- Lili (10/5): - Az ételek isteniek voltak és nagyon bőségesek. A reggeli és a vacsora is változatos volt. A gyerekek egy másodpercig sem tudnak itt unatkozni. A 2 éves kislányom haza se akart innen jönni. 2 játszószoba van, a nagyban még mi a férjemmel is jókat tudtunk játszani. Billiard, csocso, jéghoki és pingpong is van. Minden napra programok vannak a gyerekeknek. Kézműves programok, zenés és mesés programok. Van gyerekmegörzésre is lehetőség. Egy szó mint száz, csodálatos hely gyerekes családok számára.

- Gergő (10/5): Naaagyon szuper volt!! - Gyerekbarát wellness szállodát kerestünk, és itt minden adott volt a közös pihenéshez.
- Anikó (10/5): Családi 3 nap - Mindenki nagyon kedves és előzékeny volt. Extra kívánságunkat is teljesítették a pici gyermekünkkel kapcsolatban. A játszószoba a legfelső szinten nagyon jól felszerelt, a gyerekpancsoló tágas, nem zsúfolt. Szuper, hogy érkezés napján és távozás napján is lehet bármit használni egész nap ( wellness, játszó), csak a szobát kell időben elhagyni. Nagyon jó korai érkezős-kései távozás lehetőséget kaptunk. A szobából hiányzott nekünk egy vízforraló, 2 csésze (bár lehet hogy kérhettünk volna). A játszószoba nem biztos, hogy a legjobb helyen van a lépcső tetején akármilyen ajtó is került oda .

- Husztik (9/5): - Bőséges svédasztal. Tiszta és rendezett szoba. Szuper medencék, kellemes környezet. Kedves személyzet. Igazán gyerekbarát hely! A céges rendezvények szépen el voltak különítve, nem zavarta a családi pihenést. A tó elhanyagoltnak tűnt, de lehet, hogy azért, mert a június még nem "szezon". A gyerekmedence körül a csempe iszonyúan csúszott, borzasztó veszélyes csúszásmentes cipő nélkül a gyerekek számára, akik a csúszdához rohangálnak. A lerakott csúszásgátló padló, ami elvezet a csúszdához a gyerekek számára csak kikerülendő dolog, nem megoldás, inkább mellette szaladtak, mint rajta. :D
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice for families - Overall, a nice hotel. I was on a business trip but I'd probably recommend it for families instead. Seemed to be well suited for families with kids. Food was good. Only negative was that it felt like someone had smoked in the room.

- Mark (9/5): Superb - Perfect location for where I happened to be working. The hotel is very modern and, aside from the fact that I couldn't use the pool, was very well equipped. The food on the half board was good, and the breakfast was excellent. My room was very comfortable, but I did need to use earplugs due to dogs barking all night at a nearby property. I'm a very light sleeper though, so this may not bother others

- Gernick (10/5): Rust en ruimte, lekker eten. - Fijne kamer met balkon en uitzicht over het meertje. Lekker rustig. Parkeren voor de deur, WiFi goed. Restaurant was goed en lekker, neem de berliotte als toetje, heerlijk. Ontbijt was even zoeken maar het was een prima ontbijt.
- Dominique (4/5): - We stayed here for one night. We were lead to believe that this hotel offered FREE airport shuttle as mentioned in three different places on the booking page. I sent them a message asking for more information about the shuttle service and was told they would send someone to the airport to fetch us. After getting to the hotel at 19.45 reception informed us that they do not cover the transport to the hotel. I showed them on the booking website that it stated so. After a hour of back and fouth being on the phone to his manager they ended up paying for the transport. We were then only able to check-in at about 21:00 after a day of traveling. The receptionist was rude about it and the situation was made to be our fault although I am just a paying customer, it has nothing to do with me how they advertise their hotel and offered services. They later came to the room and said it was a admin problem, no apologies at all. The next morning we then had to pay €28 to get back to the airport. A shuttle service is advertised but not provided. If I knew this was the case I would have much rather taken the room and taxi money and got something closer to the airport. This situation was not handled well on the hotels part at all.
