• Olha (7/5): - Очень удобная кровать, много подушек, хорошее теплое одеяло, чисто и уютно. В номере есть все необходимое. На кухне много разной фурнитуры. Не смогли найти ложки/вилки. Не работал смыв унитаза. Плохая шумоизоляция.
• Rita (6/5): - Das Zimmer mit Balkon war schön hergerichtet und sah aus, wie auf den Fotos. Nachmittags scheint die Sonne auf den Balkon. Leider war die Toilettenspülung im Bad kaputt und der Wasserhahn darin musste auf und zu gedreht werden und es gab keinen Hinweis darauf (habe länger gebraucht, das herauszufinden...) Schwer zu finden: Das Besteck findet sich hinter einer weiß verblendeten Schublade innerhalb einer anderen, da habe ich länger gesucht... Und ich befürchte, es gab einen Floh im Bett, ich bin 2x gebissen worden...

• Silvia (10/5): - Location is perfect. Just outside the crowded city centre. 10 mins walk down to the docks and promenade. It's a beautiful walk to Belem and different parts of town. There are restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets around the area. Plenty of public transport if someone doesn't like walking. We stayed in the room with private bathroom. It is very spacious and very comfortable ( we stayed for a week). The kitchen is shared with other 3 rooms. It has everything you need for cooking. The place is clean and well kept.quiet at night. Communication with the hosts is great. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Lisbon. Highly recommended Nothing
• ylona (8/5): Bien - Le lit était très confortable. La chambre également. J’ai apprécier l’autonomie pour entrer le premier jour et partir le dernier. La salle de bain n’est pas du tout isolée, très humide et la douche pas très pratique.

• Dominique (6/5): - Bien situé, c'est la deuxième fois que nous allions dans ce logement. Cette fois-ci, grande chambre confortable et spacieuse. Cette fois-ci, salle de bain sommaire et exiguë. Bruit des voisins (rentrées nocturnes, déambulations toute la nuit ). Ce fut réellement pénible et donc non reposant.
• Kristy (9/5): - The kitchen is modern and always clean, properly equipped with all utensils. Bathroom clean as well although could have ventilation system. Sometimes during the shower the water turns cold despite having hot. We stayed in room 3 which was nice and with heating. Hosts are very friendly, helpful and quick to response.

Кухня отлично оборудована, есть абсолютно все необходимое. Предусмотрена отдельная посуда для каждой комнаты. Кровать очень удобная. В комнате хватает места для того, чтобы удобно разместить свою одежду. Видно, что квартира и все детали сделаны с вниманием и любовью. Удобно, что после выселения мы смогли оставить свой багаж и вернуться за ним вечером. Так же сам дом и район очень приятные. До центра минут 25 пешком. На фото наша комната выглядит больше, чем на самом деле.

• Federica (7/5): - La camera molto spaziosa e il letto comodissimo Il fatto che ci fosse la cucina condivisa, spesso c’erano rumori, le lavatrici mentre volevamo riposare. La doccia con la tenda era molto scomoda, si bagnava tutto il bagno e l’acqua calda fredda era difficilmente regolarizzabile.

• Yuliia (9/5): Recommended for group or solo travels - Clean open spaces daily. Good size of the room. Very good mattress. Easy access and fast reply on my messages. Nice safe area where I had amazing lunch in Bloom, which not closed as many. Car park challenging but I found places around across the street. I was very happy to stay here for my vacation. There’s some “old” smell from wardrobe and WiFi not really good. If neighbours frying burgers it’s a nightmare smell in whole area, can’t go to the kitchen with fresh hair to don’t stink after… maybe some rules help
• Scarlett (5/5): Good location not great amenities - The property was clean and the bed was comfy with a cute little terrace/window. The location was good close to transport links and little cafes/restaurants. The road below was very loud and as there is no air con you have limited options with closing the window. There was only one toilet for all four rooms which is not enough I do not think. The shower is mainly cold rather than hot. There was an issues with the lock to our bedroom door which meant it didn’t also lock properly. Overall I would have expected to pay less than what it was.
• Ivana (8/5): We had a great time. - The apartment was very clean. There is plenty of storage space. We had a room with a private bathroom, and next to it was a kitchen that was well equipped. The street is a bit noisy, but we came back tired from walking around, so we slept like babies. The location is good, there are plenty of buses nearby, and the train is not far either.

• Rick (6/5): Meh. Facilities are fine for the price, but not the complicated entrance procedures. - Decently comfortable, quiet, and attractive. The code box to get in seemed to have stopped working when I went for a run without my phone. Was quite a faff getting in touch with the accommodation to be let in, which also didn’t work smoothly at first. The regular cleaning is fine, but it needs a deep clean of the baseboards, etc. Shower also fluctuated temperature significantly. A meh stay overall.

• Luo (9/5): Great - It's really clean; I would give it a 4 out of 5 in terms of cleanliness. Even though it is a shared bathroom, they have 2 bathrooms provided. Even the room is quite small ( about 8m2), but the apartment is small also, but it has EVERYTHING: cooking utensils, a fridge, a washing machine, and so on. The customer service is great; they will reply through WhatsApp shortly. The accommodations are a little bit long distance from the old town (such as Bica and Santa Justa Lift, etc.) area; it took about 15 minutes by car to reach (walking is possible, but ... it is 46 minutes). The location of this accommodation is nearer to the Belém area, approximately a 10-minute drive there. Plus, it is located at the uphills, a lot of staircase.

• Berta (9/5): Very happy with this place, specially as a female solo traveller - Loved this place, super comfortable, each guest had a key to their rooms and the rest of the apartment was shared. Everyone was very nice and the place was super quiet, which I appreciate a lot. It was 30' walking to the city center, or 15' with bus. Super clean also. The appartment itself was very nice.

• Melissa (8/5): Lisbon was beautiful and the Estrela Charming Rooms were comfortable and in a great location. - There was no actual breakfast. But the kitchen was well equipped and organized by room. It was very helpful to have the option to store food and cook in the location.
• Gitte (2/5): Flot billede - men ikke virkeligheden - Flot billede der er brugt til dette sted. man kunne lige åbne døren for sengen indtil det værelse vi fik, der var ingen plads til at tørre håndklæder. Vi blev mødt af en kurv med en kiks og en halv flaske vand og to brugte glas. Rengøring af toilet og bad var fin. Dog ikke varm vand i bruserne. Vil aldrig bestille værelse der igen.
• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - Clean place and good location for us Nobody was waiting for us in the main entrance de building...on top was raining..Lucky someone opened the door and we went inside...then somebody was in our room. It was no really good started in Lisboa. We don't understand why you ask about our arrival time? Shower to small. Tv and remote control doesn't work appropriately.. one lamp didn't work .
• Jawan (9/5): Superb - Very clean and comfy room. The kitchen is shared but each room has its specific set of cups and plates which is a great plus. Had an issue with checking in and the staff resolved it very swiftly and with no issues at all. Good location next to several bus and train stations. Sliding door makes you hear all what´s happening outside the room and the shower did not drain properly. But other that that, all good!
• Milovan (8/5): Very good - The hostel is nicely furnished and renovated. It's in a good part of the city from where you can go to anywhere in Lisbon. The wifi connection is good. The kitchen is new, clean and well equiped The rooms aren't cleaned every day, and the towels aren't replaced regularly enough
• Annie (7/5): Had a nice time staying here - Really clean, very helpful and friendly host, good kitchen and everything was nicely organised. Enjoyed staying here. Also the location was nice and quiet and buses and trains were easily accessible The only minus is that the mattress from the bed was quite thin and I suppose that it was a pull-out bed, as it seemed quite unstable when you lay down on it.

• Lily (8/5): - The upper apartment neighbor dog keep walking on top of the bedroom roof-beginning from 8 pm to midnight. I assume the room is on top of their living room. Also the upper neighbor constant smoking prevent opening the nice window on the bedroom. Finally the bathroom is cute but the shower are too small for a regular person confort. Helena the cleaning lady is a nice friendly gal leaving the room impecable clean! Lovely kitchen area!

• Byeongju (1/5): Never recommend this place - nothing to like about No amenities such as body wash, shampoo, soaps. Uncomfy bed You could hear next door/upstairs/neighbours talking and even making out sound. Shared Kitchen information was never provided on description of accomodation. Did not expect to have private bathroom/bedroom with shared kitchen. I felt like being in prison or something because they had CCTV security camera so the owner can watch the hallway 😑 The owner did not even meet in person on the day of check in. I had to call the number to receive code for the entry.. 😑 Location was bit far from Baixa-chiado like 40mins walk . Bathroom was full of dirty hair from previous guest. you could tell they didnt clean house before renting out again

Der Raum war sehr schön eingerichtet, Handtücher waren auf jedenfall mehr als genügend vorhanden, die Küche ist sehr sinnvoll eingerichtet ( es sind ja meistens mehrere Parteien anwesend ) Die Haushälterin ist sehr nett und kann sehr gut englisch. Jedoch sollte man bedenken, dass das Bett sehr knarrt und die Wände generell „hellhörig“ sind. Im gesamten eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft!

• Inga (8/5): Einfache,saubere und günstige Unterkunft - Ein wenig schwer zu finden den an der Unterkunft kein Hinweis/Schild auf Charming rooms. Die Verständigung per SMS und Telefon war super und der Empfang herzlich. Wer eine günstige Unterkunft sucht und keine grossen Ansprüche hat ist dort gut untergebracht. Es gibt einige Restaurants nahe bei. Leider keine Metrostation aber eine Bushaltestelle 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

They tried to call the day of but that does not work when already in airplane mode.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Simpele maar kraaknette kamer en badkamer met, uit het raam, links zicht op rivier de Taag. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Op 15 minuten wandelen van het centrum en de haven. Het enige probleem was parkeerplaats vinden voor mijn auto. Om Lissabon voor een paar dagen te bezoeken zeker een aanrader voor die prijs.
