Los baños están demasiado demasiado viejos, también el olor a azufre está ok, pero da la sensación de tener humedad en la habitación todo el tiempo. También siento que la limpieza podría mejorar.

We experienced a significant delay due to a traffic incident, and the hotel proactively checked in on us, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and consistently attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended for international visitors looking for a comfortable place to rest, along with great food and outstanding hospitality. Nothing was bad, the oppossite everything was perfect!!!

Es un gran hotel para ir a descansar, y recagar pilas para luego volver al dia a dia. Una gran pausa. Siendo muy detallista, en la habitacion no habia vasos para tomar liquido.

El esfuerzo por conservar esas huellas de tiempo, estar rodeados de naturaleza, muy bien cuidados los jardines, atención al detalle y muy amables los empleados del hotel. los baños necesitan una actualización, se inundaba la ducha y pues desperdician mucha agua.

La arquitectura del hotel es preciosa y muy antigua, pero a pesar de eso el hotel está en muy buenas condiciones generales. Tal vez sería ideal considerar el cambio de tapete en las habitaciones por piso de baldosa por condiciones de higiene.

- Lina (9/5): Perfect for a weekend trip - The pool was incredible. Also one of the few private pools still running with thermal water. And it is nice to know they have a rigorous schedule for cleaning the pool. The breakfast was great, all our expectations were met. The room has a lot of character, the facilities of the hotel were a former country house, and the hotel manage to reconvert the space in a hotel that keeps the character.

- Camargo (6/5): Pleasant - The view and location is wonderful. The food is incredible as well. It is very quiet if you want a place to relax. The cleaning is not that good. They do not clean the bedrooms every day but only make the beds. You have to ask for clean towels. The hot water in the shower is not persistent, you are taking your shower and in less than 5 minutes you have cold water. You cannot open the windows and the bathroom does not have any ventilation so, all the bad odors will be in the bedroom.

- Maria (8/5): The stay was serene. - The property is historic and beautiful. It was serene. The staff are attentive and courteous. It was my sons birthday and the went above and beyond to decorate the table. The hacienda is gorgeous, rich in history. My favorite was the onsite chapel and mini museum. The food was delicious with a varied menu. The morning breakfast has several local options to choose from. The only thing I didn’t like is that the website stated there was recreation, but when I inquired at the front desk about the recreational options they said that aside from the spa and pool there were no other options.
- Stephen (9/5): I had a really enjoyable visit. - Scenery, histrorical site, very quaint. Too many stairs up and down to get around. Nothing can be done this is an old building built in the 1600's.
- Francisco (10/5): Total relax in a 300 year old hacienda - The Hotel is a very very well kept hacienda with more than 300 years. Room was very well equipped, even with a heat radiator excellent for the cooler nights. The Hot Springs pool excellent. My wife used the Spa and was very satisfied. Food delicious, live music, beautiful bar with chimney and great environment.
