• Barbara (9/5): Ottimo per un weekend in centro - Ottima posizione, staff disponibile, gentilissimo, anche quando ho chiesto consigli sulla zona. Letti molto comodi. Stanza ampia, adeguata negli spazi e ben arredata. Possibilità di fare una colazione in uno spazio comune in autonomia.
• ARACELI (8/5): EXCELENTE UBICACION PARA VISITAR ROMA - Lo que más nos has gustado ha sido la ubicación, pudimos ir caminando a casi todos los sitios que visitamos. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodamente. La cama era bastante confortable y la calefacción funcionó correctamente. El desayuno estaba bien, lo indispensable. Fueron muy amables dejándonos dejar las maletas, el último día, hasta nuestra salida para el aeropuerto.

Ad un passo da Campo dei Fiori ed equidistante da tutte le attrazioni principali: in 15 min a piedi sei ovunque (Vaticano, Trastevere; Piazza di Spagna e Colosseo). Zona servitissima, su viale Vittorio Emanuele c'è tutto. La tripla è comoda e funzionale, molto silenziosa nonostante la posizione centrale. Host disponibile e cordiale (ci ha anche prestato gli ombrelli per l'improvvisa pioggia). Nello spazio comune c'è sempre qualcosa per una colazione light/merenda, apprezzatissimo. La reception e spazio comune sono piuttosto piccoli, quindi vicini alle porte delle camere. Inevitabile che si senta qualche rumore ma per chi come me ha il sonno leggero può causare fastidio.

(7/5): מיקום מושלם, מבחינת מתקנים ואיכות השהייה פחות - המיקום פה משחק תפקיד מרכזי, מקום מעולה קרוב להכל ללא צורך בתחבורה הכל במרחק הליכה. ממש מתחת למקום יש בית קפה ומקומות טובים לאכול ולשבת, מסעדות מומלצות ממש קרובות. קיבלנו הוראות הגעה וקיבלנו מענה לציק אין בשעה שהגענו בצהריים ובסיום השהיה היה מענה ליציאה מוקדמת. המתקנים לא הכי איכותיים אבל עושים את העבודה, אין מים בחדר ויש חלל משותף שכולם יכולים להשתמש בו למי שזה טוב ומשם לקחנו מים. הנקיון היה סביר ומיטה לא הייתה איכותית במיוחד, שירותים גם סבירים. לדענו רמת נקיון בינונית.

• Pörsti (8/5): Sijainti on lähes täydellinen. Suosittelen kaikille! - Sijainti todella loistava! Lähes kaikki nähtävyydet 2km säteellä, joihin pääsee helposti kävellen. Asunnon vieressä on myös bussi pysäkki, josta pääsee kätevästi lähemmäs nähtävyyksiä, jos kävely ei maistu. Asunnolla ei ole henkilökuntaa paikalla, joten jos äkillisiä tarpeita tulee niin niihin vastataan viiveellä.

• Ram (10/5): Great place for a short stay in Rome - Was a bit difficult to find, but once we got in, it was as expected. It's not a traditional hotel, but included minimalistic breakfast and the location was great with easy access to public transport and plenty of nearby restaurants.

We had a problem with the wifi network and Im informed this problem for the stuff and nobody answered my messages I guess it was not a kind thing from the host.

The check in wasn't smooth, we waited at least 15 min near the front door after we called the property untill some random neighbors opened a front door by accident. The noise from the street was very loud, very hard to sleep.

Restaurants, pharmacies, shops, bust stops and supermarkets within walking distance. You can walk everywhere, to the Vatican, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi. Lots of cake supplies. Shower head was broken, not enough drinking water provided.

• Ankur (8/5): Good location - Location was nice and very close to Piazza Novana and Pantheon attractions with very lively streets. Easy connectivity to far off places by bus. Lots of food options nearby. Florence was accommodating in letting us keep our luggage before and after check in check out timings that helped us cover Rome attractions luggage free. Room was small and had common reception/kitchen area to be shared with other guests. You can hear other guests voices in your room. Regarding baggage storage, though we left our luggage on either side of our check in/out timings, but luggage was kept in common reception area under camera surveillance only with no locker or human vigilance.
• Gurpreet (10/5): Comfort and exceptional cleaning - Really clean and comfortable. The host was extremely kind and she allowed us to come early in the morning to drop the luggage and refresh. In the common area there is an Iron and an iron table.

• Yashesh (5/5): Not a very pleasant stay - The location is great. They helped in keeping the luggage post checkout in the common area. Its a B&B and not a hotel. They are advertising as a hotel. There was no person to talk on the phone. They talk only through whats app which is irritating. They did not pick up any calls. All communication by whats app. But to collect the city tax they were bang on. No soap, No hand towels, No manual instructions, No water. They asked us to drink water from the basin of the bathroom or buy your own from the shop. Had issues with hot water which was sorted. Stayed for 1 night.

Communication made it difficult for us to access property initially - thank goodness for Italian man getting on phone to assist.
