• Liliana (10/5): Ein ganz besonderer Aufenthalt bei einem tolle Gastgeber in einer magisch schönen Stadt. - Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Antonio sehr genossen. Es war fast wie auf Besuch bei einem guten Freund in Matera. Antonio ist ein ganz besonderer Gastgeber. Er bereitet ein leckeres Frühstück und nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste. Die Lage des Apartments abseits der Altstadt war für uns OK. Unser Mietauto konnten wir direkt vorm Haus parken. In die Altstadt chiffrierte uns Antonio mit seinem „Ferrari“. Danke für die schöne und lustige Zeit und den großartigen Sonnenuntergang 🌅 über MATERA ❤️ Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen.
• Sibylle (10/5): - Äusserst zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Geht auf alle Wünsche ein und top diese sogar mit individuellem Frühstück ganz auf den Gast abgestimmt. Fahrt inklusive zu den Sassi von Matera und auch Abholung, in Privaten Elektrodahrzeug. Antonio lebt die Ferien mit dem Gast. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. • Doris (10/5): Wer herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastfreundschaft erleben möchte, sollte hier Urlaub machen! - Antonio erfüllt jeden Wunsch zum Frühstück und löst jedes Problem ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Er bringt und holt den Gast jederzeit von der sehr lebhaften Altstadt. Drei Zimmer teilen sich die sehr große gemütliche Wohn-Ess-Küche mit fantastischer Aussicht und Balkon. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Parken ist auf dem Privatgrundstück (nicht abgeschlossen, ist auch nicht nötig) oder direkt an der Straße vor dem Haus jederzeit möglich.

• Bobbie (10/5): No better choice! - We can't say enough good about the wonderful welcome and care we had during this visit. I wish we could have stayed longer. Antonio is so warm and welcoming and takes care of your every need. He even had us park our rental car and drove us back and forth to the Sassi and drove us all around in the ZTL zone and to an amazing view point at night to see the sassi lit up. Our personal tour guide. The view from the breakfast room is amazing and Antonio even customized our breakfast to our wishes. If you want to feel like you are staying with loving family, stay here. I forgot to take pictures but the room felt brand new and the bathroom was huge with a tub and shower and the common room was welcoming. Thank you Antonio your new friends Bobbie and Qua Qua ra Qua :) That we didn't stay longer.

Le logement étant dans un quartier calme à l'écart de la vieille ville, il se propose de vous faire découvrir la ville avec un tour dans sa voiture, et vous sert de chauffeur pour tous vos déplacements... La chambre est confortable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et complet avec des produits locaux. Tutto è perfetto Niente !

• Roberto (10/5): Non è una candid camera - Appena siamo arrivati ci ha accolto Antonio.Ci ha fatto accomodare come se fossero arrivati degli amici a fargli visita.E’ stato così cordiale da far pensare che fosse una candid camera😅 Invece è tutto vero!com’è vero che scegliere una struttura a pochi isolati dai Sassi e avere la disponibilità di Antonio,che ti fa da guida turistica e’ la scelta più azzeccata. Abbiamo trascorso due giorni come fossimo ospiti a casa di un caro amico. Per chi ha cane a seguito posso solo dire che il mio segugio era libero come se fosse a casa sua.Forse ha socializzato un po’ troppo con Antonio 😅😅😅 Non vediamo l’ora di tornare a far visita ad un caro amico. Andare nella sua struttura significa trovare un amico gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza dell'ospite. Ci si sente a casa ma soprattutto ci si sente accuditi in ogni momento della permanenza. Difficilmente pranzerete dopo aver fatto una delle sue colazioni (che personalizza con prodotti locali). È stato disponibile ad accompagnarmi durante tutta la mia permanenza e sicuramente tornerò.

He showed us some extra- ordinary places in Matera and treated us as royals 😀 in his Limo. The last morning a special guest (professional opera singer) did a personal performance at the breakfast, an experience we will never Forget. • Fabian (10/5): Allez-y les yeux fermés - Tous les commentaires précédents sont exacts. Antonio n’est pas l’hôte chez qui vous rentrez simplement en prenant une clé dans une boîte à code. C’est un hôte attentif à vos besoins, il veut que ses invités soient vraiment « heureux » d’être là. Matera est une destination superbe, mais avec Antonio, c’est un niveau supplémentaire. Les chambres sont très agréables. Que dire du petit déjeuner..? Somptueux, avec des produits locaux qu’il va chercher lui-même chaque matin, dont une ricotta encore tiède, le tout dégusté avec une vue sur la campagne de Basilicate. La situation du logement, en dehors des faubourgs, vous garantit le calme nécessaire pour vous ressourcer, avec la facilité de vous garer sur son parking privé. Comme dans un cinq étoiles, il joue même les chauffeurs pour vous conduire au cœur ou aux abords du centre historique. Je suis heureux d’avoir terminé mon voyage par cette combinaison Matera et Antonio, car ce fut l’apothéose d’une belle semaine de découvertes. • claudia (10/5): - Struttura nuova, ambiente molto caldo e accogliente, parcheggii comodo sotto la struttura, Antonio poi di una gentilezza e disponibilità rare, ci ha accompagnato a fare un tour di Matera la prima sera sotto la pioggia ma lui con la sua macchinina elettrica ci ha fatto entrare in tutte le stradine e mostrato i luoghi più interessanti. La colazione poi superrrrr!! Ricotta ancora calda presa direttamente al caseificio la mattina stessa spalmata su un pane buonissimo e focaccia pure favolosa ...e i croissant, cappuccino, yogurt.. etcc ecc.. che dire tutto meraviglioso...

Antonio vous propose de vous emmener dans sa « ferrari » et de venir vous rechercher à Matera, il fait le guide et parle de sa ville avec beaucoup de passion. • Felipe (10/5): Don't think twice, enjoy outstanding hospitality and comfort. - Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations by a lot, really, including the breakfast. Still I don't have words to express how unbelievably helpful, generous and lovely our host Antonio was, and how valuable this will be to anyone visiting Matera. I wouldn't spend a second considering another spot to stay when we're back to Matera. Also: don't think twice between staying there or inside the Sassi, especially if you have a car or some luggage. You're going to thank me later. Antonio set our expectation levels too high for all the other places of our trip! None will be as good!

• Victor Chen (10/5): Quiet, relaxed property with ample parking and easy access to the old town - The property location is perfect choice for a quiet, relaxed stay with ample safe parking in front. Both are important when visiting Matera because parking in Matera is very difficult to find and staying in a cave hotel in Sassi old town may not suit for everyone due to many steps to climb with luggage. This property is the best solutions for both challenges when visiting Matera. The common area is decorated with taste. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. A washing machine is accessible for use. The bedroom is spacious. The bath room has good water pressure and super clean. And, I have to mention the host, Antonio, a very warm Italian gentleman who helps you with his heart. Antonio helped us with rides to Sassi with his cute car and history introduction. He is a true local knowing in and out of Matera. Additional bonus is a superb breakfast served with local products (see photos for yourself) with incredible view of Matera surroundings. You will instantly feel either you want to extend your stay or come back to visit again. I wish I could stay longer. If I come back to visit this magic hill town, without hesitation, I will book again. Nothing
• Victor Chen (10/5): A comfortable home away from home, memorable good experience that you will carry away for long time. - When I choose a property, the top criteria will be (1) safe, quiet location and room cleanness (2) friendly host (3) secured and easy parking (especially for Matera visit where its a big challenge to find a parking place) This property meets and exceeds all. The ample parking is right in front of the property. There is also a bus stop 10 meters right next to the property. More importantly, the host, Antonio, is very warm, personal and genius friendly. We feel like living in a home away from home. The property has everything you need to enjoy, a full kitchen with stove top, toaster, coffee machine and microwave, washing machine. Antonio served us one of our best Italian breakfast with all local products including Pane di Matera (local bread), Focaccia di Matera (local bread topped with dry tomato looks like Pizza without cheese, Ricotta, a local cheese that is so delicious. Antonio served his home-made breakfast with heart and soul. Antonio shared with us many local info for us to fully get oriented with history. He is a marvelous person with good heart in providing lodge that you can call it home! I highly recommend his property without any hesitation. None

Als Überraschung fuhr er uns abends zu einem gigantischen Aussichtspunkt. Das B&B bietet sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Charmeur avec les dames, la classe a l'italienne. L'hébergement se situe à 3 kilomètres de la cité historique, no problèmes. Antonio sort la Ferrari et nous embarque pour la vieille ville de Matera. Grosse rigolade assurée pendant le trajet. Première vue de la vieille ville à couper le souffle, Matera impressionnante de beauté. Petit tour de la ville et dépose au centre devant un panorama exceptionnel. Explication et conseil pour la visite. Pour le retour Petit coup de fil et Antionio vient nous chercher. • ENRICO (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura ed è stata un’esperienza Unica. Tutto è pulito e ben curato nei minimi dettagli, il quartiere è eccellente e silenziosissimo e c’è un parcheggio privato proprio sotto casa. La scoperta più bella però è stata Antonio, ci ha accolti subito con amore e gentilezza, facendoci sentire a casa nonostante il nostro arrivo molto tardi la sera. Tutti i giorni ci ha preparato una colazione eccellente con prodotti freschi, raccontandoci aneddoti speciali di Matera e, soprattutto, ci ha accompagnati in centro ogni volta che lo desideravamo e a qualsiasi orario. • Petra (10/5): Perfect verblijf met uitzonderlijke gastheer! - Fraai en zeer schoon appartement, warme ontvangst, voortreffelijke voorzieningen, overvloedig ontbijt en een fijn zwembad. Koelkast in de kamer en goed sanitair. Je kunt gebruikmaken van de goed geoutilleerde keuken en huiskamer met zitbank. Locatie aan de rand van de stad, wijds uitzicht over de omgeving. Met mooi weer, ontbijt op het balkon. Op enige afstand van de Sassi van Matera, maar we werden dagelijks gebracht en gehaald door de buitengewoon hartelijke en behulpzame gastheer en gids Antonio.

• Stefan (10/5): Excellent place, outstanding host. - I have stayed at many BNB places, and this one is one of the best. But no one comes close to the host Antonio, who was like a dear friend and treated us accordingly, with rich breakfast of our choise, giving good advices and he is simply a very nice person to have discussions with. Additionally, he offered to drive us for free, wherever needed in his small and amazing electric car. Me and my friend will have beautiful memories from staying in his place. Antonio´s nice personaly will not be frogotten. The apartment is based on large common area. three rooms, each with very nice private bathrooms. The apartment has all the facilities needed, and is nicely equipped and decorated to make the customer's stay as comfortable as possible. The tiles color in the bathrooms are very nicely selected. There is a private parking in front of the house and a swimming pool in the garden. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Antonio´s breakfast is very special. He simply asked us what we wanted, and he fulfilled our wished with many cappucinos, large omelets, local bread and cheeses. I could no ask for more! All was good, and nothing to complain about.
