No greeting at the dining entrance except for a couple of days. Terrible tea full of milk and hardly any tea that I had to get corrected by talking to manager and chef. No compensation for struggles with stay. Please refund me one night's stay charges.

• Dipro (10/5): Great 5-star international hotel at the heart of Durgapur's city center. - The hotel room was really spacious and gave us a great room at a high floor. The window was huge and had a great view onto the city center and its greenery. The beds were very comfortable and huge and we had a great sleep. We loved the dinner, breakfast options and got great attention from the chefs. They made arrangements for our dietary restrictions and prepared gluten free and lactose free options for my wife. We loved the cocktails as well and really had a great evening. The warmth of the staff was commendable and we had a great check in and check out experience. Overall, we were very happy with this stay.

Mr Prhalad, manager of Orchid arranged very nicely to celebrate our marriage anniversary. Thanks to him. The exhaust of wash room could have been better. Especially at check out, my sister was unwell, and the hotel permitted us a late check out and didn’t even charge us a fee! I’d definitely stay here again. Also, breakfast buffet was outstanding, staff in cafe were very helpful.
