Guest Reviews
- Walt (7/5): -
- STEPHEN (3/5): Service not good enough, overpriced. - Location was good. Room was comfortable enough. Not great value, double the cost of similar rooms in Port Angeles or Hoquiam. No hot water when I arrived so cold shower only, disappointing after a 25 mile hike that day. Room key card stopped working while I was loading my car in the morning leaving me locked out of my room with my stuff inside. No staff on site to help so had to call from my overseas mobile incurring $20 roaming charge. Major hassle and frankly unacceptable.
- Still (5/5): - Great location The 2 pillows sucked and we asked house keeping for an extra pillow and she acted like she didn't understand English.
- Chris (8/5): -
- Libby (10/5): - Handy to town and gopd base for Olympia NP. Room well presented. Felt welcome and staff helpful Room expensive compared to others we had stayed in but guess that's due to location.
- Sam (8/5): Very happy with my stay and would recommend to anyone who is just seeking a good clean place to stay without breaking th - Clean facilities and very convenient location
- Zappalà Monica (7/5): -
- Marion (10/5): - Personnel à l accueil très sympathique
- Joshua (7/5): - Shower was awesome Room was very small, heater mounted on the wall above the bed caused the bed to vibrate constantly,

- William (5/5): Pretty town and surrounding area. The wedding venue was exceptionally nice. - breakfast was down the street, and it was good and the service was good also. You charged me $300.00 for 1 night for room 110. The TV was broken and the bathroom sink didn't drain well. Pretty steep price for that kind of room! If you believe there should be some kind of discount for those conditions. please contact me 509-727-3226. Thank You, William H. Gabel II
- Ekaterina (10/5): -
- Lindsay (4/5): -
- Owen (10/5): - So easy and love forks so much! N/a
- Carlson (7/5): -
- Meuleman (8/5): -
- LaFramboise (3/5): - There is no working cable/sat TV in their rooms. Manager blamed the service provider for not coming to fix the issue. Not true. They actually don’t pay to have cable tv for guests in their rooms.
- James (9/5): -
- Suzanne (8/5): No issues, good for one night stay - Completely adequate and clean. Fridge and microwave included. Great shower. Nothing
- David (10/5): - Room was clean, comfortable, and the lady that checked us in was very helpful.
- Darlene (10/5): - There’s not a lot of places to stay in Forks, but this one was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the two nights we were there. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it surprised us with how clean it was. management was extremely understanding when we couldn’t get to forks until after 10 PM and they left us a combination to get into the lock box so that we could get into our room. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Forks area.
- Jacqueline (6/5): - The lady at check-in was very nice. The room was clean. The toilet had a broken part that they knew about when they rented it. It wouldn’t quit running. They told us the part would arrive tomorrow after we left. The tv service was totally down. Nice tv, but no way to watch it. It was a clean place and quiet. Not sure it was worth the price though.
- Marlo (10/5): - This was the perfect spot for our 1 night stay in Forks, while we took a break from traveling around Olympic National Park. The bed was comfy and the room was cozy.
- catherine (10/5): - The motel was adorable. Cozy and comfortable. Olympic Natl park is nearby. As well as beautiful beaches all within an hour or less. There are restaurants and a coffee shop just down the street from the motel. It was perfect for what we needed.
- Carl (2/5): - Rooms are very small. The bathroom was so small your knees can touch the wall in front. The sink had no counter space. They have to send you an email in order to use an online payment system. The TVs wouldn't work. All of this for $195 for one night.
- Lee (6/5): - The room was clean and neat, but the TV service did not work. I was told it was not the motel's fault and that they could not give me a price discount.
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Old property not kept up too well. But the room was very clean. Shower pan was weird in that a thin scrub brush was needed where some drain holes were located. A/C was a portable unit attached to a wall vent. It was OK though.
- Kara (4/5): - Arrived for check in and no one was around. Called two numbers, texted and emailed, no response. Finally a contractor called the owner.
No TV service at all. There was a note about patience with them because of satellite issues, but reviews from months ago mentioned the same issues. $180 for no TV, ice machine or other basic amenities
- Amy (10/5): Great Customer service - The front desk went above and beyond to make my check in experience better Would stay there again
- Edward (8/5): - Good location for the night in Folks
- Sheri (6/5): - The rooms were extremely small a little closterphobic like. But very clean and the people were nice.
- Carmen (10/5): - Conveniently located in the middle of town. Walkable distance to restaurants, shops, and more. The woman at the front desk told us about a local event, we went and had an amazing time.
- Marissa (10/5): - National Park near by.
- Ryan (4/5): Not a very good value for the money we paid - No breakfast offered No hair dryer
Temperature control was bad
Very drab
Very tiny room
Way too costly for what we got
- Chris (8/5): - No working TV
Would of been nice for some downtime to relax
A little pricey for not much
- Victoria (8/5): - The bed was comfortable. but the room was small for 2 people. There wasn't a lot of places to set 2 suitcases unless you wanted to use the desk. The sink was too small to leave your toiletries on it. There was no way to turn on the bathroom light without a very noisy exhaust fan running. Also someone was supposed to be in the office from 2PM to 9PM which they were the first day. We stayed 2 days. On the second day I wanted to do laundry but I had to get a key to get in to the machines. I returned from seeing the area around 2:15 and no one was in the office. I had to find the lady in house keeping who didn't speak English and try to communicate with her that I needed the key to do laundry,
- John (8/5): - There was no problem with the room. For that money in this part of the country, it was a good value. No shower rods and only one sheet and I don’t know if it was a blanket or what.
- Paula (7/5): - Room was updated and very clean, but small. Breakfast is not included. High rates for this type of hotel, but typical or even on the low end for the area.
- Rebecca (2/5): - If you just need a bed & shower, this place will work, but it was not a nice room or atmosphere! It is a tiny old motel. The room had old furnishings, it seemed clean, but had a bad strong odor when we entered the room...we had to leave the door open to let it air out some. TV didn't work, no ice machine, office closed at 9 pm. No food on site, but gas station across street. It was VERY noisy in the morning when the trash company was exchanging roll-off dumpsters right behind our room at 7am. My suggestion...look elsewhere!
- Charlotte (5/5): - It did the job for a couple of nights Was convenient to access the places we wanted to go nearby. Staff were responsive and quick to respond to an issue we had. It was one of the more expensive places we stayed. Comparatively, other motels/hotels offered more for less.
- Eric (8/5): -
- Jeffrey (4/5): - No shower curtain initially, toilet paper dispenser not loaded ( needed a key to place TP)
- Steve (8/5): - Was decent for a night's sleep!
- luisa (10/5): - Comfortable, clean, quiet through the night, but 6am traffic was loud. Coffee shop right across the street. Restaurant options were plentiful.
- Tinghui (6/5): - The motel is only acceptable.
Strange smell in the room.
- Sven (4/5): Das beste war die Abfahrt - Preis hoch, Ausstattung zusammen gewürfelt. Alles Ur- Alt
- Debbie (8/5): - Good place to stay in Forks area. Limited options and all over priced but it’s supply and demand in a national park area. Nothing fancy but the price.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Better than expected! - Our room was pleasant. Had an unexpected sofa in there. The tub molding could have been better and we were upset that the TV did not work. The front desk attendant was super friendly and attentive.
- Maria (10/5): - Room was small, but VERY clean and updated. Nice flooring, AC unit worked great. Bed was firm, but mostly comfortable. It was a quiet motel, didn't hear noise from other rooms. Seems expensive for the size of the motel/room, but it was summer rates and they were full, so I get it.
- Michael (2/5): keep going - did not stay .. poor condition This lodging was too bad to stay in. we forfeit the rental.
- Eric (6/5): -
- Mark (5/5): Glad we only booked one night. - It was clean and comfy enough, but skimpy on creature comforts. No ice, no breakfast. Over priced. Skimpy on amenities.
- Maria Elisabeth (10/5): -
- Judy (5/5): Bathroom needs upgrade, and setting is gravel drive and nothing green or inviting. - Old and depressing looking from outside- our building did not look like this one on Booking.com. Bed was clean—
- Tracy (6/5): Good but watch out if anything goes wrong they will be no help. - Location was good. Room was clean. We had about a 15hour plus power outage in town. The hotel did not offer anything to us, flash light check on us. Nothing.
- Daniel (8/5): - Good place. Affordable.
- Jon (6/5): Premium price, pretty crappy motel - Very mediocre hotel at a premium price. Sparsely furnished with one small desk the only horizontal surface. Nothing really bad, but would have been under $100 most anywhere else in the country. Are these seemingly mom and pop hotels owned by private equity investors that buy up many in an area to keep the prices high? That’s what I suspect.
- Gwen (2/5): - First night no tv no estimated time of when satellite would be fixed. We asked for towels and got a hand towel 2nd night had power outage in town no power in rooms because had generator hooked up to office when asked eta she had had no clue when asked if had flashlights she did not When asked if she could find out she wouldn't help when asked for reimbursement she told us manager would be there the next day at 2 when we went back at 3 we were told by same person manger is not in today. Very dissatisfied for the amount paid especially when no power we paid to stay she was warm and cozy had lights getting paid while we sat in the dark. The clerk didn't seem to care for anyone's comfort but her own
- Teresa (10/5): - Clean, comfortable room, simple check in process, FREE parking
- Rhonda (10/5): Nice, clean hotel! Comfortable beds! - This was a convenient hotel to the west side of the Olympic Peninsula.
- Alexander (8/5): Didn't let me watch TV. - The place is clean and comfortable. However the TV never worked. Can't get any signal from the satellite.
- Leah (10/5): - Great lottle hotel in a great local to Olympic National Park
- Lori (8/5): - Nice, very simple, clean property.
- Robin (8/5): - The property was clean and remodeled.
- Lisa (6/5): - The staff members were friendly. The rooms were clean but needed some updating in the bathrooms. The TV did not work, we were not alerted to this and there was no solution. The Wi-Fi was also not great. It was conveniently located.
- Peter (8/5): -
- Rose (6/5): - Staff wasn't in, but we got the key alright. Location was great.
- David (10/5): Great place - We enjoyed our stay, the receptionist was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Great parking. Easy access to the rest of the town and area. I would definitely stay here again.
- robin (6/5): Very expensive for a sub par experience - Tv didn’t work and when we asked about it, the rep said they were working on figuring out direct tv. No apology or discount.
- SATHYA (2/5): - For the price I would found so much better stays in so many places in the world
- Abby (8/5): - Decent motel for a one night stay! The room was small and mostly clean, but not as clean as I would prefer (cracks in shower did not look clean). It was right next to the road, so we heard traffic all night. Pretty average experience.
- Brian (8/5): Don't leave anything valuable in the room. - I had the room reserved for 2 nights. I took most of my stuff with me to work after the first night and when I came back, I couldn't get into the room. The hotel had cleaned out all my stuff and changed the code on the door because "I hadn't left enough stuff." I didn't lose anything important, but what kind of motel does this on a multi-night stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Clean and comfortable…with some issues - Clean room. Comfortable bed. Terribly noisy bathroom fan (and no way to turn it off if the light was on). When the portable AC came on, it was like a plane taking off in the room! No lighting at all in the little nook with the fridge and microwave (I had to use my phone flashlight to see at all). The check in staff was not helpful.
- Gary (8/5): - We were surprised by the size of the property. Very small and rooms very small, but very clean and smelt great! Staff was friendly. A good place to rest your head, but very small rooms.
- Steve (4/5): -
the internet didn't work and the room reeeked of cleanser without seeming clean
- Suzanne (8/5): - Nice little motel, lovely and clean
- Jennie (4/5): - The dish for tv was not working . We told them and there was no compensation. We were without television the entire time. We just think they should give us some part of refund. We paid an extreme amount of money. But we will probably never be back this way again. Other then that it was a nice place for overnight stay.
- Suzanne (8/5): - We stayed at this hotel as we vacationed at Olympic National Park. Room on smaller size, but very clean. There were good eating choices in the town.
- Kenleigh (4/5): - Unfortunately it was pretty mediocre. The receptionist was incredibly kind, but everything else wasn't great. The shower was creaky and instead of tile or plastic.. it was lined with linoleum for some reason. The door to the outside was not fully sealed so the room was freezing. The laundry was decent but way expensive. $2 for a load of laundry and $2 for only 16 minutes in the dryer that leaves them wet. I understand things happen, but the tv was out on top of everything else, while the internet barely worked and the cell service also wasn't great. For $230 a night, I dont think it's worth it.
- Allison (8/5): - Lovely room, very clean. The toilet seat was not bolted down on both sides though and moved a lot. Price seemed a bit high for the room, but I guess that’s the area.
- Cassandra (8/5): - Clean, comfortable, a little warm. We booked for 4 people and only had 3 bath towels in the room. I have no doubt if I would have noticed before the office closed they would have gotten me another towel. Overall a good place to stay for a reasonable price.
- Jerry (4/5): - The bed was uncomfortable, the room was tiny, and the hot water was messed up.
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Douglas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josh P (10/5): - Staff was friendly and the room was perfect.
- Ernest (4/5): - TV service was out and check in clerk said nothing. When we notified her she said she would come over to try to fix it. She forgot about it. When reminded she came over and played with it without sucess. I believe she was just trying to placate us and that she knew it was out and that she knew that she could not fix it. So after 2 hours it was kind of late to go elsewhere.
I did not get what I paid for nor what was advertised. I believe they acted in bad faith. I would never stay there again.
- Susan61 (8/5): Good value in Forks. - Clean, much better than expected. Hot water patchy.
- Lou Ann (10/5): - Comfortable beds, helpful staff, nice vibe. Could walk to groceries and restaurants if needed. Not fancy, but pleasant.
- Janice (10/5): - Drove in late at night and don’t expect to find a decent motel. It was a toss between two hotels and we chose right! The hotel was quaint and small but just right for my daughter and I. The night clerk was fantastic by coming out to meet and check us in as I don’t think they have a 24 hour clerk on duty. No breakfast but mini coffee bar set up and many other options around town. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was small and tub kept clogging which was desirable. Heater and tv worked fine. I would recommend this place for a quick rest .
- Alexander (10/5): Excellent place all around to stay while visiting Olympic National Park. - Clean, quiet and affordable! The pillows are too flat. The quality of sleep can be improved if thicker pillows are used.
- Tim (8/5): - QUIET and comfortable, recently remodeled , small but tidy room perfect for a one night stay.
- Katherine (6/5): - A had mixed review about this place. There wasn’t enough indoor room lighting, there was no hair dryer but a hair dryer holder. The bed was comfortable though and the motel check in counter was communicative upon check in. I believe it was overpriced for what we received.
- Antonio (6/5): - Tv didn’t work and the sheets had old blood on them
- Kenneth (10/5): - Reasonably priced. Clean, updated. Limited dining in this town, although hamburger shop is right across from motel
- Maximilian (7/5): Good - The internet was very slow.
- Leanne (7/5): Good -
- Esraa (10/5): - clean and comfortable, more on the compact side and may not have all amenities but still good enough. so glad there was a heater
- Pete1967 (6/5): Pleasant - Large room, friendly people. No breakfast and tv didn't work. 😞
- Eric (10/5): - solid place for price and nice rooms. Modern as well
