La información es clara, queda cerca del centro, no a una cuadra, pero sí cerca. Tiene parqueadero y se siente muy seguro el hotel. Me gustó mucho, no lo siento como un lugar para ir en pareja, aunque tiene spa y zonas húmedas. De resto no hubo ningún inconveniente con nada. Nos fue muy bien.

Amazing view of the mountain and the town.. A jaccuzi and fire and tv that actually worked properly and windows that open for fresh air 💜 No 'one hour limit' on the jaccuzi *worth checking before you book as some hotels have limits and no ability to change heat or jet or any settings* you can use as long as you want and can control the hot and cold taps as well as the jets.. Did I mention how wonderful the staff are?!! Delicious fresh coffee (and hot water for tea etc - all supplied at no extra cost) available all times - self serve.. Just brilliant 👍 Excellent location- a short walk into the main square/ tow., and 2 good supermarkets just a minute walk from the hotel..lovely heated swimming pool/ jaccuzi and steam room... Karim in the spa/ pool area is fantastic 👌 I couldn't rate this hotel high enough- 100/ 10. Would definitely recommend and if I return will definitely stay again.. In fact we extended our stay as it was so wonderful 😁 The fact we couldn't stay longer...

El espacio de Spa con la piscina, sauna y turco hacen que tu visita se enriquezca. Recomendaría tener una silla en la habitación. Si la habitación está libre sería muy bueno que la pudieran entregar sin costo. Esto haría que se sienta mucho mejor el servicio.

- Milton (7/5): Mayor transparencia. - Limpieza Mi experiencia en este alojamiento no fue satisfactoria debido a la falta de claridad y coherencia entre lo que se publica y lo que realmente se ofrece. En la descripción del hotel se indica que las habitaciones cuentan con plancha de ropa; sin embargo, esto no es cierto. No existe plancha disponible en la habitación y, en su lugar, el hotel cobra $10.000 por cada prenda, lo cual en ningún momento es informado previamente. Esto resulta engañoso, ya que se presenta como un servicio incluido cuando en realidad es un cobro adicional. Adicionalmente, el desayuno presenta diferencias dependiendo del canal de reserva. A los huéspedes que reservan por Booking se les ofrece un menú distinto, más limitado, lo cual tampoco es informado de manera clara al momento de realizar la reserva. Estas situaciones evidencian que las condiciones del servicio no son transparentes ni están claramente informadas, lo que afecta la experiencia del usuario y genera una percepción de falta de seriedad. Recomiendo al establecimiento revisar y ajustar la información publicada para que sea veraz, completa y coherente con el servicio realmente prestado.

- Friedemann (7/5): Ordentliches Hotel in Zentrumsnähe zur wunderschönen Altstadt - Sehr sauberes Hotel, Zentrum in Fußentfernung leicht zu erreichen Übertriebener Fokus auf die Einhaltung von Regeln - ein bisschen "Kindergarten"; am Vorabend muss man bereits ohne zeitlichen Spielraum angeben, wann man frühstücken möchte. Unser Twinbed-Zimmer war ziemlich klein.

Al llegar te exponen un sin número de restricciones en todo sentido, en el día las habitaciones son demasiado calientes sin algún abanico o aire que refresque, en las noches es aceptable, no hay una persona en recepción en todo momento, debes timbrar y esperar que alguien te abra, en nuestro caso, después de algún tiempo esperando nos abrió una persona del aseo y no nos permitió ingresar hasta que no llegara alguien administrativo lo cual ocurrió después de unos 10 minutos …. Bastante incómodo.

We then arrived and the staff were lovely and helpful we got told where our room was and the door was broken so we had to wait for it to be fixed we then got told it was fixed and when we tried it we found it wasn’t so we ended up getting moved and had already wasted time. We then went to the spa to which we expected to be relaxing we were wrong it was filled with screaming kids balls getting thrown around the pool and we got told we had to wear these hair net sort of things if we wanted to go in the pool to which we later found out we had to pay for even though we didn’t want to wear them. In the description it says there is a bar this is incorrect there is not we then tried to get an early night and couldn’t because of the noise there was motorbike sounds throughout the night every time next door used there shower we heard it go off. I had hoped the breakfast was good as it said it was American there was nothing American about it in the slightest and we found out because we booked through here we only had access to two different options but this wasn’t said to us before hand. We had also had woken up with bug bites on us which just made everything even better didn’t it we then planned on going to the spa again for the sauna and steam room to find they had both been turned off and got asked to pay for another 2 hats we declined and got the ones we had already bought. The hotel messaged me at night on WhatsApp with a photo of a random persons review I presume they thought that was me which I thought was extremely unprofessional this wasn’t meant to be a nice relaxing night away but I wish I went somewhere else instead

- Albeiro (9/5): Superb - location, The place is very close to the main plaza. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Don’t have many entertainment areas. Like pin ping table or billar etc. The hot water wasn’t working all the time. I had to shower with cold water.

- Vincent (10/5): The perfect place to relax - The hotel looks exactly like the photos. You can check in early or out late. The staff is very professional. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is great. You have very hot water and the bathroom is big. The WiFi is ok. The lobby is a nice place to chill. There is constant access to free hot water if you want some tea and a coffee pot. The spa is closed on Tuesdays, it should be highlighted on booking.

- Martin (10/5): Exceptional hotel, definitely worth staying - Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Angy went out of her way to help us with a very difficult problem when our lost luggage was delivered to the wrong hotel. Without her help we wouldn't have got it back. Really enjoyed the breakfast especially the vegetarian option of avocado on toast and a freshly made hash brown. Spa, pool, jacuzzi and sauna very good. Everything was great. No issues.
