very spacious and clean. I do think it could use a bit more comfy furnishings like another small couch/love seat, maybe a rug, or some more artwork as the place feels a bit cold/minimalist. The pull out couch there has a futon like appearance and is not the most comfortable. The rooftop pool is a bit on the small side but still nice and has a great view. Overall, the place was fine though and fit our needs for the few nights that we were visiting.

- Linda (10/5): A PLUS EVERYTHING - This location is out of a story book. Surrounded by water with palm trees all around. An open park wirh splash pad across the street for kids. The building is new and very sleek. Gated entry which made me feel secure. The unit is girgeous. A plus. Clean and fresh. Fwlt like we were the girst people staying in it. It is very spacious and biew is stunning. The rooftop pool is beyond luxurious. And lastly the management were officient and extremely helpful.

- Deborah (8/5): Great stay - A lovely spacious apartment for a good value. The rooftop pool was lovely and the people who run the place are very nice and responsive. The only minor detail lacking was that our unit had a lot of scuffs and dirty places on the white walls that could be easily painted for a nice clean look.

- Verified traveler (4/5): DISAPPOINTED NOISEY UNCLEAN REMOTE NOT RECOMMENDED - there is a surcharge of $125 for cleaning upon arrival however after walking around the apt for 2 hours unpacking barefoot our feet were black various kitchenalia was unclean. the front apt was noisey barking dogs from the dog exercise area over the road, noise from the lift, apt doors shut with a bang chose this apt from feedbacks left by others expected 4 star accommodation but never got it spent a lot of time sorting out problems. baths did not hold water, sinks did not hold water, not enough pillows, chipped crockery, broken lamp so no light one end of the lounge 1st night, toaster worked for 1 day, ironing board broken, sharp knives broken, air con worked well but very noisey when working, use of the washing machine meant no hot water left for a bath or a shower some 12 hours later, the ice machine on the freezer was blocked, no egg cups, no jug , no baking tray, no grater, no basics like salt/pepper, no saucepans, 2 frying pans were warped and did not lie level on the hob. we thought that there would be someone on site during the day like a reception desk area to provide any help needed but you are on your own and have to phone the office or manager and wait for people to arrive. the roof top pool area is very nice but if several families were to use it then there would not be enough room/seating the pool is unheated and was too cold for us to swim in. if you have a cra it is $20 a day to park walking is 15-20 mins to get to any shops/restaurants so fairly remote.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very nice one bedroom apartment, big balcony with big windows that had broken blinds which made me a little uncomfortable. There was strands of hair on the floors, in the bathroom and in the blankets. There were no face towels available. The patio furniture was dirty and had missing cushions. The view from the balcony was nice and the neighborhood was quiet.

The key was difficult to use, there was insects on the floor and bed that we had to quickly buy washing tablets to wash the sheets. The rooms are extremely hot at night as the AC wasn’t cold enough. The wi-fi kept cutting off and had to call for assistance. The pool was dirty and smaller than what was shown in the picture. We’ve stayed in more better places in Florida.
