Kaneika (10/5): I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn downtown Tulsa, OK. - The property is by far one of the best Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. The front desk staff were amazingly welcoming, knowledgeable of the events in the city and accommodating. I felt safe on the property. The breakfast staff were great also. The bed was extremely comfortable. I loved how the team communicated via text in reference to changes I found not having an attached garage to be a bit tedious. The first level of the parking garage apparently is rented out to the businesses in the area leaving the second floor open for parking.

Someone was given a key to our room and the front desk mixed up the reservation, at two separate times an individual attempted to enter our room In the middle of the night, had I not engaged the lever lock their attempts would have been successful. I did not sleep at all, and was terrified for the remainder of the night.

It’s in a perfect location to walk to Cain’s Ballroom, The Tulsa Theater, and The Bob Dylan Museum. A friendly staff, delicious hot breakfast, and super comfy beds make for a perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the Arts District has to offer. No complaints. I’ll just take another opportunity to compliment the staff. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and helpful.

Ana (3/5): Rude check in - The cleanliness of the lobby. The person who checked me in was very rude. She was rude when she told me about the parking fee. Also, I was told that they offer shuttle to a concert venue but when I asked her what time it would be available, she told me that they wouldn't have one because not enough people going to the concert venue. However, I saw a lot of concert goers taking ubers and driving.The only reason I chose this hotel was because they offered a shuttle.

Other than that, we loved everything about our stay. The room was so nice and comfy. The service was great and the breakfast was good. We will be returning in December for another stay for another concert at Tulsa Theater.

Zanita (5/5): If I had not had the experience of being over charged and felt with a team member who didn’t know how to correct it and - Location My stay was not a great experience. The towels had holes in them. They should throw those away when they discover that during washing. Also, I went to check in and Remington over charged my card. It was supposed to be 400-450 for my stay. Instead he charged me 712 and when I asked him why was it so much he said because of the pet deposit. I told him that’s incorrect because the pet deposit is only $75 per stay. He said something must have changed. I asked to speak to his manager and he said no one is available. When I asked for his full name and looked at his badge his title said front office manager. If that is not the truth that needs to be corrected. He fidgeted with the computer for 30-40 minutes with no explanation of what he could do to fix it. He said he wrote a note. I asked for a print out and he said the print out would only show for the days charges and would not show the breakdown until I checked out. I asked him for something in writing showing I was due a refund because at this point I have no confidence in what he was saying because he didn’t explain anything accurately and he just kept saying uhhh I’m not sure. I again asked if there was someone who was sure and he kept saying no one was available. I shared my frustrations about this experience to him and that same or the next day I got an email from “management “ thanking me for my stay but when I tried to reply to the email to share in my experience the email return void saying its undeliverable and not monitored. I received this and an email from a Front office manager named Kali. It when I replied. The auto response from Canary Tecnologies also said it’s an unmonitored email address. Good day! Edward (8/5): - 1 of the beds had a big divot in it. Toilet seat was almost coming off. Other small repairs were needed in the room. Other bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Front desk was courteous and friendly.

Chris (4/5): - Room was hot, wouldn’t cool down, light next to bed flickered when turned on, tv didn’t work properly ( even after customer service looked at it). Didn’t even offer a different room!

Sheila (10/5): - We didn't realize when booking there was a $19.00 parking fee to park in the garage. Very limited street parking around the hotel.
Julie (10/5): - The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was conveniently located near attractions easy to walk to or ride a scooter to. We were so close to the Gathering Place and Riverside which was our main reason for visiting. Will definitely stay again!

Steve (10/5): - This was an excellent location in downtown Tulsa. The minor league ballpark was one block away. Three important historical museums (Bob Dylan, Woody Guthrie, the 1921 Greenwood Massacre are no more than three block distant. A great bookstore is on the opposite ccrner. The hotel is clean and quiet and the rates were very reasonable. This will be our go-to place for all future visits.
charles (10/5): - Very good experience. Easy in easy out. Room clean and comfortable. My only quibble is the breakfast coffee is not great - weak and flavorless. Breakfast itself is ok.
Pete (10/5): - Convenient location. Many restaurants and ballpark within walking distance.
Terence (6/5): - breakfast ended at 9 am but, cut off at 8:30 did not want to cook more food.

Joel (10/5): - Affordable hotel in downtown Tulsa. Great location, easy to get to most things by walking, bus or Uber. The breakfast is major benefit. The wifi in the room was a bit unreliable. Sound travels a lot through the walls, could easily hear people in adjacent rooms
